Natural Hot Spring Tanchou no Yu Super Hotel Kushiro Natural Hot Spring

Thank you for your hospitality. We stayed as a couple. Since we were out drinking and didn’t spend much time relaxing at the Hotel, we reserved a standard double Room, but thanks to the Hotel's kindness, we were upgraded to a Room with a larger desk! Thank you very much. The toilet in the Room was small, but the Room itself was very comfortable. The welcome drinks were plentiful and had a great atmosphere. The large public bath had designated times for men and women, so I couldn’t use it; therefore, I rated it 3 stars. The photo shows the breakfast I had.

I love Super Hotel and often stay at various locations. The staff here had wonderful smiles and made me feel great. However, compared to other Super Hotels, the bath, breakfast, and elevator congestion were a bit disappointing. I understand this might be due to seasonal factors... The amenities and items at the drink bar were also fewer than other locations. But the excellent customer service made up for it. Thank you for your hospitality!
