Used for an early check-in. It’s right by the limousine bus stop—super convenient! Stayed solo. The Room was clean, the air conditioning was easy to control, and although the changing area is small, it was great to have a large public bath instead of just an in-room unit bath. There’s a convenience store right in front. Highly recommended!

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of three nights. Every morning, the meal in the dining area was delicious, and the staff were efficient and welcoming with smiles, which made for a pleasant start to the day. The Room was compact yet had everything I needed. The interior was lovely, and it was a relaxing Room. It would have been even better if makeup cotton pads had been included among the amenities. Overall, everything felt well balanced, and it’s a Hotel I would like to stay at again. Thank you very much.

It was a very clean Hotel. The Room had a table and a sofa that was a bit firm, but it was convenient. The amenities were eco-friendly, as you bring what you need. Breakfast was delicious, with an omelet, croissants, and salad. It was disappointing that there was no fruit. Overall, I thought it was very good.

Thank you for your hospitality during our stay with my family. While it was unfortunate that the accommodation floor we were guided to was on a middle level, making it difficult to get the elevator and avoid noise from upper floors, the room itself was well-designed and clean. The breakfast, featuring freshly fried tempura and a wide variety of salads, was incredibly delicious, with each dish carefully prepared. We found ourselves going back for more multiple times as a family. Although not an onsen, the large public bath with an open-air style area provided a relaxing experience. Previously, I visited during business trips to Tokyo; however, this time I enjoyed seeing things from a different perspective by coming with my family. We have already reserved our stay for next year in conjunction with our visit to Hie Shrine and look forward to visiting again!

I visit Sapporo often and usually make a Reservation through IKYU, and this time we stayed for two nights as a pair in a Moderate Twin at the newest and cleanest Hotel with the best Review ratings among several options. There were two chairs and a table facing each other, and they were very comfortable to sit in. The Hotel is located inside Tanukikoji, with a convenience store nearby, so you can shop without getting wet even when it rains. By registering as a web member, they extended our checkout time from 10:00 to 11:00. The large public bath was also clean and relaxing, but the only downside was that the shower turns off quickly. Other than that, we were completely satisfied. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

I have been using this place every month recently. This time, I stayed for two nights and had a very comfortable experience. The Room was clean, the front desk service was excellent, and I could relax in the bath. I will visit here again next time.

This was my third stay here. I wanted to drink Japanese tea, but it was a hassle to go all the way to the convenience store. I really like the breakfast. The freshly fried tempura was delicious, and I was very satisfied. One thing that concerned me: I’m not sure where they were from, but someone poured coffee directly into what looked like an insulated thermos and took it away. It’s been on my mind.

The direct connection to the station was extremely convenient. It was a big help that you could store my luggage both before and after check-in. The station building “Sunste” was open until late at night, so it was as convenient as a convenience store. The udon shop inside Sunste that the staff recommended, “Otoko Udon,” was delicious and I was very satisfied. The Room was compact but had an easy-to-use desk and chair, plus a kettle and refrigerator, which was convenient. However, the air conditioning in the small Room was hard to adjust and sometimes worked too strongly, making it too hot or too cold. It was nice that the window could be opened slightly for ventilation. The view from the window is also excellent. Since it’s right in front of the station, you can hear train noise all the time, but it didn’t bother me. I enjoyed watching the Yakumo Limited Express, Hakubi Line trains, and Shinkansen. The walls are thin, and I could hear loud snoring from next door. I wasn’t happy with the pajamas. They were a one-piece type and my legs got cold, so I woke up many times during the night. I asked at the front desk if there were pajama pants available, but there weren’t any. On my second night I had no choice but to buy something at UNIQLO to use instead of pajama pants. Please consider improving this. Cleaning is done properly overall but felt a bit careless—there was a disposable body towel left by a previous guest still hanging on the shower curtain rail, which honestly made me uncomfortable. The cleaner seemed sincere and hardworking (they appeared to be foreign), but I felt that attention to small details might have been difficult. Overall I’m satisfied, and if it’s in the same price range I would stay again. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Conveniently located a 5-minute walk from Nagoya Station, with a new building and clean, comfortable Room. As it is on the back side of Nagoya Station, the area still retains an atmosphere reminiscent of the old red-light district nearby. Meieki ESCA is close by, so you can enjoy Nagoya’s famous morning set meals and miso nikomi udon.

The room was equipped with a Panasonic garment steamer and a deodorizing hanger, which were very convenient. Although the hanger initially showed an error and couldn't be used, the front desk promptly replaced it. However, the location was farther from any station than expected, and the nearest subway exit only had stairs, making it quite challenging if you're carrying a suitcase. Please consider this when making your reservation. That said, the price was reasonable, the room was user-friendly, and the staff's service was excellent overall.

There are many hotels in Osaka, but it is rare to find one that satisfies location, price, comfort, and meals all at once. I have used this Hotel multiple times.

Revisited Kanazawa after a long time and stayed here again. Despite being operated with minimal staff, everyone was polite and considerate in their service. The front desk and rooms were clean, and the amenity bar was always well-stocked, which was reassuring. It was unfortunate that the room wear was quite small. Being located within the premises made everything convenient and allowed for efficient movement. Looking forward to visiting again!

Before check-in, I went to the front desk to leave my luggage (bag). When I made a request to the front desk staff, they said, “I can’t guarantee it, but I understand,” so I had assumed it would probably be difficult. However, when I checked in at 17:30, everything had been arranged exactly as I requested. I can’t share the details of what I asked for, but I would like to express my sincere gratitude to that staff member. This is an excellent Hotel with outstanding staff. I wanted to thank them in person the next day, but couldn’t find them, so I’m reaching out through this Review instead. Thank you again for your continued support.

The front desk staff provided exceptional service! During check-in, without me asking, they noticed my address and immediately inferred that I would be returning home the next day. They informed me about the heavy snow causing all trains to be suspended and even helped me find a way to get back. I checked in after 11 PM, planning to rest quickly, so if I had gone straight to bed without knowing about the train situation, I would have been panicked the next morning. Thanks to their help, I was able to handle everything smoothly! Thank you very much!

This Hotel is conveniently located near the station, making it easy to get anywhere without worrying about exact schedules. The property was clean, and I felt comfortable and at ease during my stay.

This was my first time staying here. Overall, it was excellent! The Room is compact yet very functional. The bed was comfortable, and I slept soundly until the alarm went off. However, the pillow felt a bit firm, and having an extra hand towel (for washing my face in the morning) would have made it perfect. It was very quiet and peaceful, allowing me to unwind. I would love to stay here again when I visit Nagoya.
