Thank you very much for your hospitality the other day. All of the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, which made me very happy. The Room was stylish and comfortable, and I would definitely like to stay again. The breakfast buffet was excellent! Thank you also for helping with the birthday surprise!

A soothing aroma fills the Room. Step outside to a vast ocean and a jewel-like starry sky. It was a blissful time that made me forget everyday life, and I truly felt I didn’t want to leave. The wonderful breakfast and the Room’s ambiance—everything is deeply etched in my heart. Thank you for an amazing stay.

It’s a short walk from the station, but the location is convenient. The interior is stylish, thoughtfully designed, and functional, and it was nice to see greenery from the Room. Breakfast was also plentiful and delicious. I once had to cancel reluctantly, but the staff handled it with great sincerity, which left a strong impression on me—so I chose to stay again this time. It was just as good as I remembered. Thank you very much.

This was my first time staying here. Checking in after dinner was a pleasant experience thanks to the staff’s courteous and attentive service. I used the bath a little after 7:00 p.m., and it seemed to be a quiet time, so I was able to relax and fully enjoy the wonderful hot spring—very satisfying. The water felt soft, and the open-air bath was especially nice with the refreshing outdoor air. Breakfast the next morning was delicious across the board. In particular, the soy-based steamed egg custard topped with a flavorful dashi sauce had great taste, and the sashimi was very fresh. The Atka mackerel hitsumabushi was excellent on its own, and when I poured dashi over it, it became so tasty I could have kept eating forever. I’m sure this will remain an unforgettable part of my Hokkaido trip for years to come.

It was my first time staying here, and it had been a while since I visited Kyoto. The Room was spacious, and above all, the breakfast buffet was delicious! There were plenty of vegetables, and the bread was great—everything was excellent! I didn’t interact much with the staff, but their service was pleasant, and I was very satisfied. It became a wonderful memory from a short trip with my mother. When I come to Kyoto again, I’d love to stay here again. Thank you very much!!

Tatami with beds, very relaxing. Traditional hospitality with tabi socks provided. The bath on the 18th floor offers a stunning night view of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building from the open-air bath. Breakfast exceeded expectations with New Year's osechi dishes. About 80% of guests were from overseas, but everyone had good manners, and the bath area was kept clean. There is a 7-Eleven convenience store across the street.

We stayed for two nights at the beginning of the year. The entire accommodation, including its exterior, had a serene and refined atmosphere, allowing us to relax and unwind from the hectic pace of returning to our hometown during the New Year holidays. Our family of five—my wife and three children (ages 6, 3, and 0)—stayed here. Although we were initially concerned about disturbing other guests, we were guided to a private dining room separated by walls for meals. This setup allowed us to enjoy our time together without worrying about noise or prying eyes while having conversations over delicious food. The meals featured seasonal dishes that changed over the two days of our stay. The attention to detail extended even to the tableware, which seemed carefully chosen in line with SOKI's hotel name. Each dish felt fresh and delightful as we savored it one by one. The private open-air onsen was another highlight; its temperature was automatically maintained at an ideal level throughout our stay, making it enjoyable even late at night or early in the morning. The spacious bath comfortably accommodated all five of us together—a memorable experience for our family. As for the building itself, its design left a lasting impression on us with meticulous attention paid to every detail—perhaps unsurprising given that it has won recognition from Japan's Spatial Design Awards: - A high-ceilinged entrance featuring softly designed exposed concrete finishes and sleek automatic floor-level doors - A courtyard surrounded by elegant eaves showcasing beautiful wood wool boards beneath them - Seasonal changes reflected in views of the central courtyard - Exposed concrete walls with precise board-form patterns - Charred cedar exterior walls - Delicate wooden latticework along shared corridors - Calm guestroom interiors where equipment is discreetly hidden These are just some examples among countless others. While there’s so much more I’d like to share about this accommodation, words alone cannot do justice—it’s best experienced firsthand! It’s truly a place I would love to visit again someday.

I’m satisfied because I can relax and take my time every visit. If the breakfast menu changed from time to time, it would make my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for your consideration.

I was very satisfied with this wonderful Hotel. The room was kept very clean, and even during our 3-night stay we were able to stay comfortably. We had a great time at Ocean Port. We stayed with breakfast included, and even while eating we could see the port, which allowed us to enjoy a relaxing pace of time that you can’t experience in the city. I can’t drink sanpin tea, so I would be happy if green tea or oolong tea tea bags were available. Painagama Beach is also nearby, and it felt great to take a morning walk there. This is a Hotel I would like to stay at again. Thank you very much.

The twin Room we stayed in was a corner Room with large windows, and it was wonderful, with a sofa on the balcony as well. The view was great, and we enjoyed it throughout our stay.

A rare Hotel in Naha City where all guest rooms offer views of Naha Port. Enjoy a buffet-style breakfast with freshly baked bread, roast beef, and Okinawan cuisine while overlooking the harbor view.

A very simple and relaxing Hotel design. The Room was spacious enough for two people and very comfortable. The post-bath coffee milk was a lovely touch. It's conveniently located just a short walk from Omicho Market and less than 15 minutes to the station. I would love to stay here again, thank you!
