Seeing that I was having trouble in the lobby, you rushed over to help, and I was truly touched.
At first, I thought, “Wait, do I have to go pick up the amenities myself?” but I was pleasantly surprised—there were even toothbrushes you could choose by firmness, and a wide variety of yukata patterns. The Juraku Library had plenty of Gunma-related books—from photo collections and guidebooks to the manga *You Still Don’t Know Gunma*—so it was fun to browse and gather information. The rooftop garden was also fully equipped with coats, boots, and umbrellas—everything you could possibly need.
The buffet we came for exceeded expectations in both variety and quality. The famous roast beef, special salmon, Hungarian goulash, Czech kulajda soup, and even oden with Shimonita leeks—everything was outstanding! With so many repeat guests, I imagine developing new dishes to keep regulars satisfied must be challenging, but I was amazed by both the selection and the deliciousness. There were also lots of board games to enjoy in the Room.
Our Room had a view of Mt. Tanigawa; being able to gaze at the snowy mountains as long as we liked while sipping freshly ground coffee was an irreplaceable moment. Above all else, everyone at the Hotel provided wonderful service with great attention to detail. We would love to visit again.
