Thank you very much for the wonderful service. The Hotel’s location was excellent and made getting around easy. On the first night, we dined at Teppanyaki Sora Sakura. The chef who served us was outstanding, and we truly enjoyed the delicious food and excellent service. Breakfast was also very tasty. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2-night, 3-day stay.

We stayed as a family of four at the beginning of the year. We arrived by car, and as soon as we pulled up to the underground parking drop-off area, we were promptly guided and had our luggage taken care of. The luggage was brought to our Room immediately after we entered. The process was very smooth, allowing us to check in with peace of mind. The staff's service throughout our stay was polite and attentive, making our experience very pleasant. Thank you so much. The sunset view from the Room was incredibly beautiful. We look forward to staying with you again in the future.

It had been a while since my last stay, so I had been looking forward to it for some time. This time, I stayed specifically to enjoy the club lounge on the top floor. The club lounge was very clean, and the view over downtown Hiroshima was wonderful. The two young male staff members in the club lounge on check-in day were extremely polite, welcoming, and professional. Their service felt fresh and attentive; they worked quickly, used very courteous language, and were impeccably well-groomed—there is nothing at all to fault. They may be early in their careers, but their dedication deserves a perfect score! I’m sure they will become valuable employees wherever they work. Thanks to the spotless, spacious lounge and the excellent hospitality from the staff, I was able to feel refreshed both physically and mentally. I have just one request regarding the club lounge: for afternoon tea time, I would love for the sweets to be offered buffet-style. I look forward to sweets more than alcohol, so I’d like to enjoy a wider variety. The Room, club lounge, breakfast (the first-floor venue), club lounge staff, location—everything exceeded my expectations in every way. I already have a Reservation for another stay at the end of May, and I’m looking forward to it from now. Thank you very much for your wonderful care during this visit.

Everything was very good, except that there was no explanation about the amenities at the front desk, so I only realized in my Room that there was no soap, which was a bit inconvenient. All of the breakfast bread was delicious! There is a convenience store inside the Hotel, which is very convenient.

I stay here almost every year for the Ehime Marathon. I have dinner at Unkai and breakfast at the Sky Lounge, and I’m always very satisfied—the food is delicious and there’s a great variety. The only “downside,” if I had to name one, is that there are so many options at the breakfast buffet that I can’t try them all and end up wishing I had more time. Just kidding—please don’t reduce the selection. I’ll come back next year to finish what I missed. The service was, as expected, true Crowne Plaza quality, so I could relax and enjoy my stay with complete peace of mind. Thank you very much.

I stayed here because I had a concert at Toki Messe, and it was within walking distance. The front desk staff kindly gave me clear directions to the venue, which was very helpful. Also, the Room seemed newly renovated—it was very clean and spacious—so I was able to enjoy a truly relaxing stay. It’s conveniently located near the station and at a comfortable distance from Toki Messe as well. I’d love to stay here again when I visit Niigata.

I always stay here when visiting Toyama City. While new hotels are being built in the city, especially around Toyama Station, this accommodation remains a reliable choice. The facility, staff hospitality, and delicious meals set it apart from other hotels. I also love the 19th-floor bar with its stunning view of the city. I will continue to use this accommodation in the future.

My daughter loves Kumamon, and she was so excited the moment we entered the Kumamon Room! It became an unforgettable memory. On the morning of checkout, she was so sad to part with Kumamon that she burst into tears (laugh). Both dinner and breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were all very kind and attentive. We would love to stay here again. Highly recommended Hotel!

I stayed in the club lounge because I wanted to spend time there. I arrived early, but they kindly let me wait in the lounge. When I checked in and headed to my Room, my key card didn’t work in the elevator and I was worried, but they handled it right away. I’ve stayed at many Hotels, but this was the first time a key card didn’t work. The Room I was first shown was next to the staff elevator, and the footsteps from the Room above were also loud. When I told the front desk, they changed my Room to one on the top floor. If they hadn’t done that, I don’t think I would have been able to sleep. At the lounge, I fully enjoyed breakfast, tea time, and cocktail time for three days. It was a wonderful experience. It was also great that it’s close to Hakata Station. Many of the staff at the entrance and near the elevators were very attentive, and their heartfelt service made me want to come back again. The housekeeping staff were also pleasant. Thank you very much.

It was very convenient for visiting Imbe, the town of Bizen ware, and Kibitsu Shrine, with Okayama Station as a starting point. All Hotel staff were courteous and attentive, and I was very satisfied. The Room had a great layout and felt comfortable without feeling cramped. The breakfast buffet was of a high standard. The view from the 20th floor was excellent, the seating was spacious, and I could enjoy a hearty, delicious meal in the morning.

I chose this hotel to join the Gunkanjima tour. As a solo female traveler, I was initially worried about dining and sightseeing. Before my stay, I called the hotel to ask if dining alone was possible, and they responded very kindly, which reassured me that I could stay here with peace of mind. True to my expectations, the hotel's concierge provided detailed guidance on sightseeing and access. The meals were delicious as well. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view of Glover Hill from the window. It turned out to be a wonderful solo trip filled with great memories. My heartfelt thanks to all the hotel staff!

I was surprised to find someone else being guided to my seat when I returned after getting food during breakfast. Even though there was an "in use" sign on the table and I had left my salad bowl there.

Although I arrived earlier than planned, I truly appreciate that you prepared my Room for me. It allowed me to take my entrance exam calmly. The bus schedule to Kanazawa University was also posted in front of the lobby counter, which was very helpful. Thanks to you, I passed.

Deluxe Room with breakfast for two (W breakfast included) ① Location Excellent. Subway station and JR station: 5–10 minutes on foot. TV Tower, Clock Tower, and Hokke no Hamakko: about 10 minutes on foot. Former Hokkaido Government Office Building, Susukino, and Ramen Sumire: about 15–20 minutes on foot. If the weather is nice, walking above ground is recommended; if it’s raining, the underground walkway is recommended. ② Parking There is an underground parking lot, so it’s reassuring even if you come by car. JPY 2,000 prepaid. You can take your car in and out during your stay, and even after checkout (depending on how busy it is and the time of day), they will often accommodate you at the same rate if you consult the front desk—much appreciated. ③ Facility The Room was quiet and clean, spacious without feeling cramped, and the bed was large with plenty of space for two people. The bathroom was a unit bath but as spacious as a larger apartment-style bathroom and very clean. The toilet paper holder rattled loudly, so it might be better to add rubber or something between it and the wall… There was a Nespresso espresso machine with plenty of capsules prepared (4 regular coffee + 2 decaf), which I really appreciated. There was an air purifier, but there was no water in it and it wasn’t turned on… Since it’s there anyway, I’d love it if it were set up so guests could turn it on with one button or if there were a brief note explaining what to do. The restroom on the lobby floor was disappointing—extremely small and old—and seems to need renovation urgently. Not suitable for modern people with long legs. ④ Amenities A full set of cleansing products and toothbrushes were in the Room; everything else is picked up at the front desk. I think this initiative is very good. However, being asked at the front desk while looking at a list (“Which ones would you like?”) and receiving only what you answer one by one makes it a little hard to request things even when you want them. ⑤ Service The staff were wonderful. From casual conversation alone, you could tell they weren’t just going through the motions—they genuinely worked hard—and this felt like a lovely Hotel. In large Hotels (regardless of rank), service can vary because many different people work there; however, this Hotel truly felt comfortable throughout our stay. In particular, at the breakfast buffet venue on April 19th, a female staff member with shoulder-length hair worn down inferred from my question that I might have allergies; she wrote down notes about what ingredients were included in various items and brought them to me. Without making a fuss or overreacting in any way—yet being thorough, polite, warm—the kindness really came through clearly, which made me very happy. If her supervisor happens to know who she is from this description، I hope they will praise her. She was truly natural and wonderful. ● My husband also had his first trip to Hokkaido thanks to this stay—a short 1-night/2-day trip since he rarely gets time off due to work—and he enjoyed this trip very much as well. Thank you very much.

Stayed for the Nijo Castle light-up event. Convenient location right by the subway station with parking available, which is a great bonus. Parking before and after check-in can also be arranged upon consultation, which is very helpful. Within walking distance, there are various dining options for both morning and evening meals, including Kyoto-style breakfast spots, Japanese restaurants, hot dog stands, and pizza places. The renovated room was comfortable with a cozy table by the window that was perfect for writing or dining. Having a bathtub was also a plus—buying bath salts from the nearby convenience store made it feel like an Onsen experience. Although there was an issue with the room facility at night during my stay, the staff responded kindly and attentively, showcasing excellent hospitality from the hotel. With rising hotel prices in Kyoto, this accommodation offers fair pricing along with comfort and convenience—a truly appreciated option!

Breakfast is served buffet-style, with an impressive variety—rice accompaniments, bread spreads, and made-to-order rice balls—plus many locally sourced items. Everything was delicious. When departing from Narita we usually stay the night before and don’t have time for breakfast at the Hotel, but this time we stayed after our trip and were able to enjoy a relaxed, wonderful morning with a great meal. The staff were also very kind, and we would love to stay again.

This was not my first stay, but it was the best one yet. I invited my sister-in-law this time, so I really didn’t want anything to go wrong and was a bit on edge, but the Hotel’s thoughtfulness and service were perfect—beyond my expectations. While many Hotels are short-staffed these days, this Hotel has enough staff, so you never have to worry about not being able to find someone to ask for help. Refills in the club lounge and clearing used plates were done quickly, so there was nothing frustrating. Breakfast at the restaurant is as delicious as ever, and I especially loved the onigiri service that wasn’t available last time; the sea bream chazuke was also excellent. It’s also great that the spa is available again. My sister-in-law seemed very satisfied and said she would definitely like to come again, which was a relief. Everyone on staff provides great service with no inconsistency from person to person—this is a good Hotel. A Hotel is all about its people; I believe good service can make up for things like an older property. I will definitely visit again.

Surrounded by nature, it was a very quiet and pleasant place. However, as there are no shops nearby, we recommend doing your shopping in advance.

We received many joyful photos of our grandchildren, and my spouse and I are extremely satisfied. The friendliness of the international staff seemed to double the fun, which made us very happy. Thank you very much!

I fell in love with Kushiro and this was my second stay. The Hotel is close to the sunset tour departure point, and its central location made it easy and convenient to get anywhere. Even with a small child, the Room was spacious and clean, and the Hotel staff were warm and welcoming. The front desk and breakfast venue staff were especially kind, making our trip truly pleasant.
