I stayed for four nights in total, including a Reservation made through another site. Before check-in, you kindly brought my suitcase that I had left with you up to my Room, and the staff’s warm smiles and courteous service at the front desk were very pleasant. Just one thing: the “24-hour free coffee maker service” I was looking forward to was broken from the first day. I was told a replacement might be provided during my stay, but it was never fixed by the last day, which was disappointing. Since your location is conveniently between Ogikubo and my daughter’s home, I expect to stay again in the future. Thank you in advance.

I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. Although I used the Room as a single, it was a twin Room and spacious enough. Since I couldn’t freeze my ice packs, I asked the staff several times and they kindly helped me each time. I was also satisfied with the breakfast rice porridge. If I had to mention one drawback, the coin laundry was significantly more expensive than elsewhere, which was disappointing. However, it’s not an issue if you don’t use it, so I don’t think it’s a major problem.

We stayed at the accommodation for a year-end party. There were three of us, and we were satisfied as the toilet and sink were separate, and the room was spacious. The kitchen set was well-equipped, so we would like to stay for multiple nights next time.

Because the front desk is unmanned, it was disappointing that luggage could not be stored in advance, but overall the stay was excellent. The Facility was clean, and the bar’s complimentary drinks and atmosphere were very comfortable—I would like to stay here again next time.

We traveled from Hokkaido and arrived in Honshu by ferry, so our check-in ended up being late at night. We really appreciated that you were able to accommodate a late-night check-in.\nThe Room was for four adults, and the beds were spacious and the Room was very clean.\nThe bath also had a jacuzzi (depending on the Room), and we were grateful that beer was included as well.\nHowever, since there were four of us, it was a bit disappointing that there were only three bottles.\nWe are considering another trip to Yamanashi Prefecture, so we would definitely like to stay again next time.

We stayed with our 4-year-old and 1-year-old. We came by train, and it was an easy walk from World Square Station. One thing to note: there are no loungewear/pajamas, hair combs or brushes, or skincare amenities provided, so you’ll need to bring your own. We brought laundry detergent just in case, but there was Attack ZERO on top of the front-loading washing machine. There were plenty of complimentary drinks, and there was also a water dispenser in front of the sauna, so we didn’t need to buy anything extra—very helpful! Also, none of the Rooms have doors; they’re open up to the ceiling for a spacious feel. Because of that, it may be dangerous for crawling babies or small children who aren’t used to stairs. There was one baby gate available for the stairs. For meals, I thought it would be nice if there were smaller portions for children. The Room was clean, and the slide and net play equipment were so much fun that our kids played nonstop from check-in to check-out! It was our first time staying at such a fun Accommodation, and we definitely want to come again! You’ll absolutely get to see lots of your kids’ smiles!! lol

The front desk staff were very friendly and left a great impression! Since there are only a few Rooms, it was quiet overall, and it was comfortable with no waiting for the elevator. The Room was a good size, and I think the bathroom and toilet were relatively spacious for a Hotel in this price range, plus everything was kept very clean. One thing I found inconvenient was that the bed has casters, so it moved easily. (On the other hand, it’s convenient if you want to change the layout.) There was a towel rack, but it wasn’t tall enough, so it was hard to find a place to hang bath towels. Overall, though, it offered great value for money and I really liked it.

We stayed with our 1.5-year-old child and a miniature dachshund! Since there is no front desk, we could carry our luggage directly from the parking lot to the room and enter using a passcode, making it completely stress-free. Right in front of us was Lake Ashi with a stunning view of Mt. Fuji in the background—an amazing accommodation! There's also a well-stocked 7-Eleven just a 2-minute walk away, which is very convenient. We definitely want to use this place regularly from now on!

I stayed on the first floor of an apartment-type accommodation, and it was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The bath had a larger bathtub, and even though it was an artificial onsen, it provided warmth and relaxation comparable to a natural onsen. Although we chose a plan without meals, there were restaurants offering takeout and supermarkets along the way to the accommodation, allowing us to enjoy selecting our own meals. While we used hotels or ryokans for trips with our dog in the past, we've come to appreciate the freedom of vacation rental-style accommodations over the past year or two. We plan to try other facilities by Rakuten Stay in the future.

Very close to Osaka Higobashi Station, with a convenience store nearby. Best of all, the bathroom and toilet were separate, clean, and I could relax in the bathtub. On top of that, the pillow was the “Hitsuji no Iranai Makura,” which was a real comfort for my tired body—an Hotel I truly appreciated. When I stay in Osaka again, I will definitely use it again. Thank you very much.

We stayed as a family of five and were very satisfied with the spacious and clean accommodations. The sauna and washer-dryer were also a great bonus. We would love to stay here again when visiting Izumo.

Check-in is until 10:00 PM, but it was reassuring to know it would still be okay even if I arrived late. I struggled because I couldn’t figure out how to enter the passcode at the door. Since there is no front desk, there was no one to ask… The shower room door wouldn’t open, and when I contacted support via the tablet, the staff member was a foreigner and we couldn’t communicate well… (They were doing their best, so it didn’t leave a bad impression.) I also had trouble because there was no hot water for the bath, but it turned out the water heater switch wasn’t on… (If guests are going to use hot water anyway, I wish it had been turned on.) The tablet stand was broken, and when I touched it I found signs of a previous repair with duct tape on the back. (Just to be clear—I didn’t break it.) The Room felt clean, and the cooking utensils were more than adequate. (If coffee is provided, I’d also like milk and sugar!) There was also a washing machine and a drying rack, which impressed me. I’d like to stay at another Accommodation in this group when traveling elsewhere.

Staying at a ryokan with onsen and enjoying meals is delightful, but recently I’ve fallen in love with this style of accommodation. Without meeting anyone or worrying about others, you can take a bath whenever you like, eat whatever you want whenever you want, and enjoy warm rooms while watching movies with friends or family—or simply spend time doing your own thing. This completely private and free time feels like priceless luxury. The room was spacious and stylishly designed, equipped with warm air conditioning and floor heating. The bath was large, and even though it’s an onsen, I loved that I could adjust the temperature to my liking. There was also a small sauna that reached sufficient temperatures for a truly relaxing experience. If I had to point out minor drawbacks, the dining chairs and living room sofa were slightly uncomfortable to sit on, and Netflix couldn’t be accessed via the projector. Overall, it was an incredibly satisfying stay—a wonderful holiday that makes me want to return again for sure!

I’ve traveled with my dog several times, but this was the most satisfying Hotel I’ve stayed at so far. The unmanned lobby was also very clean, and I already felt pleased even before entering the Room. The dog amenities were very well stocked, and the Room was spotless, stylish, and well maintained. With a semi-open-air bath, a footbath, and a sauna, everything was clean wherever I looked, and I could truly relax both body and mind. Just staying in the Room made me feel like I was fully enjoying an Onsen trip. The meal Plan was also excellent—sukiyaki with high-quality meat, obanzai side dishes, and breakfast bread were all delicious and extremely satisfying! If I had to ask for one thing, it would be to have just a little more of that delicious meat—then it would have been perfect. There was also a projector so we could watch Netflix on a large screen. We couldn’t use it because it was cloudy, but there was also a telescope for stargazing if the weather is good. The garden where we could watch our dog happily playing while soaking in the footbath was wonderful as well. Our family trip became truly luxurious, and our Hakone trip turned into an amazing memory. I would definitely like to stay again.

We used this villa for a late summer family vacation. Initially, we had planned to stay at another villa, but two days prior, we were informed of a double booking. Although we agreed to the alternative accommodation offered, it was canceled the day before due to facility issues. The second alternative did not meet our preferences, so we urgently searched on our own and found this villa. It met all our conditions: a pool, sauna, and bedrooms on the first floor. Additionally, it featured luxurious facilities such as an automatic piano and a projector-equipped theater space. Upon arrival, we were surprised by the sound of the self-playing piano welcoming us inside. Check-in was smooth; entering the pre-notified key number and confirming via an in-house pad completed the process. Despite last-minute changes in plans, my family was delighted with this luxurious villa. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and relaxing in the sauna followed by another dip in the pool. My elderly mother was particularly fascinated by the piano and had her share of fun too. However, as my mother uses a wheelchair, getting over the step at the entrance proved challenging—an additional lower platform would have been helpful. While there were two bathrooms and two toilets available for use, we opted for one with artificial onsen water. If rental options like shower chairs for caregiving purposes were available, she might have been able to enjoy bathing more comfortably. The complimentary drinks stocked in the refrigerator along with free access to a beer server (3L) added excitement to our stay! With Kamogawa Sea World nearby—we visited on day two—it’s convenient to check out at 9 AM and head straight there. Although we didn’t use BBQ grills but instead cooked using grill pans indoors amidst luxurious amenities like these—there were minor inconveniences such as non-functional dishwashers or having wet dressing areas when transitioning between saunas & pools without separate pathways avoiding them altogether! Overall though spaciousness combined w/ grandeur makes ideal settings perfect whether hosting multiple families/friends groups alike! Despite hectic circumstances leading up till finalizing reservations last minute glad everything worked out well ultimately!

We spent New Year's with our family (and two dogs). It was very clean, relaxing, and we would love to visit again. Thank you very much!

We visited with our 1-year-old dog and family. The Onsen, bed, toilet, and room were very clean and had a fresh feel, which we were very satisfied with. We used a hot plate for grilling meat, but the burnt residue on the plate was noticeable. While it was usable, it tended to stick easily, which was a bit disappointing. Pets are not allowed on the second floor, so having a gate or barrier at the stairs would be helpful. The curtains seemed discolored—possibly mold? That crossed my mind. However, overall it was very good! We would love to stay again.

We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days as a family of two adults and three children. As mentioned in the reviews, check-in took a bit of time, but we managed to get in. The response from the customer service center was not very satisfactory. The room felt smaller than it looked in the photos, but since it had bunk beds, the kids were thrilled and had fun playing on them. The beds were spacious and very comfortable to sleep on. It was also great that we could watch YouTube using the projector. We visited during winter, so just using the shower felt a bit cold, but with the heater on, it wasn’t an issue. The shampoo and conditioner didn’t leave hair feeling rough either—very nice quality! The room came with a washing machine along with detergent provided, which made it convenient to wash all our clothes before heading home. However, there weren’t enough hangers compared to how much laundry we had; if you plan to do laundry here, bringing extra hangers might be helpful. There were about nine large hangers available in total. Since there wasn’t a designated drying area, we washed clothes at night and hung them on bed rails—they dried by morning. Overall, it was an excellent stay!

Check-in was smooth, and there were no issues. I wasn’t sure how to check out and was wondering at the front desk, but a lovely Asian female staff member told me I didn’t need to do anything, so I felt relieved when leaving. The view of Tokyo Skytree from the Room was quite nice. The hallway is outdoors and feels like an apartment building, but I knew that in advance so it wasn’t a problem. I don’t go to Tokyo very often, but I’d like to stay again. Thank you very much.

It felt like staying in a model house. Amenities, cooking utensils, and tableware are all provided (bring your own seasonings). We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days, using it on the final day with three ladies. Since it's a whole-house rental, we could chat late into the night without worrying about others, offering a relaxing experience different from a Hotel or Ryokan. The house has three rooms (2 bedrooms and 1 Japanese-style room), so each of us had our own room. For dinner, we walked to a nearby izakaya, and for breakfast, we enjoyed vegetables, spicy lotus root, and rice balls purchased at the local roadside station the day before. You can also walk to Aoshima Shrine and enjoy the sunrise. I’d love to try other stay houses as well!
