This time, I stayed with my two grandchildren to celebrate a birthday. Based on our previous stay, I chose this accommodation thinking my grandchildren would enjoy it. They loved the room and the bath, and above all, the buffet and main steak were a big hit for my picky-eating grandchildren! In the morning, we woke up to a light snowy landscape, and even our beloved dog was excited. We created wonderful memories. Thank you very much!

I stayed here last month, and it was so comfortable and left such a great impression that this was my second stay in a row. The rates are very reasonable, the Hotel is spotlessly clean, and the amenities are excellently provided. Check-in is easy to begin with, and since this was my second visit, it went very smoothly. The Onsen is an excellent alkaline spring known as “Hagihime’s Beauty Bath,” and there is an explanation in the bath area about the origin of the name. While soaking, you can really feel how smooth your skin becomes. Even though I was traveling alone, they prepared a spacious Room for me, which made me very happy. Whenever I come to the Inawashiro area again, I will definitely choose to stay at Yutorelo Bandai-Atami without hesitation.

The Room, the cuisine, the Onsen, and the warm hospitality of all the staff were wonderful—this is an Accommodation we would definitely like to stay at again. Thank you very much for your kind support.

It was quiet, likely due to the winter season, allowing for a relaxing stay. The next morning, we experienced the first snowfall. Our beloved dog was overjoyed and excited to see snow for the first time.

I received an email the day before with a QR code. When I arrived right at check-in time, the parking lot in front of the entrance was full, so I parked in the lot at the back right of the building. It’s not far even though it’s called “back right.” For check-in, you scan the QR code and take the printed PIN to your Accommodation Room. This kind of process is common these days at hospitals and pharmacies too, so anyone who can use a smartphone should be fine. There were welcome drinks, snacks, and desserts as well—I ate and drank too much there and regretted it a little. I later noticed that after checking in and picking up amenities, the route to the Room differs depending on whether you have a pet or not. The Room was a bit old and didn’t have a bath, but it had a washlet toilet seat so it wasn’t an issue for me. I then headed straight to the sauna I’d been looking forward to—each person has their own partitioned space. It’s great not having to worry about distance from others, though that day it was almost like having it all to myself. On the other hand, I felt a bit cramped, and the wavy seat (like a sauna chair) didn’t fit my body well. Still, I did four 10-minute sets. The cold plunge was amazing—there was unlimited ice available so it was perfectly chilled. Dinner was standard and looked like it might not be enough at first glance, but unlimited drinks (including beer) was impressive. The beer server especially impressed me: put your mug in place and press a button, and it pours automatically. That alone makes me want to stay again. All staff were polite and helpful, which made for a very pleasant holiday. For breakfast I initially thought there might be fewer side dishes than expected, but overall I was satisfied. This has become one of my Accommodations I’d like to repeat. Lake Toya had many foreign tourists, but here about 85% of guests were Japanese, which suited me well. I hope neither ill-mannered Japanese nor foreign guests start coming here. Oh—and maybe leaving an intentionally bad review would keep it from getting crowded!

Decided on a whim before the holiday to do nothing and just enjoy an Onsen, so we chose this place. Despite a considerable number of visitors (many families and cars from outside the prefecture), the tablet check-in process was quick and easy. We relaxed with their signature roasted marshmallow service before heading straight to our Room. The Japanese-style Room had new, clean tatami mats, and although we had to lay out our own futons, it was more affordable because of this—no complaints at all. The serene rural landscape with Kikuchi River in front was truly soothing. The quality of Yamaga Onsen's water is simply outstanding—one of Kumamoto's proudest hot springs alongside Hirayama and Kikuchi. For meals, we opted for a light kaiseki set which offered plenty of variety and was perfectly sufficient for us in our later years. We enjoyed multiple dips in the Onsen—before dinner, after dinner, and even a morning bath—which left our skin silky smooth. It was an incredibly satisfying stay, and we would love to visit again!

I took a vacation at the beginning of September and visited Karuizawa for the first time in 10 years. The night illumination at the retro-style Western accommodation was stunning. We stayed to celebrate my wife's birthday, and I was touched by the dessert plate they prepared for us. The room had been renovated, was clean, and made our stay very comfortable. Above all, we were soothed by the smiles of the staff. Thank you very much!

Guestroom: We stayed in a Western-style room; the wallpaper and other details were clean, and the room was well maintained. Service: We didn’t see many staff members, but the bus driver and the dining hall staff were very pleasant. Onsen: The open-air bath was amazing! The changing area had lockers with keys, which was great. Meals: Some Reviews mentioned there are many pre-prepared items; there were some, but everything was thoughtfully arranged, and we enjoyed our meal while finding it delicious. The all-you-can-drink option was also a nice bonus. Other: We used the Shuttle Service bus, and the driver also provided sightseeing information, which was helpful. This Accommodation was so good for the price that I almost felt bad. We would definitely like to stay again.

Enjoying a drink at the Lake View Lounge while overlooking Lake Chuzenji was incredibly relaxing. The fact that all drinks, including alcoholic beverages, were complimentary was highly satisfying. If anything, I would suggest reconsidering the meal options slightly, but overall, I was very pleased.

Affordable and great Hotel. The food was delicious, and the staff were very friendly! A bit disappointing that the first parking lot has limited spaces, the second parking lot is far away, and the entrance is hard to find.

I made a Reservation with a breakfast-included Plan. The rice tasting was very delicious and satisfying. There was also a wide variety of side dishes, which I enjoyed. As for amenities, there wasn’t a hair tie… It was inside the shower cap. I wish it had been easier to find. The bath water was excellent. There was also an open-air bath, but since I used it at night I couldn’t see the view; however, the water was great. The reason for the slightly lower rating is that the bed mattress was firm, the pillow was high, and the stairs to the bath were steep. I was satisfied with the staff and system. This is an Accommodation I would like to stay at again if I have another opportunity.

The price was affordable for a holiday, so I was a bit worried, but the Room was clean, and since I didn’t include meals, I brought my favorite food and had a relaxing time! One downside was that the vending machine only accepted old bills, so I couldn’t buy drinks, and it didn’t sell alcohol either.
