Every year during my birthday month, I stay here as a treat for myself and enjoy a relaxing time. Each year, the thoughtful hospitality and attentive service allow me to spend a truly luxurious stay. This is my favorite Hotel that recharges my energy and motivates me to work hard again. I look forward to staying again next year.

We chose a Plan for our wedding anniversary stay that included lounge access and a Hotel coupon worth JPY 5,000 per person. Since the coupon required charges to be posted to the Room, we first checked in at the Executive Lounge (the lounge). With the staff’s kind help, they made a Reservation for Szechwan Restaurant Chen (Chen), and once our table was secured we headed there for lunch. The staff also delivered our luggage to our Room—much appreciated. In the meantime, we were thrilled to catch a faint view of Mt. Fuji from the lounge. At check-in, the lounge staff congratulated us on our anniversary and gave us celebratory sweets, which was another lovely touch. They also informed Chen about our anniversary, so we even received a surprise message plate from the restaurant—an amazing start before we had even entered our Room. After returning to our Room and relaxing for a while, we went back to the lounge again. It was close to 4:00 p.m., so it wasn’t too crowded; we were shown to the seat we wanted and enjoyed dessert and drinks before heading back up feeling completely satisfied. Our Room was on a high floor with luxurious views of Docomo Tower, Tokyo Skytree, and Tokyo Tower all at once, so we fully enjoyed the city scenery. Later, we made the most of cocktail time and nightcap service in the lounge. There was an excellent variety of both drinks and food—enough to serve as dinner. The bathroom is combined with the toilet area, so it wasn’t really a place to unwind in a long bath; however, the night view was beautiful and complimentary drinks in the refrigerator kept us comfortable in our Room. Housekeeping was thorough, and the bed was very comfortable. For breakfast, I chose Sakuraoka’s yudofu set with natto served with freshly cooked rice in an individual pot. The tofu portion was easy to finish quickly, while the natto beans were surprisingly large and very satisfying. Both were delicious. Thanks to my IKYU Diamond member benefits (a rate service), we took it easy until 1:00 p.m., spending time between our Room, the lounge, and The Cerulean Lounge on level LB before checking out at the lounge. It has been a long time since I stayed at such a well-serviced Hotel—I’m glad we chose The Cerulean. I’d be happy to stay again if I have another chance. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

We stayed here on our last trip to Okinawa and had a wonderful experience, so we made a Reservation again this time. Even with four adults, the Room was spacious and comfortable, and it’s exciting to watch the planes taking off and landing. We were also very happy to be upgraded because there was availability. Some reviews mentioned that breakfast might be a little limited, so we weren’t sure what to expect, but the portions were just right and everything was delicious. This is a Hotel we would love to stay at again.

I treated myself to a refreshing 1-night, 2-day Hotel stay. Even though Yokohama is in a neighboring prefecture, I wasn’t very familiar with the area, so I chose it thinking it would feel fresh and exciting. I had never stayed at a sea-view Hotel before, and what made me choose this one in Yokohama was the sea-view bath and the terrace where you can feel the ocean breeze. The Hotel is directly connected to Minatomirai Station, so it was easy to find and extremely convenient for getting there and back. From check-in at 3:00 PM to check-out at 11:00 AM, I spent my entire 1-night stay relaxing in my room. It truly felt like an urban resort, and I was able to fully unwind and refresh while enjoying an extraordinary ocean view. The sea-view bath I had been looking forward to most was simply amazing. Whether it was the sparkling night view or the daytime scenery, relaxing while taking in the view was absolutely wonderful! The bathroom had a large mirror that reflected the ocean as well, so it felt very open and airy—and I’m truly glad I chose this room with a sea-view bath. Amenities were also well stocked, including bath salts and bottled makeup remover, so I could enjoy that incredible sea-view bath again and again! For meals, I ordered in-room dining—fries, chicken, cake, fruit, and plum wine soda—and spending time leisurely enjoying the view without worrying about the clock felt like such rich rest. The room also had coffee and green tea prepared (including coffee), so I could relax and enjoy their aroma along with the cake I ordered. I couldn’t help but cheer at the daytime ocean view right after check-in, but the magic hours at dusk and dawn were especially beautiful—the changing colors of the sky were mesmerizing. It was my first time seeing a sparkling nighttime ocean view as well; even after midnight, I stayed captivated by the scenery until the Ferris wheel lights went out. It was also wonderful to watch brightly lit boats moving across the night sea! With items like bathrobes, pajamas, and deodorizing spray provided too, it was great that I could enjoy my Hotel stay with just minimal luggage. This was my first stay here—on the 10th floor—and it exceeded my expectations by far. It also made me think that from an even higher floor level up high above,the ocean view might be even more breathtaking. I made unforgettable memories.

I always stay here whenever I visit Hakuba. From the Swiss chalet-style architecture that embodies the dignity of a guesthouse of the Japanese Alps, to the tasteful furniture and furnishings that welcome you the moment you step into the entrance, everything feels refined. The clean, well-designed Room offers large windows and a balcony with breathtaking seasonal views of the Hakuba Sanzan peaks and the surrounding Alps. The French dinner and breakfast buffet let you enjoy Shinshu’s seasons with all five senses, and each staff member provides warm, gracious hospitality. Together, these elements blend in perfect balance to create the “Hakuba Tokyu Hotel” brand. This time, dinner was a special “Gourmet Journey,” a harmonious pairing of French cuisine with Japanese influences using local Shinshu ingredients. In the elegant atmosphere of the main dining room “Chamonix,” we enjoyed an exquisite menu including grilled kinki (channel rockfish) with pinecone-style presentation, grilled wagyu beef, bamboo shoot rice with Shinshu soba noodles, and caramel mille-feuille. On my previous visit on November 1st, I enjoyed the beautiful contrast of autumn leaves and early snowfall; this time, I was able to fully take in Hakuba’s lingering snow and morning alpenglow. I believe this is an outstanding Hotel for anyone who wants to enjoy Hakuba throughout all four seasons. Thank you very much to all the staff. I would love to stay again in the future.

We ended up taking a last-minute family trip to Kanazawa and stayed at the Kanazawa Tokyu Hotel. The location is excellent—Kanazawa Castle, Kenrokuen Garden, and the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art are all within walking distance, so you can even enjoy a morning stroll. If you walk a bit farther (quite a bit?), you can also visit the D.T. Suzuki Museum, surrounded by trees. The Room was comfortable (we had two extra beds added), and the washroom was as spacious as it looked in the photos beforehand, which was very convenient for our family. We were able to relax in the club lounge, and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet with local specialties. We headed home talking about how we’d like to come back again.

This was my third stay, and due to work I stayed for two nights. The shower chair I had requested for the bathroom at the time of Reservation was prepared, and it was very helpful. The Room layout was the reverse of the one in February, which felt refreshingly different. A small detail, but since the toilet light used a motion sensor, I didn’t have to search for a wall switch in the dark at night—just opening the door turned on the light, which was very convenient. Also, while many hotels provide tissue paper that is about half the size of standard retail tissues, yours were full-size, so there was no need to unfold them (though they were single-ply rather than double-ply). As for towel softness, this may come down to personal preference, but I would be happier if they were a bit softer. Since I wear contact lenses, having a tabletop magnifying mirror would also be helpful—especially for female guests. There is also an area with a washing machine, iron, and trouser pressers, making it suitable even for longer stays. It’s a wonderful Hotel, so I’ll be staying again in May. Thank you!

This Hotel offers a great escape from everyday life, so I stay here from time to time. I always choose an airport-side Room and enjoy zoning out while watching planes take off and land. Sometimes I add breakfast and sometimes I don’t; this time I included it. Last time, because it was a weekend stay, the breakfast venue was crowded and there was a wait, but this time it was quiet since it was a weekday. As it’s a buffet, you can create the breakfast you like depending on what you choose. I enjoyed a healthy breakfast with plenty of vegetables. The only downside was that there was a very strong sewage-like smell coming from the shower room. It was quite unpleasant and I considered asking to change Rooms, but instead I kept the window open the whole time and ran the air purifier at maximum to get through it. This is the first time this has happened.

The shuttle bus made it easy to get around smoothly without dealing with crowds. Breakfast was delicious, with great care put into each item—shabu-shabu, rolled omelet, obanzai dishes, and plenty of pickles—so we were very satisfied. We would like to stay again.

As a reward to myself after finishing a big project, I stayed in a premium room. It was my first time in two years, and both the spa and the lounge were quiet, so I was able to truly indulge. In my Review from two years ago, I mentioned that the lounge breakfast felt lacking, but it has improved dramatically—now it’s excellent. This is a Hotel that even locals will want to return to. Even though I’ve only just checked out, I’m already looking for an excuse to come back for another treat.

Because we had reserved lunch at the same Hotel, we arrived before check-in, but they allowed us to check in early and even delivered our luggage to our Room. Lunch was excellent in both quality and atmosphere. Next time, I would like to stay here with my husband.

Due to road closures caused by heavy snowfall, I ended up staying here at short notice. Even though it’s a Hotel right by the station, the hallways and elevators are spacious, and the staff were calm and attentive, making for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was also excellent—dashi ochazuke, dried fish, croquettes, and other local flavors—great value for the price. In the middle of a hectic schedule, this unexpected stay was truly relaxing. Thank you very much.

This is a Hotel I’ve stayed at many times. I especially love the Onsen. The staff are polite without being overly formal, which makes it very comfortable. The rooms are also clean and well kept. It’s a Hotel that feels welcoming in every way, so even during my stay I find myself thinking, “When should I come back next?” Thank you again for this trip.

The Room was spotless and very comfortable. The amenities were more than sufficient, and I was able to relax and enjoy my time in the Room. Needless to say, the view is outstanding—beyond exceptional. 　Everyone on the Hotel staff, from the front desk to the restaurant team and housekeeping, was kind and helpful. They gave a genuinely warm impression. Their language was gentle, and it was clear they truly value their guests. At breakfast, the person seated next to me kept coughing repeatedly, so I asked if another table might be available; I still remember how they smiled and said, “We will prepare one right away.” 　Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, and although it was the off-season, the other guests were calm and it never felt noisy. 　This is a resort I truly want to visit again without fail. Thank you very much.

I stayed at this Accommodation for a live concert. It’s within walking distance of the downtown area. Hiroshima Green Arena is not too far to walk. The Room was spacious, and I was able to relax. It would have been even better if the nightwear had been a separate set.

Stayed overnight after a Zepp LIVE show. I found this Accommodation on the travel site IKYU, and the moon decorations caught my eye. I made a Reservation even before I knew I’d won tickets for the LIVE, and later I found out and was surprised! When I went down to the first floor, it was right next to Zepp Yokohama. The Room on the 14th floor had a great view, was very clean, and the bed was so comfortable that I slept soundly. The 11:00 check-out time was also convenient. Even after check-out, they kept my luggage for me, so I could go out without worry. The staff were kind as well, which made my stay very pleasant. The in-room amenities were eco-friendly, just like at a Hotel where I stayed during a trip to Okinawa before. It’s such a great Hotel that even seeing that gave me an excellent impression. I’d love to stay again.

We stayed here to celebrate our 1-year anniversary as a couple. - The staff member who handled our check-in was very polite, quickly corrected any mistakes, and double-checked everything. Their smile was wonderful too, which made us feel at ease! - The silver balloon decorations looked exactly like the photos and were so cute—perfect for pictures. - The walls, floors, mirrors, glass, and bathtub were all spotless and sparkling. (Even when we filled the tub and the glass window fogged up, no handprints or marks appeared—everything had been polished incredibly well!) - The pool bath was very spacious and doesn’t trap heat, so it’s easy to enjoy a long soak! - The towels were fluffy. - I made a surprise Reservation through the Hotel’s official website—the “White & Red Strawberry Cake” was absolutely delicious! I couldn’t stop eating the strawberries. - The staff member who brought the cake also had a lovely smile and kindly asked, “Would you like me to take a photo?” Such thoughtful service! - We had a park view with large glass windows, so the view was amazing! We watched Universal Studios Japan from the day before, and we couldn’t contain our excitement! - A female restaurant staff member explained everything clearly and politely. - They timed the surprise plate perfectly—flawless timing. This time we requested Room decorations as well as a cake, sparkling cider (non-alcoholic), and plates at the restaurant. Everything was just like in the photos—cute and delicious. The staff’s smiles and kind words were also wonderful. We’ve stayed at this Hotel whenever we visit Universal Studios Japan for some time now—everything is unbelievably clean! It’s always spotless no matter when we come. The staff are consistently polite and kind—I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. Thank you as always! We’re off to enjoy Universal Studios Japan!!!!!!!

The service was not excessive, which actually made the stay more comfortable. The location is excellent—close to the station, Chinatown, and plenty of restaurants and bars.

I stayed here for a business trip, and it was clean with a delicious and varied breakfast!

After finishing a trip to Kyushu and Hiroshima with my cousin and another companion, I stayed here for a solo trip to Kyoto. The front desk staff were very helpful, and it was a calm, relaxing Hotel. The Shuttle Service bus after getting off the Shinkansen was convenient, but I hadn’t checked the schedule in advance, so I ended up waiting 30 minutes and my travel plans were thrown off—something I’ll be careful about next time. Since I traveled mostly by train, getting around was a bit challenging because the Hotel isn’t within walking distance of the station, but looking back, it was a trip where I could truly cherish my time alone in Kyoto. It made me look forward to planning my next solo trip as well.
