Thank you very much for your hospitality.I was deeply impressed by the exceptionally courteous and heartfelt service from all the staff.We arrived by car, and when we couldn’t find the parking area and called for help, you kindly came outside to guide us despite being busy. At breakfast, when there were no seats available and we weren’t sure what to do, you told us it was fine to eat in our Room. You responded quickly and flexibly even to our small needs, and although we stayed only one night, we had a very comfortable stay. Thank you again.

Thank you very much for all your help during our stay. Even though we were able to stay at a very reasonable price, breakfast was included and we were extremely satisfied. Some Reviews mention that the building is old, but it was well cleaned and very pleasant overall. However, there was one disappointing point: at check-in we were asked about housekeeping, and we requested towel replacement only, but when we returned after going out, the room had been fully cleaned. It was also our fault for not putting out the sign, but since they confirmed it with us, we assumed that would be enough. So if you plan to request towel replacement only in the future, I recommend making sure to hang the sign properly.
