I had such an enjoyable time relaxing while admiring the stunning scenery that time flew by quickly. Sitting on the sofa until the end while gazing at the sea made me wish to stay longer... It was such a satisfying experience that I've decided to come back again next year!

This was my first stay here. I had high expectations after seeing the photos and Reviews, and it turned out to be an even more wonderful Accommodation than I imagined. First of all, the Room’s South of France-inspired color scheme made me feel like I was on vacation the moment I walked in. I was also happy that the amenities were all L’OCCITANE. It was great to be able to use the lounge before dinner. I only meant to have something light, but I ended up starting with beer and then having a bit too much wine as well. For dinner, we ate at Teppanyaki Kōsan, and I truly appreciated how kindly they accommodated our last-minute additional request. Everything from the appetizers to the fish dish and meat was delicious. After the meal, I went to the large public bath and was able to thoroughly soothe my tired body in the hot water. Having a large public bath in a Hotel of this size feels rare—in a good way. Another nice touch was that the loungewear came as separate pajama-style pieces. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept soundly until morning. After breakfast the next day, we took a walk to Yuigahama Beach on foot. It’s about a 5-minute walk from the Hotel, so I thought the location was excellent as well. Since we wanted to sightsee using an Enoden one-day pass on this trip, it helped us a lot that you could store our luggage in the morning before check-in. Thanks to that, we were able to explore hands-free, and it became a trip we were completely satisfied with in every way. I’ve found another favorite Hotel here. Next time, I’d like to enjoy an even more indulgent evening with Teppanyaki’s full course menu and free-flow drinks compared with this visit."""

We had a wonderful time with the amazing view and Room. This time we chose a breakfast-only Plan, and it was very delicious with plenty of fresh Hayama vegetables and generous portions. With a later check-out time, we could relax without worrying about the clock, making it a truly great trip. We would love to stay again.

It was a very lovely Hotel. The lobby had a café-like atmosphere, and the decorations were beautiful, with artworks that evoked the feeling of the sea. I felt it was a Hotel that could be comfortably enjoyed by both middle-aged guests and families. The breakfast was great a

Access was a bit tricky, and from a distance the building didn’t clearly look like a Hotel, but once inside, an amazing space opened up with panoramic ocean views. The check-in service and guidance to the Room were very courteous and made us feel at ease. Although it was a basement Room, the view from the sofa and terrace was breathtaking. The sea felt incredibly close, and beyond the window was an outstanding view. The amenities and Facility were also high quality, making it feel like a little luxury. We had made a Reservation for the No Meals Included Plan, but we loved the spectacular views from this Hotel so much that we also used the on-site restaurant. The course meal featuring local ingredients looked great and tasted wonderful—we were very satisfied. I’m not great with mornings so we didn’t have breakfast, but opening the bathroom window made it feel like an open-air bath, resulting in an amazing morning soak. The service, Facility, and food were all top-notch. It doesn’t have that flashy vibe of high-end Hotels in central Tokyo, but you can truly feel a kind of luxury that only this location can offer. It seems there are larger Rooms as well, so we’d love to come back next time with family.

Since my second-year junior high school daughter will be entering exam season this April, we won’t be able to travel for a while, so we went on what felt like our last trip of the year. Our kids are in their first year of high school and second year of junior high, so they weren’t very enthusiastic at first, but once we stepped inside THE HOUSE, they got excited by how stylish and luxurious it was and really enjoyed the villa. We chose a Plan with BBQ included, so we were able to enjoy a BBQ on the terrace while looking out at the ocean. However, it was a bit too much food for our family, so we put the leftovers in an insulated cooler bag and took them home. We recommend bringing an insulated cooler bag. Overall, it was an extremely satisfying trip. We’d love to stay again as a family.

I stayed for one night at THE HOUSE Hayama, located on the Sanga-shita Beach in Hayama Town, Miura District. The first impression was undoubtedly the breathtaking view right in front of me! The walls facing the sea on both the first and second floors are entirely made of windows, allowing you to enjoy the scenery while listening to the sound of waves—whether taking a walk, reading a book, or enjoying a drink. It was truly an indulgent moment that engaged all my senses. Additionally, every corner of the Room is adorned with tasteful furnishings that create picture-perfect scenes. The use of bamboo toothbrushes also conveyed the owner's thoughtful intention to bring smiles not only to people but also to our planet. This is a place that makes time spent with loved ones feel even more valuable and fulfilling. Thank you very much!

Stayed in mid-August Staff: All staff members were exceptionally pleasant. Dinner: The on-site Italian restaurant served delicious dishes, including those featuring pike conger and eel, paired with perfectly matched wines for a satisfying experience. Breakfast: A healthy breakfast with just the right portion size. Room: Impeccably clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and pleasant stay. The view of the sea over the yacht harbor and the sunset towards Enoshima was stunning. (The staff provided a note with sunset and sunrise times along with the room key at check-in, allowing us to enjoy these moments perfectly.) Amenities: Equipped with high-end amenities, including the latest ReFa hairdryer and Nespresso machine. Bed: Though I don’t know the brand, it had an ideal firmness for a very comfortable sleep through the night. B&O Bluetooth speaker provided excellent sound quality; we played background music from our smartphone all day long. Overall, this is an incredibly pleasant accommodation where we enjoyed a wonderful holiday. It’s one of those hotels you’d want to visit repeatedly!

We made wonderful memories. The beach is right in front of the property, and the location is excellent—we were very satisfied.

At check-in, the staff provided a courteous and thorough introduction, and we had a very comfortable stay. There was a park just a short walk away, with beautiful ocean views—an excellent location. A 24-hour convenience store was also about a 5-minute walk away. Inside the Accommodation building, the space was stylish and thoughtfully furnished piece by piece. It was clean, and amenities such as shampoo were high quality. The kitchen had an easy-to-use two-burner gas stove, and we cooked dinner in the evening, which was very comfortable. We traveled with our dog, and it seemed to absolutely love the dog sofa that was provided—it stayed on it the whole time and looked very relaxed.

We stayed for one night as a family to celebrate my mother's 77th birthday. Although the weather was unfortunately rainy, we were able to spend a luxurious and happy time together in the spacious room and beautifully designed resort-like space. The terrace was seamlessly connected to the interior, offering a sense of openness and easy access, which we really appreciated. The wide roof also allowed us to enjoy the terrace even in the rain. My family was very pleased and said it was wonderful! Thank you so much.

【Good Points】 ① Stunning views! ② The room is warm thanks to good sunlight. ③ A cheerful surfer-style staff member joked, "I'm strong, I can carry your luggage!" ④ All drinks in the fridge were complimentary. 【Bad Points】 ① Parking is challenging as it's along the seaside street. ② Since the entrance is on the 3rd floor, carrying heavy luggage can be tough. ③ Limited number of humidifiers; it gets dry quickly when using heating. ④ The room gets extremely hot on sunny days due to too much sunlight. ⑤ Wi-Fi was unavailable for all three days of our stay. I stay in this area about three times a week and had all my meals at my usual restaurants, so I didn’t use the kitchen much but recall that the cutlery was well-stocked. Although there were some minor issues, my stay was generally comfortable. I plan to visit again when it gets warmer!

Unfortunately, the weather was not favorable and it rained, but I still enjoyed the creative space and the ocean view. It made me want to stay again soon. However, it would have been better if there were hooks in the bathroom for hanging clothes or towels.

This property, located in the highly popular area of Hayama, features a unique layout designed to maximize space. The second floor houses the bedrooms, while the third floor includes the living-dining-kitchen (LDK) area, bathroom, and balcony. The fourth floor offers a rooftop space with an elevator for convenience. However, please note that the parking space on the ground floor is quite narrow and directly faces a residential road, which may make parking challenging during certain times of day. If your vehicle exceeds the designated size limit for this parking spot, there is a coin-operated parking lot available diagonally across from the property. Inside, every corner of this facility is impeccably clean and well-organized. From the third-floor living room, you can enjoy stunning views of both the ocean and Mount Fuji (photos available). The facility provides excellent comfort and functionality for guests. Additionally, there is a bus stop with frequent service conveniently located right in front of the property—perfect for accessing dining options near Zushi Station or other nearby areas.

The staff's response was excellent, and I had a comfortable stay. The tree, in particular, matched the Room perfectly and was lovely.

During Golden Week, accommodations were fully booked, but a cancellation became available, so I made a reservation and stayed for one night. Despite being Golden Week, it was very reasonably priced and absolutely perfect. The staff were very attentive and excellent. I would definitely like to use this accommodation again!
