I stayed here last year and was so impressed by the staff’s hospitality that I returned. I had mentioned in advance that it was our 37th wedding anniversary, and during afternoon tea, our time at the spa, room service, and breakfast, each staff member congratulated us with “Happy 37th wedding anniversary!” The level of communication throughout the Hotel was exceptional and left a wonderful impression. I would like to make another Reservation again.

If a long stay suits your needs, it feels like the best choice. The Room was clean and nicely designed. I didn’t use the large public bath, so I’m looking forward to it next time. They were very courteous in helping with parking guidance and changes to the check-in time. The road next door has heavy traffic, so you can hear cars during the day, but on the 8th floor it didn’t bother me if I played some light background music.

It was easy to get to central Osaka and the Nara area, which allowed us to explore more than we had planned. The area around the Hotel has plenty of greenery and a pleasant environment, so it feels safe for women traveling alone. Needless to say, the room was quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. I especially enjoyed the kasujiru (sake lees soup).

The variety of amenities was very helpful. The room was clean, the bathroom was easy to use, and it was comfortable. There was a coin laundry and a paper cup-style ice machine. A charger was also available, which made it very convenient. The bed, TV, and other furnishings were also comfortable. Several staff members at the Hotel were kind and accommodating. I would love to visit again.

I was a bit worried since it’s basically unmanned, but the email communication was courteous and thorough. The Room was clean and spacious, and the bathtub and shower were separate, so I could relax and enjoy a long bath. I think there were other guests based on the number of shoes at the entrance, but it was surprisingly quiet. There are slippers (sandals) to get from the entrance to the Room, but if you’re concerned about hygiene, you might want to bring disposable slippers. Thank you for your hospitality. I’d like to stay again.

I stayed here to visit the Egypt Exhibition being held at the Abeno Harukas Art Museum. I had used this Accommodation a few times for work banquets, and since the banquet food was surprisingly good, I assumed the restaurant meals would be as well, so I chose the “Shiromi Kaiseki” for dinner. The dishes served were beautifully presented and truly wonderful, and everything was delicious. Also, they watched our pace—we eat fairly quickly—and brought each course one after another without delay, which impressed us. The staff who served us were also very attentive and pleasant. The front desk staff were courteous and faultless in their service, and we thoroughly enjoyed the bath as well. Breakfast was also delicious; in particular, the freshly baked bread was excellent, and I ended up eating far too much. I would like to stay here again when I have a chance to visit central Osaka. However, I would like guests to wear pajamas only when going to the bath. While drinking coffee in the lobby in front of reception, I was surprised when a young woman came in wearing pajamas. I thought it wasn’t appropriate to come to reception like that. It says “No pajamas in the restaurant,” but it seems pajamas are allowed at reception—if possible, I hope you will reconsider this policy.

I often stay here when visiting my parents’ home. It’s conveniently located for the airport limousine bus and Kintetsu trains, and there are convenience stores, Kintetsu Department Store, and Don Quijote nearby, so shopping is easy. The Room is well maintained and always comfortable. Sorry to smokers, but I would appreciate it if you could eliminate smoking Rooms and make all Rooms non-smoking. When making a Reservation, I often see that non-smoking Rooms are fully booked while smoking Rooms are still available.

I stayed here for a concert at Osaka-jō Hall. It was in Higashi-Osaka, but I chose it because it looked like I could get there with just one transfer. Since it’s the neighboring city (and I don’t know the area well), I thought it might be far, but it was actually very close. The transfer station was Tsuruhashi, so finding places to eat wasn’t a problem. The Hotel is also close to the station, and the Room was a spacious Japanese-style room, which made it easy to spread out my luggage—personally, I really liked that. In addition to well-stocked amenities, they also lent out free items for a slightly more luxurious stay, such as memory foam pillows, massage devices, and rotating hair dryers. If I have the chance, I’d definitely like to stay here again.

The Hotel is very clean, and the Room is comfortable. A welcome drink is available, and it exceeded expectations for the price. The only downside is that it's a bit of a walk from the station. However, passing through the famous shopping street makes it manageable even in bad weather. The station layout was confusing, and navigating with my smartphone was challenging at first. If you're heading to the Hotel late at night for the first time, it might be tricky. Now that I know my way around and enjoyed exploring the unique shopping street, I would love to stay here again!

This was our second stay. My grandchild loves this Hotel. The staff’s consistently pleasant service is always soothing.\nAnd the bed is so comfortable—when I asked my grandchild what was best about this trip, they said the Hotel. We were able to stay until just before the 12:00 p.m. checkout.\nI had trouble because I didn’t know how to use the phone, and I couldn’t find the Japanese food section at the breakfast venue at first—I only realized later—so I hope it can be made easier to understand.\nThe location is also great, right inside Uehommachi Station with a Kintetsu department store next door, making it easy to relax. We will stay again.

I stayed here for the first time because it’s within walking distance of Osaka-jō Hall, and it was also convenient that it’s within walking distance from Morinomiya Station and there is a shuttle bus between the station and the Hotel. This time I had a city-view Room, but next time I’d like to make a Reservation for a castle-view Room. It was also nice to be able to walk through Osaka Castle Park on the way to Osaka-jō Hall. At night, though, there were few people around, which felt a bit unsettling.

This is my second stay, and the location is excellent with easy access from anywhere. There is a convenience store next door, and the front desk staff are very polite. The room is spacious and comfortable.

The accommodation is conveniently located near the station. Although it was not originally a hotel, it has been renovated with basic facilities. It is just a short walk from Tsuruhashi, making it an ideal choice for those looking for a place to sleep. The front desk staff were very kind, offering luggage storage and helpful recommendations. There are also nearby dining options such as shopping streets and Koreatown. I was highly satisfied with the location, facilities, and service. I would definitely search for this accommodation again when staying in Osaka and will choose it without hesitation if available.

I found a Room-assigned Plan for JPY 4,500 and made a Reservation. When I opened the door, it was a twin-bed room!! The room and bathroom were spotless (even the faucets were shining) and very clean. The table was spacious and easy to use. The mirror had lights, making it convenient for doing makeup. I honestly wondered, “Is JPY 4,500 really okay!?” I was tempted by breakfast for JPY 880, but I wanted to relax in my room so I skipped it. After reading Reviews, I picked up earplugs at the amenities bar just in case, but it was so quiet—like there were no guests on either side—that I slept well and didn’t need them. The staff were also very courteous at check-in and check-out. The location is great too, with many restaurants nearby—very convenient. If I have the chance, I’d definitely like to stay again!! I think this building was renovated from a former studio apartment into a Hotel. The Room is spacious for the price. The bath is small, but the toilet is separate. Next time I stay in Tsuruhashi, I’d like to use it again.

I stayed for three nights to visit the Expo. It was mid-September, and I paid just under 7,000 yen per night. The Hotel is close to the station, has a large public bath, and the breakfast was quite delicious. Although it is far from the city center, it is a highly valuable Hotel depending on your purpose, and I would like to stay again. Honestly, the women's public bath is small with only four washing stations, but I had it all to myself during my stay.

I stayed here after the Expo. Although it is a traditional Japanese house, the renovation was excellent, and all electrical appliances were new and user-friendly. Coffee, tea, black tea, soda, alcohol, and water were provided. The bathroom was spacious and renovated as well; soaking in it relieved my fatigue. Although it was mentioned that pajamas were not provided, they were available. Despite how challenging cleaning must be for such a place, it was impeccably clean. Although I forgot an item after staying from far away, the staff responded quickly and courteously. Check-in and check-out were easy to understand and smooth. This Hotel offers excellent value for money.

This time, I met a friend in Tsuruhashi, but recently, Hotel prices have become too high, making it difficult for Japanese people to find places to stay in their own country. Tears... However, I discovered a great hostel in Imazato. I think it was 5,500 yen for a twin single-use room. It takes about 8 minutes from the station to arrive. It feels a bit small, but the owner's attention to detail makes it surprisingly great! Considering the price, it's really good. The room is also kept clean, and I will definitely stay here again next time.
