From April 4, I stayed for two nights in three Premier Bayside Twin Rooms with my daughter’s family and my grandchildren on a trip to Okinawa. We also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant. The Room facilities have been renovated, and the bayside view is wonderful. Everything at the restaurant, including the roast beef, was delicious, and the view (sunset) was breathtakingly beautiful—we were truly moved. It was a very satisfying stay, and my grandchildren seemed absolutely delighted. Above all, the Hotel staff’s warm and attentive service was outstanding, and we felt the high level of hospitality. We toured mainly by monorail and taxi, so it was also extremely convenient that this Hotel is directly connected to Asahibashi Station. I have stayed at several Hotels in Naha before; of course value depends on price as well, but this is the best Hotel in Naha City. Thank you very much to all the Hotel staff.

All the staff were very attentive, and we had a comfortable stay. It was also conveniently located near the station, and we were able to relax more than expected for the price.

My daughter and I both held our wedding here, and we have also visited many times for dining. This time, the three of us—my daughter, my son, and I—stayed on the Club Floor to relax and enjoy a “staycation.” After joining IHG, I was worried the hotel might lose its signature Rihga character, but that concern proved completely unfounded—the service and hospitality remain truly first-class. The staff uniforms have changed as well, which felt a little bittersweet, but the new design is stylish and lovely. Our Club Floor Room was very comfortable. The lounge offerings were excellent and delicious throughout afternoon tea, evening service, cocktail time, and breakfast. In particular, the quality of the alcoholic beverages after the evening service was outstanding, and breakfast offered a wide variety of both Japanese and Western options. We would definitely love to return again.

At the breakfast buffet, they made onigiri right in front of me. Choosing my favorite from four different fillings was fun, and the rice was shaped perfectly—so delicious! The nori was crisp as well, and it made me feel happy from the morning. Thank you very much.

We stayed on the Anniversary Plan, and I can’t fully put into words how enjoyable and memorable our stay was. We are truly grateful. The shuttle bus from Kyoto Station made access extremely convenient. We used the revolving observation restaurant “TOP OF KYOTO” for both dinner and breakfast. At dinner, we were delighted by your thoughtful touches—an anniversary photo, a single rose as a gift, a message on the dessert plate, and even a whole cake. Every dish featuring plenty of Kyoto vegetables was delicious, and we enjoyed a luxurious time watching the ever-changing views of Kyoto from the gently rotating dining room. The cityscape wrapped in soft morning light and the fantastical Kyoto floating in the sparkling night view—being able to enjoy both was especially memorable. The pool and sauna available as part of our 10th-floor Room benefits were also wonderful, and we were moved by how carefully your staff responded during a small unexpected incident. I’m not very confident at swimming, but this inspired me to join a swimming club so that next time I can return able to swim properly. After dinner, we had cocktails at the bar; everything—the interior design, lighting, atmosphere, and service—was comfortable, as if luxurious time for adults flowed by slowly. Wherever we were in the Hotel, we felt a sense of security and elegance—and above all, your staff’s politeness and warmth. It truly felt like a first-class Hotel. Thank you very much for making our special day such an amazing memory. We would love to stay again.

As you enter through the front door, you’re welcomed by a pleasant fragrance. The Room is compact yet stylish, with the toilet, bath, and sink area separated. It was clean and easy to use. It’s also conveniently close to the Hachijo Exit—great for shopping for souvenirs or heading out by bus. I appreciated being able to enjoy coffee in the lobby lounge or take it back to my Room. It was a comfortable Hotel I’d love to stay at again.

Thank you as always for the excellent service. This time, you kindly escorted me to my Room. I prefer a Room facing the street over a garden-view Room, so I used that one again for day use. It was for my birthday, and as always, I was very satisfied. Unfortunately, the Hotel restaurants were almost fully booked with Reservations, so I couldn’t dine there this time—but I’ll look forward to it next time. Thank you again for your wonderful service and hospitality. I would like to stay again.

It’s no exaggeration to say I booked the Executive Room again just for breakfast on the 33rd floor. Enjoying a relaxed breakfast while taking in the wonderful morning views of Hiroshima is truly calming. The view from the Room is also fantastic. I’d love to stay here again and again.

We stayed here for our honeymoon. The location was convenient, being close to Takamatsu Station and the ferry terminal to Shodoshima, and the breakfast looked delicious, so we made a reservation. The front desk staff congratulated us at check-in, and we were delighted by their thoughtful consideration for our room. We will definitely make a reservation again when we visit Kagawa next time! This was my first stay, but it has become one of my favorite Accommodations. The view from the window was wonderful. It was also convenient to be able to heat up food we bought in the microwave on the first floor. The Room was spacious and had a large full-length mirror, which made it easy to get dressed in a kimono. I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

I stayed at the accommodation on the night of a concert at Osaka Festival Hall. The hotel is very close to the Festival Hall, and there are affordable restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it very convenient. Amenities were provided in a format where guests could take them from the front desk to their room. The room was very clean, with a spacious bed that allowed for a comfortable rest. The showerhead in the bathroom was large with abundant water flow. Breakfast was served buffet-style; while not extensive in variety, everything was delicious and satisfying. I plan to stay here again when attending another concert at Festival Hall.

The front desk staff provided very courteous service, and the room cleaning was excellent. Being adjacent to a shopping mall made shopping very convenient. It is a very good hotel at a reasonable price. I would definitely like to stay here again.

I stayed on the opening day, and it was very clean, which was great. The water in the large public bath was quite hot, which was a bit disappointing. Other than that, everything was good. If possible, it would have been nice if alcohol were sold inside the Hotel—I might have been able to relax even more at the post-bath lounge. The post-bath lounge was also nice, with games and various other items available. I had breakfast as well, and there were many different options—including cotton candy—so I could enjoy it together with my child. If I had more time, I would have liked to relax longer. It was a good Hotel that made me want to stay again.

Reserved a Club Deluxe Suite. Arrived at 2:30 PM and was told check-in starts at 3:00 PM, but we were able to complete check-in at 2:45 PM. With our luggage, we headed straight to the club lounge, where complimentary alcohol is available until 3:00 PM! Perhaps due to some complaints about the complimentary alcohol hours, it had been extended until 5:30 PM. Complimentary drinks included red and white wine and awamori, along with snacks such as nuts, sata andagi (Okinawan doughnuts), smoked duck ham, salami, and pineapple. Beer was available for an additional fee. Our Room was on the 15th floor with great views—beautiful both during the day and at night. There is a partition between the living room and bedroom. The refrigerator had sanpin tea (jasmine tea) and beer. For dinner, we bought food at a nearby AEON supermarket and ate on the balcony while enjoying the night view. The Room also has a microwave. Both the bath and sauna were excellent. The pool was not heated and was small, so we didn’t use it this time. The gym is small but well equipped: two treadmills, one bike, a bench press set, dumbbells, etc. Parking in and out was smooth as well. Since we are RIHGA Royal members, checkout was at 12:00 PM, so we could relax.
