Miya-spa Higaki Hotel

Everything felt clean and well-organized with no waste.The complimentary drinks were much appreciated. You can choose your yukata size, and the design is comfortable for walking around the property.The entrance to the open-air bath felt a bit too open, which concerned me slightly, but I still enjoyed it.I booked a Plan with breakfast included; it was a Japanese-style meal in just the right portion size.

We stayed for one night from May 12th. I just received a call from my parents, and they were very pleased. They were very satisfied with both the hot springs and the food. Thanks to being able to check in early, they were able to enjoy the open-air bath, which they were worried about due to their age, while it was still bright. They were very satisfied with the quality of the hot springs. They also seemed to enjoy the food, especially the dish with the shell (I assume?), which they wanted to have seconds of. Even my mother, who doesn't particularly like meat, seemed to enjoy the Mikawa beef shabu-shabu! We are also very grateful for the special grilled sea bream you served, as a gesture for Mother's Day. I thought it would be better to have meals in the room at a leisurely pace, but for my elderly parents, sitting directly on the tatami and getting up seemed a bit inconvenient. Not having noticed such things, I now feel a bit sad, wondering how much longer and what I can do for my aging parents... Next time, I hope to visit Higaki Hotel with my husband and me.
