Bizan Kaigetsu

I became interested after watching on YouTube and stayed here. It was an even better stay than I expected. The meals, the staff’s hospitality, the service, the baths, the Room—everything was excellent. The night view from the Room was also amazing. I would love to visit again. When I consulted the staff about an issue with our family stay, they offered wonderfully thoughtful suggestions, and it became the best stay we could have hoped for. From the friendly greetings by the dining venue staff to the pleasant service from the front desk team, our stay was fulfilling from start to finish. There is a coin laundry, and the smoking room has chairs so you can relax while smoking. Many places are becoming spaces where you can’t comfortably linger in a smoking room, but here both the smoking room and the post-bath lounge are relaxing areas for guests of all ages, which was truly great. This time we really loved Astum Land Tokushima, and we plan to travel to Tokushima again in the future—and when we do, we will definitely stay at Bizan Kaigetsu. It was an experience that felt that valuable. Thank you very much.
