Business Hotel Akayane

Thank you for taking care of me on my solo train trip. Since I’m not good with directions, I made a Reservation at a Hotel right by the station, and when I arrived, it was directly in front of the station—what a relief. It helped me a lot. The Room was very small, but it had everything I needed and was comfortable. When I arrived, the futon had already been laid out, and I slept soundly on the fluffy bedding. I didn’t use the bath because I went to Dogo Onsen instead, but there was a unit bath in the Room. I could faintly hear trains passing by, which was also a nice touch for a train lover like me. It was great value for money, and I’d love to stay here again when I visit Matsuyama.

I stay here every time I travel to Matsuyama on business. The location is excellent—about a 5-minute walk from JR Matsuyama Station. Reasonably priced. The Matsuyama zosui at breakfast is outstanding. The Room has everything you need and is more than sufficient.
