Although I had used Yokohama and Maihama,
This was my first stay at Hilton Tokyo, and I booked an Executive Junior Suite King. When I arrived 30 minutes before check-in, there was already a line. Since check-in is often available at the lounge, I looked for a staff member to ask, but everyone seemed busy. I stayed in line, and it appeared that other guests behind me were also using Executive benefits and had been told to remain in the same line, so I continued waiting and was able to get to my Room without any issues. Once inside, the Junior Suite felt spacious and beautifully appointed, and I could finally relax. After that, I headed to the lounge for tea. Perhaps due to the time of day, there were no cakes available—only drinks—so I returned to my Room. At cocktail time, without high expectations, I went back to the lounge. Possibly because we were a group of three, we were shown to a separate room. We enjoyed untouched dishes and cocktails on a window-side sofa with night views all around—it was a wonderful and delicious time. For breakfast as well, I wanted to use Marble Lounge, so I woke up early and fully enjoyed both the atmosphere and the food. Although it was a weekend with many guests, all of the staff were courteous and helpful throughout—much appreciated.

Wherever you go, Hilton always delivers.
A sense of stability and comfort, truly a relaxing space. It was a family trip, and we were able to unwind in such a wonderful environment. The whole family was very satisfied. Thank you!

It had been several years.
It had been a while since my last visit, and I remember there used to be a clock in the room, but there wasn’t one this time. There was also no air purifier, which is common in other places recently. It felt a bit cold, but as it seemed busy, I decided not to request an extra blanket as I didn’t want to trouble the staff. It would have been nice if extra blankets were available in the room. Additionally, the TV’s facility guide required scanning QR codes for access. While some places allow you to check things like restaurant crowd levels directly on the TV screen, this setup felt overly simplified. Perhaps it’s just modern trends. That said, overall service and staff responsiveness were excellent and much appreciated!

We made a Reservation for three people in one Room. We arrived at 1:30 p.m. and completed only the check-in procedure for the time being. At that point, the front desk staff told us that cleaning of the prepared Room (twin + extra bed) would likely not be finished in time for the 3:00 p.m. check-in, and asked us to check in later. So we left our luggage and went out. When we returned after 3:30 p.m. and requested to check in again, we were told it would still take more time, so they changed us to a higher-grade Room (deluxe twin + extra bed) and also offered late check-out service. We were told that an extra bed would be brought in due to the room change and that they would come later to set it up. Since it was a sudden room change, I understood—but after the extra bed was delivered, I checked items such as yukata robes and amenities, and everything was only for two people. Because it was a twin Room, I assumed they would bring the missing items later, but no one came even after waiting. So I ordered what was missing on my phone; when it was delivered there wasn’t any particular apology… I thought maybe this is just how it is. Then when I tried to change clothes, I realized my suitcase—which they said they would deliver to the Room later—had not arrived, so I called the front desk and had them bring it up. Overall, it became a very disorganized start to our stay, and I kept wondering if we should have just waited until the originally assigned Room was ready. Also, although I’m not sure if it was from upstairs or elsewhere, footsteps were noticeable. It’s especially disappointing because the male staff member at reception during check-in was very good. In fact, we stayed at Hilton Yokohama two days ago: smooth check-in; quiet; excellent facilities and in-room environment. In Yokohama there were also amenities sets including cleansing oil/cleanser/toner/emulsion skincare products; I assumed Tokyo would have them too but there were none, so we had to buy them at a convenience store downstairs at short notice. Something available in Yokohama wasn’t available in Tokyo… Since both are Hilton properties I thought things would be standardized across them, but apparently not—good to know. For reference, Yokohama also had body-wash towels and mouthwash; plus a jewelry tray in the Room and even long umbrellas available for loan. There were shoe cloths as well as a Bluetooth speaker too. It made me wonder what accounts for such differences. After Hilton Yokohama, we expected Hilton Tokyo to be even better—so this was truly disappointing. That said, our meal at Marble Lounge was very delicious, and the dining staff’s timing in clearing empty plates as well as refilling water when it ran low was excellent.

The breakfast was delicious and very satisfying.
The bathroom was smaller compared to my previous stay, which was disappointing, but the breakfast was excellent and satisfying. Most of the guests were foreign tourists, with very few Japanese guests, making it feel like a hotel in another country. The room was on a lower floor with no great view, but it allowed for a relaxing stay without worrying about privacy. I would like to stay again if I have the chance. The amenities were secured as if to prevent them from being taken away, and even the drinking water came in glass bottles instead of lightweight plastic ones, which I found amusing. Considering it's a luxury hotel, I wonder if such measures are necessary. The jam at breakfast also seemed prepared with this concern in mind—it wasn’t served in small jars but already placed on plates—which I found quite humorous.

It was quite disappointing.
A few days ago, I received a call to reconfirm my accommodation booking, but despite my request, the items I had asked for were not prepared in the room, which was disappointing. Additionally, the conditioner provided in the bathroom was less than enough for one person, which made me very upset. The service did not meet the standards of an executive accommodation room, which was unfortunate.

I enjoyed a comfortable stay at the Hotel!
This time, I stayed in the Executive Tower Suite. I was able to enjoy a comfortable room and access to the "Executive Lounge"! I indulged in delicious light meals and "snacks" along with alcoholic beverages such as wine, sake, and various whiskeys at the cocktail lounge from 5:30 PM! Since I requested breakfast included, I had breakfast in this "Executive Lounge"! It was rich in variety so that both Western and Japanese cuisine could be enjoyed, and it was a long time since I've had such a delicious breakfast! As expected, even when staying overseas at the "Hilton Hotel," I'm always impressed by how all their dishes are "delicious!" The service is always kind with explanations! I'm truly grateful! Next time as well, I'll definitely use the Executive Lounge again! Thank you very much!

Wonderful Hotel, I'm impressed
Thank you for your hospitality. Uncle & Aunt... I am truly impressed with this wonderful hotel. The room is also wonderful. The lounge is wonderful too. The surprise for the anniversary was touching. The view from the room was also impressive. The breakfast was amazing~nice. The staff treated us well, making it a truly wonderful, enjoyable, and comfortable anniversary trip. Thank you very much. We would like to visit again. I am also filled with gratitude. I would like to stay as well. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

To begin with, this was my first stay at a Hilton, so I'm not familiar with their services. If this is the standard hospitality at Hilton, please disregard my comments. In conclusion, as this was my first time at a Hilton, I can't really evaluate the service since I didn't receive any notable service. Please don't take this as a reference. I thought it was a very nice hotel, but I regret using it like a business hotel. Here's what happened: I arrived at the hotel in the morning and wanted to leave my luggage, so I spoke to a staff member and was advised to check in at the front desk. I received information about breakfast and a key card to access the lounge, and was told to check in at the club lounge at the regular time, so I went out and returned to the hotel in the evening. At the club lounge, I was only handed the room key card, and my companion and I went to the room, slept, and checked out. Despite it being my first time, I feel like I didn't receive any explanation on how to use the key card, the lounge, or the room. How does the hotel view this? I checked the room information sheet for how to use the lounge, but by then it was too late, and only drinks were available. I didn't rush the staff for explanations, nor did I request an early check-in. If it's difficult to coordinate, I would appreciate it if you could accommodate check-ins at the scheduled time. If it's normal to have only written explanations in the room, then I'm in the wrong, so please don't worry about it. Also, it seems there is no check-in or check-out service on the executive floor, so it would be nice if that could be done on the floor. Based on the above, I can't recommend this hotel to those who haven't stayed in a hotel for a while or are unfamiliar with hotel stays. Also, since this hotel has limited amenities, I suggest bringing all your bathing supplies except for towels, toothbrushes, and razors. I especially recommend bringing your own shampoo and related items.

Hilton Tokyo
I have been staying at Hilton Hotels for about 30 years, and I am always very satisfied. I currently live in Oita City, so I use the limousine bus from the hotel to Haneda Airport. I make reservations on my mobile phone, but at 74 years old, it's quite difficult for me and always a source of worry. However, the young female staff at the hotel are very kind and supportive, which alleviates my worries, and I am very grateful. I will continue to use Hilton Hotels in the future.
