Richmond Hotel Tenjin Nishidori

The service and the POLA amenities were truly excellent. Unfortunately, I think many overseas guests may not use the air purifier. When I tried to use it this time, I found a blue straw between the unit and the wall. There was also dust, which was disappointing. There was towel lint on the shelf above the toilet as well. I was disappointed because Richmond had been highly recommended to me.

I stayed here for a live concert! I have used this Hotel multiple times, and I am always very satisfied with the service and hospitality. Having a coffee machine in the Room was also a nice touch. However, this time, after having dinner outside and returning to the Hotel, I planned to relax in the bathtub but found that there was no hot water. When I asked at the front desk, they informed me that the boiler was broken and they didn’t know when it would be fixed. Unfortunately, I had to wake up early in the morning to take a bath instead. It was disappointing to experience such an issue.
