It was a very nice Hotel overall. The Room was spacious, clean, and easy to use. The bathroom was also comfortable, and I was able to relax in the bath several times. You can’t really expect much of a view from the Room, but it was bright and the blinds were stylish, so it didn’t bother me at all. Breakfast was excellent, and I enjoyed most of Kanazawa’s local specialties. Next time, I’d like to try the Western-style buffet as well. Also, when I was tired and couldn’t decide whether to eat dinner out or in my Room, I asked the front desk for advice several times, and they kindly shared lots of helpful information. The service was great too. The location is convenient, and I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Kanazawa.

I was drawn to the photos of the cute stained-glass Room and decided to stay at this Hotel. Since we took the shuttle bus from the station, we arrived earlier than check-in, but they told us our Room was ready, so we were able to go in early. All of the staff were courteous, and we had a very pleasant stay. The nearby area map they gave us also had a handmade feel, with approximate travel times listed, and it was very easy to understand. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and it was great fun being able to choose cups along with Wajima lacquer bowls and Kutani ware rice bowls. On our way out, I peeked into another Room that was open for cleaning and saw stained glass in a different color from ours—next time, we’d like to try staying in a different Room.

From April 4, I stayed for two nights in three Premier Bayside Twin Rooms with my daughter’s family and my grandchildren on a trip to Okinawa. We also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant. The Room facilities have been renovated, and the bayside view is wonderful. Everything at the restaurant, including the roast beef, was delicious, and the view (sunset) was breathtakingly beautiful—we were truly moved. It was a very satisfying stay, and my grandchildren seemed absolutely delighted. Above all, the Hotel staff’s warm and attentive service was outstanding, and we felt the high level of hospitality. We toured mainly by monorail and taxi, so it was also extremely convenient that this Hotel is directly connected to Asahibashi Station. I have stayed at several Hotels in Naha before; of course value depends on price as well, but this is the best Hotel in Naha City. Thank you very much to all the Hotel staff.

The service, meals, and everything else were excellent.

Conveniently located in front of the station, making it easy to travel and shop for meals or souvenirs. Initially worried about encountering large groups due to its convenience, but it turned out to be quiet and peaceful throughout the stay. The free café bar was enjoyable in a calm atmosphere, and the view from the 12th-floor Room was excellent! The breakfast buffet was delicious, and arriving at 6:30 AM avoided any crowds. Everything exceeded expectations for a pleasant stay. However, despite being a non-smoking Room, there was a slight tobacco smell lingering, and there was a faint sewage-like odor from the bathroom area. These were manageable with herbal room spray. Would definitely choose this Hotel again when visiting Hakodate!

I had visited for lunch before and had always wanted to stay someday. I’d heard the views of the Kanmon Strait were wonderful, so I chose the Premier Strait Deluxe Twin—and it was absolutely the right choice! I enjoyed the view from the window late into the night and again in the morning. The staff were very attentive, and the breakfast buffet was fun with plenty of local flavors. The lounge also offered a truly relaxing, special experience as I enjoyed the view from the top floor. When I visit Kitakyushu again, I’d love to stay in a different Room type as well.

I stayed here to see the cherry blossoms at Daigo-ji Temple. I have visited Kyoto many times and usually stayed near Kyoto Station. However, this Hotel right in front of Yamashina Station—just one JR stop from Kyoto Station—is very convenient! It is directly connected underground, so you can reach the Hotel comfortably without crowds. Yamashina Station also has many shops, which is very convenient. The Hotel staff were friendly, and the amenities were well stocked. I chose a Plan with complimentary items in the refrigerator, and the selection was tasteful. The recommended breakfast buffet also met expectations and was very satisfying. The interior decor had a Japanese-inspired feel, which I really liked. I will stay here again. Thank you very much.

It was a very good Hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The meals were delicious, and the explanations were clear and easy to understand. However, the hallway was cold. Other than that, everything was excellent. I would like to stay again!

Okuma Resort offers breathtaking scenery shaped by nature, not a modern, man-made view. I had an experience I could only have here. Okuma Beach is spacious, and relaxing on a beach chair while listening to the waves was the best. The buffet was delicious for both breakfast and dinner, with a wide variety of options. Breakfast started at 6:30 a.m., but I was surprised to see many guests already lined up waiting. With the beach, pool, and sauna, this is a Hotel where I’d be happy to stay long-term just here. The price was reasonable as well, which made me very happy. It seems the free Shuttle Service bus from Naha Airport requires advance Reservation. A 90-minute one-way ride for free is an amazing service. This is a Hotel I’d love to visit again.

Traveling with a 4-year-old, the two connected Japanese-style rooms were very comfortable. It was the right choice because our child could play and we had plenty of space to spread out our luggage. The Hotel is a bit old and I wouldn’t say the Facility is excellent, but the price was reasonable and it worked well for us. You can feel its age somewhat, but it was nice that there is a large public bath. We had dinner at the Hotel’s Chinese restaurant, and it was authentic and very delicious. The breakfast buffet also had a wide variety of dishes and was good. It was disappointing that a group of men in the next room were noisy late into the night.

I stayed for one night on March 21. Both the exterior and interior were very clean and beautiful, and the front desk staff were courteous and efficient, making check-in smooth and pleasant. I stayed in a Room on the 15th floor, and the view from the window was wonderful—I really enjoyed the beautiful scenery of Yokohama. In addition, they prepared a cake as a birthday surprise, and I was truly touched by their thoughtful attention to detail. The amenities were also excellent. I was very satisfied with breakfast as well. Everything—from the French toast to the cheese and curry—suited my taste, and I ended up eating until I was completely full. The French toast ran out quickly, so I would be even happier if there were a bit more available. As for check-out, my Plan allowed me to stay until 12:00 p.m., so I was able to relax throughout my stay. Overall, I am very satisfied and would definitely like to stay again.

Whenever I travel to Yokohama, I always stay at this Hotel. The breakfast buffet is exceptionally delicious, and I’m impressed every time by the wonderful Art Deco–inspired design throughout the building and in the Room. There were also some new additions to the breakfast menu. This time, my stay was an early birthday celebration, and I was truly happy to receive a Room upgrade and even a gift. Thank you for such an elegant and comfortable time.

I have stayed here many times, and it always meets my expectations and I am satisfied. The breakfast buffet is delicious—I end up eating too much. This time, I tried the lunch buffet for the first time, and it was even better, so I plan to make it part of my routine on future stays.

Conveniently located near the station with a subway exit right next door, and a famous bakery on the first floor, this Hotel is very convenient with direct subway access to Umeda. The Room was spacious, had a beautiful night view, and the bathroom area was clean; the bathtub was also large and comfortable. This time I chose a Plan with lounge access, and I was very satisfied—the lounge was spacious with a great selection of drinks and snacks. Breakfast was delicious across the board, especially with a wide variety of salads and desserts, making for a very satisfying start to the day. The price was reasonable as well, and it’s a Hotel I would definitely like to stay at again when visiting Osaka.

I often travel solo, and when I look for a Hotel, I always choose a Room with a separate bath and toilet. This Room was even more satisfying than I expected, and on top of that, I was impressed by the service that let me use the lounge until the next evening. After enjoying my first walk around Himeji, I was able to truly relax. Thank you very much.

Located near Obihiro Station and close to the nightlife district, this Hotel offers an excellent location where you’ll never have trouble finding food or drinks at night. The parking lot includes a multi-story facility and partnerships, making it perfect for those who wish to park their car and head out again. The lobby, front desk, Onsen, and guest rooms are all exceptionally clean and well-maintained, providing a very comfortable stay. The Onsen features the famous moor hot spring water, which is a rare treat at this price point. Breakfast is served as a buffet packed with delicious specialties from the Tokachi region. Every dish was incredibly flavorful—truly impressive. Having visited Hokkaido multiple times before, I can confidently say that this Hotel offers some of the best cuisine in its price range. Additionally, when I contacted them later regarding forgotten items left behind during my stay, their response was extremely kind and thorough. Thanks to their attentive service, I was able to retrieve my belongings without disrupting my travel plans. This Hotel truly lives up to its name as a premier destination with outstanding rooms, dining options, and service—a perfect combination for any traveler!

This was my second stay. Unlike Onna Village or Nago, it’s only a 20–30 minute taxi ride from Naha Airport and costs around 3,000–4,000 yen. The view of Nashiro Beach from the balcony is a wonderful ocean view that rivals the northern area. All the Facilities are spotless, the building has a true resort feel, there are plenty of restaurant options, and there is also car rental inside the Hotel—everything you need is here. I’d like to return twice a year going forward. One thing to note is that there isn’t really a place to grab light meals for lunch or snacks, and breakfast is completely cleared away by 10:00, so you need to be mindful of that—but it’s totally acceptable. I’d appreciate it if the lounge offered a light snack menu.

I stayed with my 2-year-old child. We arrived around 6 PM on Saturday. The front desk was crowded with foreign guests, but a male staff member asked for my name and promptly called me when the counter became available. I appreciated being able to choose amenities like cleansing products, face wash, lotion, and moisturizer. The compact room was efficient and comfortable, equipped with a large TV, refrigerator, hairdryer, electric kettle, tea/coffee set, water bottles, five hangers, sleepwear, toothbrushes, etc. The bathroom area was clean and well-maintained; even as someone who is slightly particular about cleanliness, I had no issues using the toilet or bath. As mentioned in other reviews, it did feel noisy outside at times—I woke up at 6 AM due to young people making noise—but this allowed me to have an early breakfast which turned out well. The breakfast featuring yellowtail shabu-shabu (apparently seasonal) was delicious! There were also several small Japanese side dishes that I appreciated. In the morning near my room door, two cleaning staff members greeted me warmly with smiles and friendly conversation—it left a positive impression! Having a Seven-Eleven within a one-minute walk was very convenient too. There were no long waits for elevators like in larger hotels; they arrived quickly after pressing the button—a nice touch! The location is excellent—just a short walk from Higashi-Shinjuku Station and close to Shin-Okubo—and considering this prime location in Tokyo's city center area along with reasonable pricing made it feel like great value for money. I would love to stay here again if I visit Tokyo in the future!

The location was convenient for getting anywhere, and the bus stop was nearby, which made it very convenient. As it is a new Hotel, it was compact yet comfortable. Compared to typical Hotels, the breakfast was exceptionally delicious.
