We visited for my grandmother’s birthday. It’s newly opened and very clean, and even though we were staying at a Hotel, the food was better than many restaurants—we were truly impressed. When we mentioned it was her birthday, they brought flowers and shared lots of sightseeing recommendations. The service was excellent, and the amenities were high-quality and thoughtfully selected, which made our stay even better. It was my first time trying a magma sauna, so I was curious. I don’t like regular saunas because the dry heat is uncomfortable for me, but this sauna had steam as well despite being hot, so it was very easy to use—I went in three times. It seems you can make a Reservation for just the restaurant without staying overnight, so I’d like to visit again when I’m in the area.

We stayed again as a couple (with our dog) for the first time in two years. We heard it would start raining from the evening of our arrival day, so we came just after 1:00 p.m. hoping to let our dog play in the dog run. When we explained this at the front desk, they kindly said, “Of course,” and welcomed us right away. We let our dog play for over an hour and thought he must be tired, but before we knew it, it was time to check in. As always, everything was spotless down to every corner. All amenities were placed within easy reach, making for a comfortable start. He still wanted to play and kept staring at the dog run from the second-floor balcony, but raindrops began to fall, so they kindly took us by boat to New Awaji Main Building. We enjoyed a luxurious bath there, then took a wagon Shuttle Service back to Shimahana. Everywhere we went, all staff greeted us with warm smiles, and we were able to head into dinner feeling great as usual. The “Seasonal Delicacies Course” was an outstanding meal carefully prepared with seasonal ingredients—gentle enough for an older couple like us—and every dish left us feeling refreshed both physically and mentally. This is the number one reason we want to return again and again. The next morning we also enjoyed the breakfast buffet heartily (forgetting our age). As expected, everything was delicious. Because of yesterday’s rain our dog didn’t quite get enough exercise, but we left truly satisfied thanks to your wonderful hospitality. We hope to return again soon. This was our family’s second stay. We first stayed about six months ago and were so impressed by the location and atmosphere that we came back. The view from inside, stylish furniture and appliances, and spacious layout are all very appealing, and our whole family was delighted. The Accommodation is a bit tucked away, but once you arrive, it feels like there could be no other place—such a special location. This time we didn’t use the meals provided; instead, we ordered local catered seafood dishes, which were also excellent. The staff at eureka awaji were very attentive and kindly shared recommendations for the area. We had a truly satisfying stay.

We revisited with the much-anticipated Sushi Plan that we decided to try after being impressed by the view from the room last time! The cuisine exceeded our expectations—luxurious and delicious, it was absolutely worth it. While preparing meals ourselves is fun, enjoying professional flavors in a private space is truly exceptional. Once again, it was just the two of us staying, so the room felt incredibly spacious (laughs), but every corner was impeccably clean and exuded a sense of freshness. With this level of cleanliness, I’m sure even large family trips or group visits would be enjoyable for everyone. This was our second time using the unmanned check-in system, and it went smoothly. We had such a relaxing stay again! Next time, we’d love to bring along more people for an even bigger gathering!

However, I had requested a birthday cake with the message plate saying "Happy Birthday Mam," but it was written as "Man" instead. We stayed with 6 adults and 4 children (ages 4, 2, and two infants), and it was more than enough space. The 4-year-old and 2-year-old were thrilled with the large house and bath, while the crawling infants had plenty of room to move around. Amenities for all 10 of us were thoughtfully prepared, allowing us to enjoy a relaxing morning bath. The sauna was also a highlight—3 adults used it at once with plenty of room to spare, making it hard to leave! Although the parking is listed as accommodating three cars, we found it tight for two standard cars and one compact car; unloading luggage was a bit challenging. Despite this minor inconvenience, we would love to make staying here an annual tradition. The owner communicated kindly via phone and messages throughout our stay—thank you so much!
