We stayed as a family of four with my parents and our 2-year-old toy poodle. The room was convenient and allowed us to enjoy a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and made our experience pleasant. Additionally, there was a walking path right next to the hotel, which was very convenient! It was an accommodation we would love to visit again.

The hostess and staff were warm and welcoming throughout our stay, which left a lasting impression. The meals, including Omi beef, were absolutely delicious. The room featured a kotatsu, allowing us to relax in a traditional Japanese atmosphere. It was truly a wonderful accommodation—thank you!

Because our arrival time at the Accommodation was uncertain, we made a last-minute Reservation at a Japanese restaurant for dinner and enjoyed a delicious meal. Breakfast the next morning was a buffet, and every dish was excellent; you could really feel the chef’s craftsmanship, with high-quality ingredients on offer—we were very satisfied.

The natural Biwamasu trout, proof of its orange color from feasting on plenty of shrimp! It's incredibly delicious!! Served as sashimi, grilled, fried, and more in generous portions. Living in the Kanto region makes it hard to visit often, but next time I’d love to try the eel hot pot (Jun-Jun). Thank you so much to everyone at the accommodation for your hospitality.

This is a conveniently accessible Stays along the Sazanami Street. There is ample space on the premises, so you can unload your luggage at the entrance before moving your car to the parking space. On the first floor, there is a lobby and front desk, as well as a bright and open café salon and dining area facing the lake. The atmosphere inside the Property is quite stylish, with a pension-like feel. There seems to be a shortage of staff, so contact with staff is mostly limited to the front lobby and dining area. Accommodation is only on the second floor. All Rooms have large windows facing the lake. Since there is no elevator, some guests may find it difficult to carry their luggage up to the second floor. The Room I stayed in had a panoramic bath with a full glass window on the lake side, continuing into a tatami Room with a bed placed across the glass wall. You can enjoy a wide view of the lake from the bath through the glass wall while sitting on the bed or chair. The bath is maintained at a comfortable 41 degrees Celsius 24 hours a day. Since the bath is on the window side, it is not expected to be cold even in winter. Including the washroom and toilet, the Room is either newly built or renovated, making it functional and comfortable. The bed's comfort and Room temperature control are excellent. Thanks to good soundproofing, you cannot hear any traffic noise despite frequent traffic passing by. Although there is quite a loud BGM playing in the corridors and dining area, it is not audible inside the accommodation Room. The dining area has counter seats facing the large windows on the lake side. The long counter is divided into sections for two people each with tall partitions. Although the guests were quiet, you can hear other guests' conversations. There also seem to be table seats that are not at the counter. The cuisine is gourmet as per the Review. The dishes seem to reflect the chef's pride and dedication (as expected), which may lead to differing preferences.
