I’ve stayed here several times and have always been satisfied. This time, since it was a weekend stay, the lounge area was crowded and they couldn’t restock the sakura mochi in time, which was disappointing. The cheese-flavored crunchy beans were delicious, so I bought some online after returning home—weren’t they Umaibo before? The post-bath relaxation area was quiet and comfortable. I’m happy that the private bath is available 24 hours a day. The meals are varied and can be customized as well, so you’ll leave feeling full. I was surprised to see so many hearty eaters who even finished the late-night soba. The in-Room bath in the Yunza Room isn’t an open-air bath, but that’s actually better in colder seasons. With an 11:00 checkout, we were able to take it easy in the morning too.

On my third stay, I brought my mother for the first time. We were able to relax in the spacious Japanese-Western style Room. The view of Mt. Hakodate from our Room was wonderful, and we thoroughly enjoyed the Onsen. What I like about this Hotel is that it never feels overcrowded—there is no hustle and bustle in the baths, dining venue, or lobby. Thank you for a wonderful time from check-in to check-out.

It was an easy one-hour trip from Tokyo to Nasu-Shiobara on a weekend in May. Since we had reserved the Shuttle Service from Nasu-Shiobara in advance, the ride took about 40 minutes. The driver was a great conversationalist, and we arrived at the Accommodation in no time while sightseeing along the way. From there we transferred by slope car, and were able to board without waiting. As it’s only in its fourth year since opening, everything is clean and barrier-free, and you can move around inside without slippers. The Room also lets you enjoy an open-air bath at the touch of a button, and it’s such a comfortable space that we had nothing to complain about. Dining was also excellent—Kyoritsu Resort’s signature selectable à la carte dish, flavors that never get boring, seasonal local ingredients you can truly enjoy there and then—overall a menu that felt like more than worth the price. There are three private baths as well as a large public bath, with around six washing stations; it never felt crowded and we could relax. The ice pops in the post-bath lounge were a nice touch! In the morning there was milk and Yakult as well. Since Nasu is known for its farms and dairy products, this was a very welcome service. The building is very quiet, with a calm atmosphere and great comfort—we were so satisfied that we even made another Reservation for next year that same night (laugh). It’s a Hotel up in the mountains where reception is limited (only the Accommodation Wi-Fi works), but that actually adds to its appeal—an Accommodation I’d happily recommend.

Unusually for Kyoritsu Resort, they also offer a Shuttle Service. The baths were amazing. The open-air bath in the Room was also an Onsen, and the heart-shaped tub was adorable. The meals were Italian, but they also used Kagoshima ingredients, and even though it was Italian cuisine, we were served a small in-between course of sakura shrimp mixed rice along with red miso soup and pickles. We were so full that we had been looking forward to the late-night tomato ramen but had to skip it. There was also a large dog run, so I’d like to recommend this place to friends who have dogs. It turned into a wonderful trip.

This was my first stay here. The location is excellent, and the staff, Room size and layout, amenities, and the fact that we could be with our dog everywhere except the indoor baths made our Multiple Night Stay extremely comfortable. What I especially loved was a sign in the Room with a cute illustration of a dog saying, “Sorry, housekeeping—I slipped out!” It made me feel at ease and truly able to relax in the Room. Everywhere else we’ve stayed with our dog always has a sign saying there will be an additional cleaning fee, so I was really touched by the warmth here. I would definitely like to stay again next time.

I made a Reservation at this Accommodation for my visit to Izumo Taisha Shrine. I chose the plan with dinner and breakfast, and it was absolutely the right choice. Although it was a buffet, there was such an impressive selection of luxurious dishes that I couldn’t decide what to try. The fisherman’s rice bowl at breakfast was especially outstanding. If I have a chance to visit Shimane again, I’d like to stay at this Accommodation once more.

The atmosphere and service were excellent, and we had a very comfortable stay. However, personally, I felt that visiting once was enough. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Thank you for upgrading our Room. Even though we arrived early, thank you for letting us wait inside. The yukata were cute, but there weren’t enough for everyone, and I felt sorry that the foreign guest who wanted to wear one couldn’t. The French-course beef was tender and delicious.

I stayed here with my mother in her 80s. From reception and guidance to the dining staff, everyone treated us with heartfelt, dignified attentiveness, and we had a wonderfully comfortable stay from arrival to departure. The Room and baths were impeccably clean—there wasn’t a single cobweb anywhere, including the open-air bath. The small touches and interior decor were stylish, and every dish at both breakfast and dinner was a delight for the eyes and the palate. It’s been a long time since I’ve been able to truly relax at such a flawless Accommodation. Thank you very much!

The service was efficient and refined, offering a sense of comfort that felt different from a luxury Hotel. To put it simply, the thoughtful touches were exactly what you hope for—service that reaches where it itches. I have no particular complaints, but after using the sauna at the Onsen, there are only two relaxation chairs, so I think it would be nice to have a few more. Also, could you offer buffet-style dining for dinner as well?

Last year, we stayed for one night during Golden Week as well. Since it’s only about an hour from home, we chose it thinking that even with traffic, the trip wouldn’t be too tiring. The large public bath is very spacious, and I really like it. The staff are relatively young, but they respond properly. The Hotel is also clean and well maintained. This year we booked late and ended up with a standard twin Room, but we reserved two Rooms in the same category and they placed them next to each other. However, one Room was a corner Room with part of the layout jutting out for some reason, making it feel small, and the TV was very hard to watch from there—I really disliked that. We only noticed because we booked two Rooms, but it also seemed like the TV sizes were different... The meals were delicious. Breakfast was crowded and we waited a bit, but since everything was well managed, we were seated in about 15 minutes. I’ve visited Izumo Tsukiyo no Usagi several times because I like it, and this place feels similar. It has a Japanese-style atmosphere with an Onsen, it’s new and clean, and families can enjoy their stay here.

This is our third year staying here. We always use it for our annual visit to the family grave and gathering with my mother’s siblings. The staff are very welcoming, everything is kept spotless, and both the private bath and the large public bath are excellent! We’ll be back again next year.

The Room, the cuisine, the views, and all of the staff were wonderful—making our 1-night, 2-day stay extremely satisfying. We used to visit often more than ten years ago and were very pleased even then, but everything has been further refined. We were impressed by the renewed Room, the even more delicious meals, and the seamless operations from check-in to check-out. The thoughtful hospitality from the staff at both dinner and breakfast was also outstanding and made us feel truly comfortable. We had such a great time that we got carried away and caused trouble—we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Next time, we’re saying we’d like to stay at least two nights. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us; we truly appreciate it.

The Room was thoroughly cleaned, and I had a very comfortable stay. The sauna and baths in the large public bath were excellent. If I had to mention anything, the key has no cover, so it gets extremely hot in the sauna—I’d appreciate some countermeasure. Also, it would have been even better if the chairs in the relaxation area reclined further. All staff provided very pleasant service. In particular, thank you to the woman who assisted with checkout for going back to the Room to look for my lost item without any hesitation and finding it for me!

I requested dinner and breakfast directly with the Accommodation in advance, and the information was well shared, making everything very smooth from check-in to service. Every dish was carefully prepared and delicious, and I’m truly glad I ordered the additional meals. The baths and on-site Facilities were also well equipped, and I never felt inconvenienced during my stay. In addition, the programs offered by the Accommodation are appealing, making it memorable as an “experience,” not just a place to stay. In particular, the special paid temple visit tour held when enough participants join was extremely worthwhile. Thanks to the guide’s detailed explanations, I gained insights and understanding that you simply can’t get from visiting on your own, which greatly deepened the trip. Overall, I was highly satisfied with the service, meals, and experiences alike—an Accommodation I can confidently recommend. I would love to visit again.

This was our third stay at a Kyoritsu Resort Accommodation—after Kaisyu and Kikuya—and Ginka is an Accommodation that truly makes us want to return. While the Facility shows its age, it more than makes up for it with excellent Shuttle Service, attentive hospitality from the staff throughout the building, and thoughtfully prepared dinner and breakfast that reflect genuine care. We were also impressed by the extraordinary view from our Room, the subtle all-inclusive feel, and even the charm of strolling around the Kinosaki Onsen town before check-in—all of which made this an outstanding trip in our later years. One small point: we repeatedly caught our toes on the step between the window-side viewing area and the main space of the Room. If some measure could be taken there, it would be perfect.

We were very satisfied that we could enjoy views of the blue sea from the terrace, as well as the in-Room bath and the scenic open-air mixed-gender bath with a bistro. There were four private baths in four different styles, and all of them were wonderful. Next time we stay, we’d like to enjoy those as well. The service was kind, and parking was a reasonable ¥1,000 per night. Thank you for a wonderful time.

The stunning views of Mt. Fuji, the courteous service, and everything from the Facility amenities to the meals were all excellent—we were very satisfied. I would love to bring my mother here. We will definitely stay again. We look forward to seeing you then.

This was my first stay here. The property looks great, and the training of the international staff is excellent. The service was wonderful, and the food was truly delicious. The Room and the open-air bath in the Room were outstanding, allowing me to relax and unwind at a leisurely pace. If I have the chance, I would love to return with my family. Thank you very much.
