I have vivid memories of staying here during the pandemic with a friend, and I was happy to return again on a solo trip. Above all, the location is truly wonderful—although it’s in the city, it still feels like you’ve come to a resort, letting you enjoy an extraordinary escape. The staff are consistently friendly and attentive, and you can really feel hospitality rooted in tradition. The entire beautiful building is charming, and it’s lovely to see how carefully it’s maintained. I’d love to stay again.

This was my first time staying here. I truly enjoyed my experience, especially with the thoughtful consideration for the riverbed timing due to possible rain. The delightful conversation with the lovely hostess, the warm hospitality of the staff, the delicious cuisine, and the relaxing Room atmosphere were all wonderful. I was particularly enchanted by the indoor bath with its wooden scent and scenic view from the window. Next time, I hope to visit during autumn foliage season by train. Thank you very much!
