I visited again for the first time in 10 years. I stayed to celebrate my companion’s birthday. Thank you very much for celebrating with so many gifts. The first night’s dinner was the Aoi Kaiseki course. I expected it to be a standard kaiseki meal, but not at all—it was surprisingly delicious and felt like an impressive full-course dinner. All of the staff worked so efficiently and professionally, which I found wonderful. The beautiful scenery was truly soothing.

During our stay, we could enjoy stunning views of Mount Fuji reflected on Lake Tanuki from anywhere, making it a truly wonderful experience. Although we didn’t have high expectations for the meals due to the reasonable price, both dinner and breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, each incredibly delicious, leaving our entire family very satisfied. The staff were consistently polite and kind from check-in to meal service. We also joined the morning walking program and enjoyed strolling around the campsite while listening to explanations from the staff. It was a memorable experience to feel Mount Fuji up close in the early morning, and we’re so glad we participated. We would definitely love to stay here again when visiting Fujinomiya!

This was my first visit. Perhaps due to the season, there were no guests with children, and the Accommodation was very quiet. When I stayed at other Kyukamura properties in the past, most guests were families, so I was used to a lively atmosphere; it made me wonder whether it is usually this quiet here. The calmness was truly pleasant. The staff’s hospitality was excellent, which also made my stay very comfortable. The meals were delicious, and I enjoyed them at a relaxed pace. I would also like to thank the staff member who kindly joined me on short notice and enthusiastically helped with my search for shimaenaga (long-tailed tits). I’m happy to have found another Accommodation I’d like to visit again. Thank you for a wonderful time.

After the renovation, it’s become even better! The open-air bath, the post-bath refreshment room, and the scenic-view area are all wonderful. Even the small details stand out—like the ReFa shower heads in the bath. The furniture is stylish, and of course we were completely satisfied with the meals as well! We will definitely come again.

The Onsen was wonderful. Dinner was a buffet with Kinmedai shabu-shabu, and the Kinmedai shabu-shabu was especially delicious. There was a wide variety of dishes, and drinks were available as free-flow as well. Breakfast also offered many options to choose from, and everything was very tasty. The Room’s washbasin area was spacious and easy to use, and the amenities were well stocked, which I appreciated. There were also many souvenirs for sale on the 1st floor, and thank you to the staff member who carefully provided a paper bag and shopping bag when I made my purchase. There is also a pool, so I think it’s a great place for families with children to enjoy during summer vacation. I also didn’t forget to buy the Kyukamura “Traveling Picture Book” pins! We had a great time during our one-night, two-day stay. Thank you very much.

Three of us stayed in a Japanese-style room. The meals were about what we expected for the price, and the service was excellent, so we enjoyed dining there. If we plan another trip to Shikoku, we will definitely stay at this Accommodation again.

Meals were served buffet-style, and we enjoyed local Akita specialties such as kiritanpo and Inaniwa udon. There was also an open-air bath, and the Facility was clean and well-kept, making it easy to relax.

The Facility isn’t new, but it’s well cleaned and very tidy. Breakfast and dinner are served buffet-style and looked delicious, with local specialties available. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it was just as good as I’d hoped—very satisfying. It was worth driving all the way from Hiroshima. I’d like to try other Kyukamura locations across The whole country.

I’ve stayed here several times during the canola flower season, and this time again we were able to relax in the cottage with our dog. Our dog looked like they were having a great time playing in the dog run. I always look forward to the meals, and everything was truly delicious again this time. We finished with a huge serving of espresso coffee ice cream, and the whole family was very satisfied. We’d love to stay again while our dog is still doing well!! Thank you very much.

Welcome drinks included coffee, soft drinks, and delicious onion soup. In the evening, wine and snacks were also available. The meals were served buffet-style and were satisfying. It would have been nice to have condiments on the table. The room and bath were well-cleaned, making for a comfortable stay. This is one of the accommodations I would like to revisit.

I usually prefer fish to meat, but this time both the sukiyaki and steak were delicious. I ate a lot and was very satisfied—thank you. The Onsen was also free-flowing, and I was able to relax and soak at my leisure. This may have been only in the women’s bath, but the showers were very modern, with a point shower and a bubbly shower that felt great.

The accommodation itself is old, but the meals, onsen, and service were excellent. [Meals] It was a half-buffet style with a wide variety of dishes, which was very satisfying. There was also a service where you could take some desserts to your room and enjoy them twice. They were very attentive to allergies as well. [Onsen] The paid sand bath was extremely relaxing. They even took photos for us! [Service] The welcome drink featured Chiran tea, and the terrace had foot baths and a bonfire where we could spend a relaxing time. Overall, it was an accommodation I would love to stay at again.

I stayed here when visiting Norikura Kogen Ski Resort for the first time in 20-something years. The large public bath and open-air bath were wonderfully warming. The buffet had such a great variety of dishes that I ended up drinking more than I should. The service was also very good. Stargazing is available. I remember that the slopes used to be right in front, and you could take the lift up and ski back down—if I recall correctly?

We stayed here with a couple of friends. It was a very relaxing trip—the rabbits were adorable, and all the staff were kind. We were very satisfied. Thank you for taking care of us. We’d love to come again.

I visited at the end of March, and there was still a lot of snow all around. The roads were clear because the snow had melted, so it wasn’t a problem, but if it’s piled up, you can park your car at the foot of the mountain and use their Shuttle Service. The building is old, but the senior staff are kind and helpful, which makes you feel relaxed and reassured. The housekeeping staff also welcomed us with warm smiles. The mountain views from the window were breathtaking! Meals can be enjoyed while taking in the magnificent scenery. With a main dish (sashimi, tempura, hot pot) plus a mini buffet, everything was more than satisfactory—but both dinner and breakfast had almost no meat dishes; about the only meat was some chicken in chikuzen-ni. If we paid extra, we might have been able to enjoy some delicious meat… The senior staff kindly offered to take photos at each table, which really warmed my heart. Because they use groundwater, even the water tastes great. Chikuzen-ni, crab rice, udon, and ramen were lightly seasoned but full of rich dashi flavor—our kids went back for seconds. The bath is not an Onsen. It’s also a shame there are no windows. The basket bags provided in our Room (one per person in different sizes) were very useful for carrying things to the bath. The shop is small with a limited selection… I think it would be more fun if they offered more varieties of boxed sweets as souvenirs. If you lay out your own futons in your Room, you receive discount vouchers worth 100 yen per person that can be used at the shop. We usually stay at Kyushu Kyukamura facilities and this was our first time visiting Tottori—but we were very satisfied overall.

Overall, it was a very satisfying stay. I already had a good impression of Kyukamura, and once again I had a wonderful time. In particular, when it comes to “the joy of travel = food,” the buffet selection was excellent and I truly enjoyed it. However, there is one thing that concerned me: draft beer. Is the beer server being cleaned properly? I understand—it’s a hassle. But if this step is skipped, draft beer simply won’t taste good. The smell and taste were really disappointing. Halfway through, I switched to bottled beer instead. Not many people may notice, but it’s a task that can be done in under 5–10 minutes. Since the buffet is so impressively good—almost luxurious—I hope you will make sure the server is cleaned without fail. The staff were very polite and considerate, and overall this is a Facility I would like to use again.

I often stay at Kyukamura, but this was my first time in Azumino. Meals were not buffet-style, and seating was assigned in advance, so I could enjoy my meal at a relaxed pace. The Facility was very clean, and the large public bath also had an open-air bath, which I enjoyed both in the morning and evening.

The building itself is a bit old, but it’s well cleaned and very tidy. We were extremely satisfied with both dinner and breakfast. There was a wide variety of dishes, from seafood to meat, and everything was excellent. The price was also very reasonable. In warmer seasons, I think there would be plenty to see and enjoy on walks as well. We would love to stay again.

I wanted to see snow, so I stayed in a snowy area, tempted by the all-you-can-eat crab. Luckily, there was a cold wave that comes only once every few years, and there was plenty of snow. The snow play area right next to the building looked like a lot of fun. Unfortunately, I couldn’t eat much crab, because the other dishes were so delicious. It was a shame—I could have eaten more if I were a bit younger. The Room was spacious and very nice. The view from the Room was outstanding. I was able to enjoy the morning bath privately. I’d like to visit again in a different season as well. Thank you very much.

The autumn leaves every year are unfortunately accompanied by bad weather, but this is my first time at the holiday village. The bath, room, and meals were excellent with no complaints. The buffet selection was great, and the delicious food, post-bath coffee, and ice cream were also enjoyable. It would have been even better with good weather to enjoy Mount Bandai together, but I was still satisfied.
