Although it was midwinter, the room in the storehouse was not cold and we were able to stay comfortably. Not only the room but also the front desk, restaurant, garden, and the entire accommodation had a sense of unity, allowing us to immerse ourselves in its unique atmosphere. The staff's service was very polite, and they kindly responded to our inquiries. The meals were carefully prepared with high-quality ingredients and were absolutely delicious.

I stayed during the Kamiarizuki season. The accommodation is within walking distance to Izumo Shrine, and I enjoyed exploring the town. This accommodation is a renovated old hospital and its main building, each with its own charm, allowing me to feel the history and Japanese culture. From the moment of arrival, I felt the hospitality of the staff through their attentive service. Their explanations were thorough, and when they realized that only two craft beers were prepared for our group of four as part of a special offer, they kindly delivered additional beers to our room later on. The dinner service was also very thoughtful; when I left my seat temporarily, they paused serving food and resumed once I returned—this truly showcased their spirit of hospitality. Both dinner and breakfast were carefully prepared and absolutely delicious. Thank you for such wonderful meals! I have developed great interest in NIPPONIA accommodations across the whole country.
