Great location. Excellent staff service.

I used this accommodation for the first time to attend a live event at the arena. It was conveniently located near Sannomiya Station, and it took only about 20–25 minutes on foot to reach the arena. I stayed on a women-only floor, which had thoughtful security measures and a quiet, relaxing atmosphere where I could feel safe and comfortable. The free water dispensers on each floor were also very convenient. The breakfast was delicious, and I appreciated when the staff kindly offered freshly made French toast with a smile. The staff at the front desk, breakfast area, and cleaning team all provided exceptional service. One small issue was that I couldn't adjust the room temperature myself; when it felt warm, I had to manage by wearing lighter clothing or finding other ways to stay comfortable. If I have another chance to visit Kobe, I would love to stay here again. Thank you!

The exclusive amenities and security measures on this floor are well-received as services that delight our female guests. Regarding air conditioning, it is centrally managed and adjusted based on the outside temperature to provide a comfortable environment for everyone.
