We stayed here for two nights and three days. It was a wonderful, very clean, dog-first Hotel, with great amenities and fun activities, so we were able to spend a very relaxing time. They also responded immediately to an unexpected issue—this is an excellent Hotel for me as I travel with multiple dogs. In Tokyo, this is my only choice. I would love to stay again.

I stayed here to take a certification exam. The Room was bright and had a study desk, so I was able to prepare thoroughly. While many places have dim lighting, this Room had a desk light, and the bedside light could be adjusted freely. I felt it was efficiently designed. They also upgraded me to a Room with a view of Tokyo Tower, which made for a special memory. It seemed like many of the guests were international visitors, but everyone was pleasant, and I hoped they enjoyed Japan. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

I often use this hotel when I have work early the next day. Unlike other Sanco Inns, there is no large public bath, but the toilet and bath are separate, which is nice. You can also choose a pillow that suits you, so I slept well. It was quiet and comfortable to stay in.

Three women stayed here for a company training trip. It was only one night, but it was a great opportunity to bond. We made our Reservation early, so we got an excellent rate and it was perfect. The location is convenient, with many convenience stores and shops nearby—highly recommended.

Close to the station, I was able to spend time leisurely.

Due to the cancellation of my flight from Haneda and uncertainty about whether to take a plane or bullet train the next day, I chose this place for its convenient access to both. Despite the sudden reservation, the room was comfortable, amenities were provided, and the front desk staff were pleasant, allowing me to have an enjoyable stay. The room had a desk that made working easy, and the positioning of the bed and TV was excellent. I was able to relax in my room until morning without any issues. I look forward to staying here again.

I often use this place for business trips to Tokyo. The route from Hamamatsucho to Tokyo is not crowded in the morning, making it convenient. Access to Haneda Airport is also excellent. There is a convenience store on the first floor where I buy breakfast and other items. It’s very convenient, and the Room is compact but clean. There are also delicious yakiniku restaurants nearby, which I frequently visit.

We stayed as a family of three, including a 6-year-old child. The accommodation is about a 5-minute walk from Daimon and Hamamatsucho, which was manageable even for our child. We booked a twin room with plans for Child Sharing Existing Bedding, and upon contacting the accommodation in advance, they kindly arranged to push the beds together, which was very helpful. The bed size was originally 140cm wide—larger than most hotels—and combining them made it spacious enough for comfortable sharing. The room had been renovated in 2025 and was clean and well-maintained. While some parts retained older elements with minor stains visible, it wasn’t bothersome. The wallpaper, furnishings, toilet, and bathtub were all new and provided a pleasant stay. The air conditioning in our room allowed temperature adjustments. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet; everything was delicious. Perhaps due to the area’s international appeal, there seemed to be many guests from overseas—including Western countries—and there were plenty of customizable options available at breakfast. We particularly liked making our own tonkotsu ramen and enjoying ochazuke with various toppings. The staff were friendly and shared helpful information during our stay. Our visit coincided with seeing Shiki Theatre Company performances; even our child could easily walk to the theater from the hotel. Additionally, there were Halloween events tailored for children at the hotel that delighted our daughter immensely!

It was a very relaxing space. It was a comfortable size, and I was able to spend my time at ease. I would like to stay again.

It was the cheapest option I found when searching around Hamamatsucho for a business trip. There is only a shower, but since Business Hotel bathtubs are usually small and I often just use the shower anyway, it wasn’t an issue. I couldn’t hear any outside noise at all and slept very well. I’d like to stay here again.

I chose this Hotel because it is close to my company for a business trip. It is near Daimon Station and Onarimon Station, and within walking distance to Shimbashi Station and Hamamatsucho Station. The room was as small as a typical Business Hotel but clean. Although the Room was small, there were tables and chairs on the first floor with power outlets, providing a good workspace. Additionally, breakfast included bread, and coffee was available for free, which was nice overall. Having a Lawson convenience store nearby was also very convenient.

The location is very good, being close to the station and easy to find, with a view of Tokyo Tower when you step out onto the main street. On the last day, my smartphone battery was about to die, but they kindly allowed me to charge it even after checkout. The Room had a well-organized layout, and above all, it was nice that I couldn't hear any noise from the neighboring rooms. The only downside was that the front desk could get crowded at times, which was inconvenient if you were in a hurry, but considering the cost performance, I would like to use it again.

The corridor area is semi-outdoor, so it was cold (since it was autumn). It feels like an apartment building. The Room was clean, and the breakfast was very delicious! The location is great, and I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

The location is perfect, being close to both Daimon and Hamamatsucho. Other than having a robot at the reception, it was an ordinary Hotel. Check-in and check-out were easy, and I appreciated the security as the elevator cannot be used without a card key. The twin Room was reasonably spacious, and the bathroom was clean. If I may be a bit indulgent, I would like skincare amenities for women. I would be happy if coffee was available instead of tea. The breakfast was delicious, but there was no main dish, only side dishes. I would have liked some grilled fish, even if it was small. This time, I used it for a stay before a Shiki Theatre Company performance. The 11 a.m. check-out was helpful, and I appreciated being able to extend it for an additional fee.

It was my first time staying, but I wandered around not knowing where the front desk was. I used the Diamond benefits for early check-in and a drink ticket. The hospitality of the restaurant staff was excellent, and the apple pie I ordered with tea was too delicious! However, the breakfast had a limited variety, and the quantity of each item was small, so even though I entered the restaurant first thing in the morning, there were some empty dishes here and there. There were no fresh vegetable salads at all, was it an oversight? While the café experience was good, the breakfast was disappointing. The room size and the firmness of the bed mattress were just right, and I had a comfortable stay.

The building and facility may be old, but the room, toilet, and bath are spacious. There is a Lawson convenience store next to the hotel, and the room has a microwave. I stayed for two nights and had a comfortable experience. Breakfast includes complimentary rice ball bento and tea, the price is reasonable, and I will use this place again when visiting Tokyo. Some reviews have negative comments, but I think they are exaggerated.
