This is my favorite Accommodation, and I have stayed here several times. Each visit offers the same calm, relaxing atmosphere, allowing me to truly unwind. Although the building has a sense of history, the interior is kept very clean, making for a comfortable stay. Everywhere felt quiet and peaceful, and I was able to forget about everyday life. The meals were delicious, and you can tell each dish is carefully prepared. The lounge was also very comfortable—a wonderful space where you can enjoy a relaxing time. This is an Accommodation I want to keep coming back to.

My parents and our family of five stayed here together. First of all, the Room was very spacious, with plenty of space to relax, so everyone could spend time comfortably in their own way. There were two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two toilets. There were also five TVs, including one in the bathroom. Because there was no partition between the main bedroom and the vanity area with a toilet, bathroom, and washing machine, light and noise from bathing or doing laundry at night go directly into the bedroom—so it may be best to be mindful of the time. We stayed in early April on a cloudy day, and my daughter said the pool felt a bit cold; once she got into the jacuzzi, she couldn’t go back to the pool. As for small details: I found the coffee instructions confusing. Since it said “Coral Coffee,” I assumed it was coffee and poured hot water into it—but my teacup turned bright red, which surprised me. The taste and aroma weren’t like coffee either; after checking more carefully, it seemed that hibiscus tea was placed in front and coffee behind it. Also, we were able to use the microwave function via the oven settings. The furniture, fittings, and Facility were wonderful. We enjoyed walking around inside and looking out at the ocean—it was a very comfortable stay. We also appreciated being able to use both the kitchen and washing machine. Overall, both the building itself and on-site maintenance were excellent, allowing us to relax in comfort. The sunset view from our Room was especially beautiful. This time we stayed for one night before our flight home, but if we have another chance we would love to come back for a Multiple Night Stay. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

I was first captivated by the view from the front desk, and I was truly moved by the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. Thank you again for all your help and consideration regarding my wife. “Salon THE ORIENT” had a very calm atmosphere, and with so few people around, it was a place where we completely lost track of time. There was a minor issue on the day of checkout, but you handled it so kindly that I almost felt sorry for putting you to such trouble. Since the breakfast venue on the 17th floor was under renovation, we will stay again after it is completed. Thank you very much for everything.

Located within walking distance from Hakata Station, this accommodation offers a resort-like stay. The first floor features a lively restaurant, often used for wedding receptions or after-parties, creating a joyful atmosphere. The guest rooms are well-designed with spacious layouts, making them comfortable and easy to use. Both the table and chairs are convenient for in-room dining, ensuring a pleasant experience. The food is exceptional! Breakfast is an absolute must-try—everything is outstanding. The avocado toast stands out with perfectly cooked eggs, delicate avocado slices, well-toasted bread, and excellent cheese and seasoning. Steak and smoothies are also delicious! We would love to stay here again. The Imabari towels are fluffy with an amazing texture against the skin. Overall, the Room provides great comfort; however, lighting tends to be on the dimmer side as part of its relaxation-focused concept—this works perfectly fine within its theme!

I was comforted by the stunning views of Fukuoka's city and sea, as well as the calm demeanor and sincere hospitality of the staff. The selection of books in the library was fascinating. The drinks in the Room were well-stocked, but I was especially impressed by the lounge offerings such as juices, local milk, yogurt, and ice cream—all incredibly delicious. At breakfast, Vermicular pots were used to prepare dishes. The freshly cooked rice was delightful, but the freshly baked bread left a lasting impression. A staff member kindly served honey that had just arrived—it was exquisite and truly memorable. I am delighted to have found a place I would love to visit again.

The stylish interior, well-stocked minibar, and the staff’s pleasant communication were just as described in the Reviews. The bath amenities were also high quality, with clear attention to detail. For breakfast, I chose the Japanese set meal over the buffet, and it was outstanding. I truly appreciated the gently flavored dishes centered around fermented foods. This has become one of the Hotels I’d love to return to.

The Facility had a charming atmosphere and I really liked it. The bathroom also had a deep tub that you can soak in up to your shoulders, not the shallow Western-style type, so it was very relaxing. The 24-hour guest lounge was excellent, and although I don’t drink alcohol so I didn’t use it, the self-serve bar setup was wonderful. The selection of spirits provided was also high-end. I felt that the owner’s philosophy of creating the Hotel they would want to stay in themselves really comes through. For a Hotel in this price range, the facilities and service are outstanding. I would love to stay again.

We stayed here for our honeymoon. The Room was clean and well-appointed with plenty of amenities. It’s conveniently located just a short walk from Naha Kokusai Dori, making it ideal for sightseeing. The food at the first-floor restaurant was delicious, and we also appreciated the Diamond member credit perk. Both my wife and I were very satisfied with the Hotel’s service. We’d love to visit again.

This was my first stay. Since the Room had been newly renovated, everything—including the bathroom facilities—was clean, spotless, and comfortable. The Room felt perfectly cozy and easy to relax in, and not only were the colors and interior stylish, but the spacious bathroom and vanity area were also very comfortable. I also had breakfast, and I was very satisfied with the wide variety—from stylish Greek yogurt and acai options to a seafood rice bowl. I’d love to make another Reservation!

We stayed here for the first time as a couple, and the all-ocean-view Rooms were truly appealing. From our Room, we enjoyed the ocean-blue sea stretching beyond Hakata Bay and the night view. The moon suddenly appeared as well, and with the sunrise the next morning, it was an amazing Room. It was disappointing that there were only a few drinks and snacks in the club lounge, but we were surprised to find plenty of beverages (including a large bottle of sparkling wine) stocked in the in-room minibar refrigerator. Since my husband’s goal was to visit Hakata’s yatai food stalls, we took the 5:00 PM Shuttle Service bus to Hakata, and it was great that we could also return by Shuttle Service bus. Because we had been drinking at the yatai stalls in Hakata, we could hardly drink any of the alcohol from the refrigerator, which was such a shame. Next time, we would like to stay for two nights and visit Marine World. On our way there, due to traffic congestion, what was supposed to be a 50-minute ride took as long as 1 hour and 30 minutes. We felt anxious about what time we would arrive. It would have been helpful if the Shuttle Service driver had announced an estimated arrival time.

This Hotel is located in downtown Kumamoto and is also close to the tram line. Right in front of it, you can enjoy the view of Kumamoto Castle beautifully illuminated across the river. From the outside, I thought it might be an older Hotel, but once inside the lobby it had a classic feel. Above all, the Room—including the interior and bathroom—was new, stylish, spacious, and didn’t feel dated at all, so I was able to stay very comfortably. The amenities were plentiful, and I was happy to find a coffee server as well. The breakfast buffet didn’t have a huge selection, but each item was delicious with plenty of local specialties. It was fun choosing from many types of miso. I was also surprised by how large the bread portions were; they were tasty, and with so many kinds of jam available I ended up going back for seconds. The hospitality was excellent, and I had a truly wonderful time in Kumamoto.
