I always enjoy a comfortable stay here. This time, the heating in my Room wasn’t working well and it took a long time to warm up, so I contacted the front desk and they responded quickly. They promptly prepared another Room for me and arranged a move, and even provided a small heater in case the new Room hadn’t warmed up yet. Thanks to the staff’s courteous support, I was able to spend the rest of my stay comfortably. Thank you very much. The Annex staff are always kind and pleasant to deal with, which I really appreciate. I look forward to staying again.

I stayed for two nights for my mother's memorial service. Having used several accommodations in southern Akita Prefecture before and often being disappointed, I was hesitant to book a business hotel this time as well. However, due to the circumstances, I reluctantly made a reservation here after much searching. I had sent my luggage in advance via courier and requested it be placed in the room due to its weight. At the front desk, the staff's friendly and non-formal attitude provided a sense of reassurance. Upon checking into the room, I found it slightly spacious for a twin room in a business hotel. While there was some age to it, it was clean and comfortable enough for my stay. One minor inconvenience was that the room key was not automatic; you had to manually lock it when leaving (this could use improvement). Although there was an en-suite bath in the room, I opted for their public bath with artificial onsen water—it was quite relaxing! However, there were only five washing stations which felt cramped at times as soap or water from neighboring users would occasionally splash over. The women's section reportedly had just two washing stations, leading to wait times during use. The meals were surprisingly good—not your typical business hotel fare of rice balls and mediocre bread but proper dishes that changed daily even during multiple night stays! This variety kept things interesting and enjoyable throughout. To be honest, I initially expected this place to be like any other business hotel: small rooms with single beds crammed together and uninspired meals—but they completely exceeded my expectations. Since I'll need accommodations every one or two years when visiting this area (though there's no family home left), I've decided without hesitation that I'll choose this hotel again next time!

The special room was so spacious that it felt almost wasteful for a solo stay, and I had a very comfortable time. Dinner included local specialties and even crab as a special addition, so I enjoyed it more than enough. There were also plenty of services such as complimentary late-night soba, a private open-air bath, and a hot stone sauna, and just using them all felt like an incredible value. The only disappointment was that the large public bath is separated by gender on different days, so I wasn’t able to use the large open-air bath.

The Onsen was excellent. Thanks to the Onsen, I slept very well. Thank you very much.

I enjoyed using the on-site bath facility. The natural hot spring bath was very relaxing. Since my stay was No Meals Included, I cannot comment on the food, but I appreciated the complimentary late-night ramen, which was delicious. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance.

I stayed at this accommodation during a visit back home after deciding to let go of my family house in Yokote. When I informed the staff about my late check-in, the person on the phone was incredibly kind and left me with high expectations for my stay. The front desk staff were also very welcoming, gentle, and provided excellent service in a calm and pleasant atmosphere. The entrance and hallways had a very charming ambiance. The room number plates and lighting were stylishly designed. The room was compact yet perfectly equipped with everything needed, offering just the right amount of space. I especially appreciated that the bathroom and toilet were separate, which made it easy to relax comfortably. Everything was impeccably clean, making it truly an outstanding hotel! Although letting go of my family house means I might visit Yokote less often in the future, discovering this favorite hotel has given me a reason to return again for sure.
