We stayed here when traveling to Azumino for our wedding anniversary, which marked our silver anniversary. The Accommodation may not be new, but both the interior and exterior have an elegant atmosphere and are kept very clean and well organized. All staff were extremely courteous and left a great impression. In addition, both dinner and breakfast were outstanding in both quality and quantity—among the best we have experienced at any Accommodation. On the way home, my wife and I agreed that we would like to return again soon. This was the first Accommodation that made me want to stay again. Finally, we stayed in a Western-style room, and the only improvement I would request is having more power outlets for charging smartphones and other electronic devices.

Your warm hospitality instantly melted away my everyday fatigue. The location was wonderful, and the Facility was perfect. For dinner, I was able to join a wine event and directly feel the passion of the people who make the wine. The food was also delicious—it was pure bliss. At breakfast, we enjoyed heartfelt dishes, including onigiri with what seemed to be yamame trout roe. The staff’s kind words throughout our stay were so comforting that it felt like coming home. We will definitely return. Thank you very much for everything.

I always stay here whenever I visit Hakuba. From the moment you step into this Swiss chalet-style building—befitting a distinguished guesthouse of the Japanese Alps—you are welcomed by tasteful furniture and décor. The clean, well-designed Room offers breathtaking seasonal views of the Hakuba Three Peaks and the surrounding Alps from its large windows and balcony. The French dinner and breakfast buffet let you enjoy Shinshu’s seasons with all five senses, and each staff member’s warm, refined hospitality brings everything together in perfect balance to create the “Hakuba Tokyu Hotel” brand. This time, dinner was a “Gourmet Journey,” a harmonious collaboration of French cuisine with Japanese elements using Shinshu ingredients. In the elegant atmosphere of the main dining room “Chamonix,” I enjoyed a luxurious menu including grilled kinki (rockfish) with pinecone-style scoring, grilled wagyu beef, bamboo shoot rice with Shinshu soba, and caramel mille-feuille. On my previous visit on November 1st, I enjoyed the combination of autumn leaves and the season’s first snowfall; this time, I was able to fully take in Hakuba’s lingering snow and the morning alpenglow. I believe this is an outstanding Hotel for anyone who wants to enjoy Hakuba throughout all four seasons. To all the staff members, thank you very much. I would love to stay here again in the future.

As last year, we stayed in a Room with a semi-open-air bath. It was wonderful to be able to enjoy the Onsen at the perfect temperature anytime, so this time we didn’t use the public bath and spent our stay using only the in-room bath. The tap water was delicious to drink, and the in-room amenities were well stocked, which we really appreciated. The only issue was that the air conditioning had heating only; since it was a seasonal transition, it felt a bit warm inside even with the heat turned off, so it would be nice if cooling were available during this time of year. Other than that, everything—from the location and service to the value for money—was excellent. We’d love to stay again.

I visited this accommodation last February, and it remains one of my favorite places to relax no matter how many times I come. While the view is not particularly remarkable, I could see snow-covered Hakuba and a beautiful sunrise. The onsen, known as "beauty skin water," left my skin smooth and hydrated—absolutely wonderful. The meals were perfectly portioned—not too much—and incredibly delicious. The Mont Blanc dessert was exceptional as well. Breakfast was also thoughtfully prepared with just the right amount of food. I look forward to visiting again after the busy ski season ends.

The Hotel was very beautiful and the exterior was highly attractive, but the Room felt somewhat dated. The location right in front of the ski slopes was extremely convenient and excellent. On the other hand, I was bothered by the smell of tobacco on the first floor. Dinner was very satisfying and truly delicious. Breakfast was also tasty, healthy, and enjoyable. It felt a bit inconvenient that there is no luggage storage service before check-in or after check-out. Also, Rooms on the 10th floor do not have a direct elevator, which was slightly inconvenient. Additionally, it was not possible to split a one-day lift ticket into two half-day tickets.

The Facility is very clean, and the large public bath—especially the open-air bath—is excellent. I visit Hakuba every year, and for the past few years I’ve been staying here each time. The staff are also very pleasant, and I really enjoyed the breakfast. I’ll be back when I visit Hakuba again next year—thank you in advance.

This is a hotel with a great atmosphere. The water pressure of the onsen shower was too strong, and it reached others who were bathing (partly depending on how the shower was used). I would like to stay here again in winter.

I made a Reservation because I wanted to go snowboarding. The free Shuttle Service to several ski resorts was very convenient. The Onsen and Room were clean, and the meals were luxurious with all-you-can-drink alcohol. The price of around 10,000 yen is an incredible deal. It truly turned into an enjoyable trip. Staying at this Hotel makes you not want to stay at any other Hotel. Thank you very much!

We stayed for two nights. We didn’t include meals, but the Room was very spacious and spotlessly clean, so we had a comfortable stay. We were able to relax in the bath as it was private during our use. The front desk staff were very friendly, and we enjoyed chatting with them. We would love to stay again when we visit Omachi. I stayed with a breakfast-included plan. The lovely hostess warmly welcomed me and showed me to a clean and charming room, though it was a bit old. Walking through the entrance, I passed a hallway adorned with various antique furnishings, which were truly impressive. The bath was great, but it was a bit disappointing that the open-air bath was unavailable during the morning. Breakfast was carefully prepared dish by dish, with plenty of rice and mushrooms, and it was absolutely delicious. I was also delighted by the warm send-off at the end. This is an accommodation I would love to visit again.

From the reservation stage, the owner made various thoughtful arrangements to accommodate food allergies. The hotel interior features a rare piano, paintings, and beautiful furnishings, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. Each dish was prepared with care and was both gentle and delicious. Quiet location and a clean Room. The Onsen in the Room is very helpful for guests who are not comfortable with large public baths. The wappa-meshi breakfast was more filling than it looked and delicious.

We stayed as a family of four. When we informed them of our early arrival, they kindly allowed us to enter the room. They also sent us URLs via text message for recommended nearby supermarkets and cafes. It was such a wonderful villa that one night felt too short! A slightly disappointing point was that none of the pet supplies were prepared, so it would have been better if the items listed on the site were ready. The bath was comfortable, and we had a very meaningful time. We would love to use it again.

Thank you very much for your hospitality the other day! The Facility is old, but the toilets and washbasins were new, and the Room’s air conditioner was also new, which was great. Breakfast was excellent—the rice was exceptionally delicious, the pork soup (made without miso) was wonderful, and the other side dishes were also tasty. All rooms are equipped with floor heating and individual air conditioners for maximum comfort. Each room has a private toilet and shower (the second-floor room includes a bathtub), ensuring privacy. The living room features high ceilings with an incredible sense of openness; however, while large windows offer great views, there are no blinds in the living area—this may be uncomfortable for some guests despite minimal surroundings. The semi-open-air bath on the first floor is spacious enough to accommodate 3–4 adult men at once comfortably but lacks a changing area (possibly designed for direct use after skiing using the laundry space near the entrance). Note that it’s visible from outside through its windows—likely from neighboring villas—so additional privacy measures would be appreciated. The kitchen is well-equipped with dishes and cooking utensils (though no measuring cup was available). Guests need to bring their own seasonings but will find it highly functional overall. Used dishes can simply be placed into the dishwasher. A baby crib can be borrowed free of charge if requested in advance (floor-sleeping type). Additionally, all rooms feature twin beds; however, according to staff members, they can rearrange them into a double bed layout upon request. 【Check-out】 Guests are told they may leave freely without any formalities at checkout time; however, confirming this process during your stay might provide peace of mind. 【Overall Experience】 The living room sofa was very comfortable to sit on, and we enjoyed watching TV on its large screen—it was an incredibly relaxing stay overall! We look forward to staying here again!

Thank you for your hospitality. The season was just right, neither too hot nor too cold, making the outdoor barbecue comfortable. The facilities were clean and still felt new, allowing us to relax very much. Although we only stayed for one night, it felt like a waste, and we wanted to stay longer. If you gather a group and have fun with friends, the accommodation cost doesn't feel too high. I want to repeat my stay, thank you very much.
