Since being introduced to the Executive Suite, I have become a devoted fan of Chinzanso. While many accommodations restrict lounge access for children, here we can enjoy light meals together during dinner time, even with time limitations, allowing our family to create wonderful memories. With options like garden strolls and spa visits, it’s the perfect accommodation for a relaxing stay without leaving the hotel. The light meals served in the lounge are all delicious and satisfying. However, as many of them pair well with alcohol, I found myself wishing for some rice-based options—mini rice balls would be a delightful addition!

I was very satisfied and felt refreshed! I would like to stay again!

We stayed here with four people for sightseeing in Nara the other day. The Room was spacious, with four beds, a large sofa, and a table, so we were able to stay very comfortably. The bath, toilet, and washbasin were separate, which was very convenient. It is adjacent to Kintetsu Nara Station, making it easy to get anywhere! Above all, it offers great value for money. We would love to stay here again if we visit Nara in the future.

Stayed for one night during my first trip to Kagoshima. While I had some expectations during the Reservation process, the location exceeded them—absolutely fantastic. Situated right in the heart of Tenmonkan, it was a perfect base to enjoy and complete all the planned activities on my schedule. The Room was impeccable, with relatively new and clean amenities like the bed and bathroom, providing a relaxing stay. I am completely satisfied without even a minor complaint to mention. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Kagoshima. Thank you!

It was my first time staying at this Hotel. I’d heard good things, and it truly was wonderful. This time, we stayed here because we wanted to see the Laguna Ten Bosch illuminations and were looking for an Accommodation nearby. I was surprised to find there’s a private entrance—step out and the illuminations are right there!! It was amazing. And since there were hardly any people, it felt like we had the place to ourselves by the end. The Hotel staff were kind, attentive, and welcoming, and I was also amazed by how big the dinosaur at the entrance was. It’s a Hotel I definitely want to visit again. Highly recommended.

Close to the station, the room was spacious, the amenities were appropriate, and I was able to relax. I used the cleaning machine for the first time, and it was truly appreciated, stylish, and I would love to have one at home. The luggage storage system on the first floor was self-service and very convenient. I would like to use it again when staying in Nagoya.

It was a great and interesting Hotel. The little ones were also delighted. The breakfast was plentiful and very satisfying. The price was reasonable and easy to use. I would love to stay again.

To send a large courier package, a staff member came to pick it up from my Room with a cart. Even though it was a busy time, they kindly helped me with a refreshing smile, and I truly appreciated how they made me feel good from the morning.

It was my first stay, and the Shuttle Service from the station was very helpful. The most outstanding part was the meals. The abalone liver sauce was especially delicious. The Onsen quality was excellent, leaving my skin smooth and soft, which made me very satisfied. I have booked a different Room type for my next visit. Looking forward to staying again!

The hotel itself was not particularly surprising... However, there is a large supermarket next door that is open until 11 PM, which is incredibly convenient for those who want to stock up on groceries before leaving Japan. I was able to pack up to the maximum allowable weight for checked luggage at the last minute.

This was my first stay here while sightseeing with friends. The ninjas, samurai, butlers, etc. projected at the front desk react during the check-in process, which is fun, but otherwise it’s a perfectly normal Hotel and not as “weird” as it sounds. Since it’s a new Hotel, the Room was clean, the linens were fresh, and the amenities were more than sufficient—in fact, some items like toothbrushes were better than at the official USJ partner Hotel we stayed at in Osaka the day before. It was a very solid Hotel overall. Being able to see the Skytree illumination from the rooftop terrace is a plus, and having a FamilyMart on the first floor made it convenient to quickly buy drinks and other items. Unmanned check-in/out was easy and convenient, and although I expected it to be completely unmanned, staff came by regularly to properly assist foreign guests and travelers who weren’t familiar with the process, which left a good impression. Breakfast felt pricey (2,200 yen if purchased on the day), so we didn’t use it. If you come expecting lots of “quirkiness,” you might feel underwhelmed outside of the front desk area—but as an affordable and clean Accommodation considering its location and facilities, I have no complaints. I’d like to stay again if I have another chance.

I was glad to stay here as I had always wanted to try this accommodation. The unmanned reception was a bit amusing and interesting. The best part was that the toilet and bathroom were separate, allowing me to relax in the bathtub. However, the navy-colored walls in the room made it feel cramped, and I couldn't sleep well, which was unfortunate.

The front desk features dinosaur robots, which children will love, and even adults might find a bit fun. The free drinks in the lounge are a nice touch. Breakfast was surprisingly satisfying, even with curry in the morning—it was hard to resist eating a lot. The salad bar is also appealing. Since I often use the Hotel for solo business trips, being able to take breakfast as a bento back to my Room is very convenient. It was quiet and relaxing, likely because there were fewer families on weekdays. Rooms equipped with LG Stylers are another great point. The only downside was that choosing a high floor didn’t make much of a difference—given the location, it’s not particularly worth specifying this option. Overall satisfaction is high!

The name "Henn na Hotel" might sound strange, but there's nothing odd about it. The automated check-in machine is convenient, and there's no inconvenience anywhere. It's a modern, forward-thinking hotel, and I really like it. There are reviews saying the rooms are small, but I was surprised to see people leaving such reviews when the room size in square meters is clearly stated on the IKYU reservation site! I will stay again.

I’d been curious about it for a long time, so I was happy to finally stay here. The dinosaur at reception was so realistic that when I came back to the Hotel, it startled me for a moment and made me laugh—but the lack of pressure from having no staff around actually suited me. The bath and toilet were separate, and having a sink in the sleeping Room felt unique and was surprisingly nice! That said, I noticed an unknown bug on the wall right after entering, and due to the wallpaper design, a bit of dust stood out. Overall, it was very good! Also, I accidentally went to the Osaka location first, but a staff member kindly gave me a map and I was able to make it to the Shinsaibashi location. That reassured me that there’s no need to worry even though it’s unmanned. I’d like to use it again.

The location is perfect, being close to both Daimon and Hamamatsucho. Other than having a robot at the reception, it was an ordinary Hotel. Check-in and check-out were easy, and I appreciated the security as the elevator cannot be used without a card key. The twin Room was reasonably spacious, and the bathroom was clean. If I may be a bit indulgent, I would like skincare amenities for women. I would be happy if coffee was available instead of tea. The breakfast was delicious, but there was no main dish, only side dishes. I would have liked some grilled fish, even if it was small. This time, I used it for a stay before a Shiki Theatre Company performance. The 11 a.m. check-out was helpful, and I appreciated being able to extend it for an additional fee.

The accommodation offers basic amenities, which are sufficient for a comfortable stay if you're just looking for a place to sleep. There is a convenient corner near the front desk where guests can enjoy complimentary light snacks. After check-in, I had cookies and self-serve monaka as an afternoon treat, and for breakfast, I enjoyed cereal, yogurt with plenty of fruits, and bread. Everything was very delicious! However, the bathtub curtain was too short, causing water to splash onto the sink area, which was a bit disappointing.

The room was quiet and allowed for a relaxing stay despite being close to Hachijo Exit. Ice and water dispensers were also available, which was very convenient.

When traveling to Kyoto with two young children, this accommodation is our go-to choice. Unlike standard business hotels where the area under the bed is carpeted and allows shoes, this hotel features tatami flooring in the bedroom. This makes it worry-free when kids climb on and off the beds. Additionally, the layout separates the bedroom from the bathroom and entrance areas with sliding doors, effectively keeping children away from the shoe-wearing entrance area, which significantly reduces stress during our stay. Another highlight is that a famous Ohagi shop, Imanishiken, is located nearby. It’s easy to line up before opening hours and get a chance to purchase their rare kinako ohagi (soybean flour rice cake), which is hard to find in Kanto. The breakfast service was also excellent; staff members were friendly and attentive, providing both quality and quantity that left us satisfied. (The only minor wish would be for drip coffee instead of what was offered.) We look forward to staying here again next time!

I stayed here for 20,000 yen, hoping it would be worth it for my certification exam. Check-in was done by entering information on a tablet placed in front of mannequins. Although I selected "Japanese" as the language at the beginning, messages kept appearing in English. I proceeded by guessing and managed to sign using my finger when I couldn't find a stylus pen. After completing the input, nothing happened until an employee appeared from a side door and guided me verbally. I was directed to another machine to pay the Tokyo accommodation tax of 200 yen in cash, though I wished everything could have been settled by card. The coin slot on this machine was hard to locate until the same employee pointed it out for me. It made me appreciate human receptionists more than ever. The mannequins standing at reception did nothing helpful; they seemed out of place and gave off an Osaka-style vibe despite being located in central Tokyo (Akasaka branch). While some families checking in nearby seemed amused by them, I thought fully automating with high-tech machines might have been a better direction than placing these figures. Breakfast was included with my stay and served buffet-style at an Irish pub on the first floor. The menu was simple but delicious. The room felt like a standard business hotel room equipped with newer facilities such as a suit cleaner—likely targeting business travelers—but I didn’t use it myself. The air conditioning noise or toilet water refilling sound didn’t bother me, making for a comfortable stay overall but nothing extraordinary. Even with discounts applied, 20,000 yen felt expensive—probably due to timing and location factors. Thank you for hosting me!
