I stayed for multiple nights. The room was undeniably old, but it was clean and I was able to stay comfortably. The customer service was impeccable, and they kindly answered even small questions, which was very nice. Regarding the hot springs, there were many times when the priority hours for guests felt like private times, and I thoroughly enjoyed them. However, during the hours when day-trippers also used the facilities, there were people constantly in the sauna, which made it difficult to use, and that was the only disappointment. As for the meals, I only used the restaurant once, so I will refrain from evaluating it. However, the service was good, the price was reasonable, and the food was delicious. What concerned me was that the WiFi either didn't connect at all or disconnected immediately after connecting, making it unusable, and the dilapidated state of the area outside the facility was quite noticeable. There seemed to be many areas around the golf course that were not being used, and perhaps they couldn't keep up with maintenance, as there were places where the grass was overgrown, making it look like a ruin, which is a shame. I don't mind such things, so I enjoyed it, but I wouldn't recommend it to others. It's a pity that there are no places to relax outdoors despite the beautiful nature, so I think it would be nice if it could become a small park or something. Also, although it's unavoidable, it's unfortunate that the hiking trails are closed due to bear sightings. Overall, it's perfect for those who come to enjoy the facilities, but those who also want to explore or hike should be cautious. I will visit again.
