The front desk is bright and friendly, helping to ease the fatigue of long drives. Reserving meals means you don't need to go out, and the abundance of amenities along with free drinks are highlights of this hotel. The water dispensers on each floor are also appealing. Above all, the dinner buffet is delicious with a wide variety of dishes—so many that even a foodie like me had to skip some options, leaving a slight regret as it's impossible to try everything. The room is clean and well-maintained upon entry, with bright lighting that allows me to review documents for the next day while enjoying coffee brought from the drink bar.

I was truly pleased with the front desk staff’s excellent service and thoughtful hospitality. In my personal opinion, it’s hard to find anything to be dissatisfied with at this Hotel, whether it’s the amenities or the food and drinks. At the dinner buffet, with such a wide variety of ingredients, I was especially satisfied this time with the outstanding sweet-and-spicy chicken and the fried mackerel rolls wrapped in shiso leaves. My favorites worth highlighting: - Disposable slippers were a nice touch. - Free drinks. - Water dispensers on each floor. - A great variety of ingredients at both breakfast and dinner buffets, and everything tastes good. - Plenty of amenities. - Excellent staff service and thoughtful hospitality.
