From the moment we arrived at the Hotel until we left, all the staff were so cheerful and well-mannered that we were truly impressed. Right after check-in, they took many photos for us at the front desk and by the entrance, which became a wonderful keepsake for my spouse and me. Every piece of sushi at dinner was beautifully presented and delicious, and chatting with the chef and staff was so enjoyable that two hours flew by. The Room was clean, quiet, and allowed us to enjoy a truly luxurious time. It’s a Hotel we’ll want to visit again, even if it’s far away. Thank you very much to all the staff for your wonderful hospitality. It became our best memory from our trip to Okinawa.

I made a Reservation because I was drawn to the rare location of a Hotel set deep in the Yanbaru forest, and I was truly amazed by the extraordinary atmosphere—it hardly felt like Japan. On the day of our stay, we arrived much later than our dinner Reservation time due to traffic and caused inconvenience, but we were warmly welcomed with a welcome drink. When we entered the Room, we were surprised at how impeccably clean it was, and even the amenities and fixtures looked almost unused. The toiletries were luxurious—Guerlain for shampoo and other bath items, Mikimoto for skincare—and the hair dryer was a ReFa. They also had everything you could hope for when traveling with children: a child toilet seat and step stool, as well as a diaper pail and diaper bags. We really appreciated it. Not only was the selection excellent, but the staff’s service—polite yet never stiff—was truly comfortable. We stayed here for sightseeing in Okinawa, but this Hotel stay became our best memory.

This is my third visit, and as always the staff are wonderful, and the lounge offers a great selection of food and drinks. You can truly relax and enjoy your vacation at the Hotel. The Room shows a few signs of wear, perhaps due to its age, but it is clean. It’s a Hotel I’d love to visit again.

I have stayed here many times, and it always meets my expectations and I am satisfied. The breakfast buffet is delicious—I end up eating too much. This time, I tried the lunch buffet for the first time, and it was even better, so I plan to make it part of my routine on future stays.

From April 4, I stayed for two nights in three Premier Bayside Twin Rooms with my daughter’s family and my grandchildren on a trip to Okinawa. We also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant. The Room facilities have been renovated, and the bayside view is wonderful. Everything at the restaurant, including the roast beef, was delicious, and the view (sunset) was breathtakingly beautiful—we were truly moved. It was a very satisfying stay, and my grandchildren seemed absolutely delighted. Above all, the Hotel staff’s warm and attentive service was outstanding, and we felt the high level of hospitality. We toured mainly by monorail and taxi, so it was also extremely convenient that this Hotel is directly connected to Asahibashi Station. I have stayed at several Hotels in Naha before; of course value depends on price as well, but this is the best Hotel in Naha City. Thank you very much to all the Hotel staff.

With breathtaking views of Kouri Bridge and the emerald-green sea, I was able to comfortably balance time at the Hotel with sightseeing around Kouri Island and nearby areas, making for a highly satisfying stay. This time, I stayed solo for three nights. I had visited Kouri Island before on day trips, but this was my first time staying overnight. What impressed me first upon arrival was the beauty of the view from both the lobby and the Room. Looking out over the emerald-green sea, Kouri Bridge, and the sky and greenery beyond the terrace, time naturally felt slower, and I felt it was an environment where you can truly enjoy the stay itself. The Room was spacious, with tasteful furniture and amenities. Both going out exploring and spending time in the Room were comfortable, and even during a Multiple Night Stay I never grew tired of it. Using this Hotel as a base, I also explored northern Okinawa (Cape Hedo and Daisekirinzan). The balance between travel time and relaxing at the Accommodation felt just right, making it an ideal location to enjoy both Kouri Island and northern nature without overextending yourself. Dining at Restaurant “OCTO” also left a strong impression. From octopus paella to vongole bianco, every dish was delicious, and I could take my time enjoying my meal in a calm setting while admiring the view. In addition to three breakfasts included in my Plan, I visited multiple times during my stay—once for lunch and three times for dinner. All of the Hotel and restaurant staff were wonderful—friendly yet respectfully unobtrusive—which made me feel at ease throughout my stay. The limited-time sauna was also memorable. In addition to a poolside sauna setup, using the pool as a cold plunge—and then reclining on chairs in the pool while looking out at Kouri Bridge—made for an exceptionally open-air experience unique to this location. I believe one of this Hotel’s greatest strengths is how well it lets you enjoy both sightseeing and your stay without leaning too far toward either. If given another opportunity, I would love to visit again.

It was my first time staying here, and the Room was spacious with an ocean view, very clean, and overall excellent. The breakfast buffet had a high standard, and even my picky wife praised it, saying, "You can't replicate the flavor of this porridge." I also appreciated the unlimited sea grapes—a small but delightful touch. The kitchen utensils were well-equipped, allowing us to buy interesting ingredients from local supermarkets and try them out. Although I didn’t use the public bath, the private bathroom in the Room was great. I had no complaints at all and gave everything a 5-star rating!

I’ve stayed at various Hotels through IKYU, and this was the best experience I’ve had so far. I’ll never forget the views of the sea and sky from the open-air bath. Our Room was a corner Room, with a view that truly felt like we had the ocean all to ourselves. I think it’s perfect for anyone who wants to relax in the bath and spend time gazing at the sea. The only disappointment was that the amenities didn’t include makeup remover, and some hair care items (such as oil) were missing. It would also be more convenient if there were body lotion and makeup remover in the washing area by the open-air bath. I’d love to visit again next spring. Thank you for your hospitality.

I gifted my 80-year-old parents a 2-night stay for their birthday. The view of the sea from the hilltop was stunning, and both the food and the Room were absolutely satisfying. This was our first stay on a family trip, and it was an amazing Accommodation that the kids absolutely loved. They keep saying they want to stay longer and come back again. The location is within American Village, which made it easy to enjoy the area. We heard that the Chunichi Dragons were holding their training camp at the stadium next door, and we would have loved to see it if the timing had worked out.
