I love Kyoto and have visited many times, and this was my second stay here. It really is a wonderful Hotel. Hotel Vischio Kyoto has very clean Rooms, a well-designed layout that’s easy to use, and makes for a truly comfortable stay. Above all, the breakfast is absolutely outstanding. The seasoning, variety of dishes, and calm atmosphere were all extremely satisfying—so much so that I looked forward to the mornings. Whenever I stay around Kyoto Station, I would definitely like to choose this place again. It’s my favorite Hotel.

I’m truly grateful to the Hotel for accommodating a last-minute change in the number of guests and adjusting the rate for our celebratory trip for my mother and younger brother. Thank you as well for the thoughtful gift and message. The lounge was very comfortable, and the Room was clean. With direct access to Hiroshima Station, we could leave our luggage and get around easily. I would definitely like to stay here again when traveling to Hiroshima.

With direct access to Kyoto Station, I was able to make the most of my time from arrival to departure. The atmosphere was calm, the staff were attentive, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Kyoto.

It was a wonderful stay. We chose the lounge Plan, and were impressed by the substantial hot meals at cocktail time. Every item on the breakfast selection menu was excellent, and we were surprised to be told we could choose all five dishes. The beef steak at breakfast was especially memorable—so tender—and the rice porridge was delicious as well. There were also plenty of Hiroshima local specialties, making it a delight to see, and we were amazed at how consistently everything was replenished. The staff were attentive throughout and created a truly exceptional atmosphere. The lounge itself is spacious with a great view, so we ended up staying for quite a while. Being able to enjoy sparkling wine from the morning made for a blissful time. It also seems sparkling wine is available even after cocktail time ends—surely a dream for anyone who loves drinks. The convenience of being directly connected to the station is truly invaluable. The Room had everything we needed, and the bed was very comfortable—perfect for any purpose or type of trip. On our previous visit to Hiroshima we stayed at another Hotel, but from now on in Hiroshima, Granvia will be our only choice. We are sincerely grateful to all the Hotel staff for giving us such a wonderful time. When your impression of a Hotel is this good, it makes your impression of the city better too. About 20 years ago, I first learned about Nara Hotel through a certain book. The book featured the exterior of the main building, and I was so captivated by its appearance that I dreamed of staying there someday. However, nearly 20 years passed without an opportunity. This time, to celebrate my mother's 70th birthday, we finally stayed in the main building. From the moment we entrusted our luggage to the staff's warm hospitality, we were deeply moved. The detailed explanation during check-in was also exceptional. Upon returning from a stroll outside, every staff member made us feel as comfortable as if we had returned home. The room and interior decor reflected its rich history while providing a sense of comfort that allowed us to enjoy our stay fully. We had both breakfast and dinner during our stay; each meal was absolutely delicious and left us completely satisfied. The staff's explanations for each dish were clear and thoughtful as well. Dining at the tea lounge or bar while enjoying views of the surroundings offered an extraordinary experience beyond everyday life. Having stayed at many accommodations in both Kanto and Kansai areas over the years, Nara Hotel has undoubtedly become my personal number one hotel choice! My mother was also delighted with her experience here. We look forward to staying again in the future—thank you very much!

First of all, the property was very clean, and it was great that in the Room you can take off your shoes and walk on the wooden floor! The drinks area, coffee corner, terrace, and bath were all wonderful. Above all, the breakfast selection was the best I’ve ever had! I definitely want to stay again.

It was my first time staying here, and I was impressed by the convenient location near the station, the mostly covered pathways that kept me dry even in the rain, and the proximity to convenience stores and restaurants. Some points of concern: The bathroom had some red mold and dirt in places, which caught my attention. Additionally, the showerhead was difficult to fix in place, making it a bit inconvenient to use. Since the lobby is on the first floor instead of the second, the otherwise smooth pathway from the station is slightly disrupted. (That said, there is an elevator, so it’s not a major issue, but it might be challenging for those with a lot of luggage.) Positive points: The amenities were excellent. There were skincare products for both men and women, wash towels with the showerhead, and tea bags and coffee as beverages. The inclusion of chocolate-covered barley snacks was a fun and tasty touch. The elevator to the guest rooms required a card key to select a floor, which was great for security. The room itself was very comfortable, with a satisfying bed and a large TV that allowed access to YouTube and other features. They also provided luggage storage before and after my stay, and the front desk staff were all very polite and attentive. Since I had a Multiple Night Stay, I left my card key at the front desk before going out, and I was impressed by how quickly the staff handed me the card key upon my return, even before I mentioned my room number. Although there were some concerns with the bathroom, overall, I was very satisfied and would like to stay here again in the future. Thank you!

This is my second stay at Osaka Station Hotel. This time, I stayed in the Specialty Corner Twin, which I had been wanting to book for a long time. It was a truly wonderful Room, and I was impressed. At the Specialty Salon, the food during evening cocktail time was exceptional. It’s no exaggeration to say it may be the best club lounge in Japan. I will make another Reservation.

Spending time alone, I was able to relax in the calm, spacious Room—it was wonderful. I also enjoyed taking my time in the large public bath. The breakfast was especially delicious. Sushi in the morning? I wasn’t sure at first, but as a fish lover it was perfect! There were also plenty of seasonal dishes and local specialties. I even enjoyed dessert as well. I left feeling happy after such a great meal. This is one Hotel I’d love to visit again.

I stayed the night before a family event, and I was so satisfied that I wished I could have stayed longer. The location is excellent, and after arriving by Shinkansen I was already exhausted when I got to Osaka Station. It would be even more convenient if there were a way to enter directly from the ticket gates on the 2nd floor, without having to go down to the 1st floor and then take the Hotel elevator up to the front desk. Also, I stayed on the Granvia Floor—would it be possible in the future to check in at the lounge as well as check out? (For example, having staff open access with a card key?) I would appreciate it if you could consider this. I deducted one star each for the slow elevators and for my dissatisfaction with check-in, but otherwise everything was excellent. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

It was newly renovated and very comfortable. The service was warm and welcoming, which made my stay pleasant. I had an early morning and couldn’t try the breakfast, but I’d like to have it next time.

Stayed at the accommodation for the first time on a business trip. Although I checked in quite late due to unfinished work, the comfortable room completely relieved my fatigue. The clean room offered beautiful views of both the night scenery and sunrise, exceeding my expectations!

The front staff were very kind and accommodating, making my stay comfortable and worry-free. The single room had ample space, allowing me to move around easily even with my suitcase open. Additionally, I am grateful to the cleaning staff for their polite response to my sudden request. I would definitely consider this accommodation as my first choice when visiting Osaka again.
