With the Shuttle Service by cart from the parking lot to our Room, they kindly helped us load and unload our luggage, and we also enjoyed the casual conversation during the ride. The Room was very clean, and we had a comfortable stay. Both dinner and breakfast exceeded our expectations in both quality and quantity. We’re already talking about coming back as a family—next time for two or three nights—and we’d love to go for a walk with the goats next time. Thank you very much!

This was my first stay. The Room layout was excellent (the bath and toilet are separate, and the washbasin area is spacious), so I was able to relax. Breakfast was also delicious—I ate too much, but there were still so many more dishes I wanted to try! I would definitely like to stay again, and I would recommend it to friends as well!

The experience was already moving even before we arrived at the auberge. They remembered a casual conversation from the car ride to pick us up, stopped by the famous local sweets shop we mentioned, and even took us to a public bath fed by the Awara Onsen source. They also kindly came all the way to pick us up when we missed our train back from the bathhouse. The thoughtful care and warmth of both wonderful hosts truly touched our hearts. It made us realize what true hospitality really is. Dinner was absolutely outstanding. The chef—whom we had previously encountered twice at a Hotel in Kitashinchi—did not disappoint; every dish was exquisite. Each plate was beautiful, delicate, and unforgettable in flavor. This time we chose the five-glass pairing and enjoyed champagne, rosé, white wine, red wine, and sake. Conversation with the sommelier (one of our hosts) was also a delight, and every drink complemented the food perfectly—pairings that made us genuinely think, “This is delicious.” We are simply grateful for such a deeply fulfilling time. This is a special auberge that we will definitely return to and wholeheartedly recommend to loved ones. If I could make one request: in the private villa-style Room, the toilet is located right next to the sink. It may be unavoidable due to the layout, but it did require a bit of consideration for privacy. If there is any room for improvement in the future, it would make the stay even more comfortable. Even so, nothing can diminish how moving this stay was. Thank you very much. A friend has already made a Reservation for May. Please give my friend and their spouse an equally unforgettable experience again.

As last year, we stayed in a Room with a semi-open-air bath. It was wonderful to be able to enjoy the Onsen at the perfect temperature anytime, so this time we didn’t use the public bath and spent our stay using only the in-room bath. The tap water was delicious to drink, and the in-room amenities were well stocked, which we really appreciated. The only issue was that the air conditioning had heating only; since it was a seasonal transition, it felt a bit warm inside even with the heat turned off, so it would be nice if cooling were available during this time of year. Other than that, everything—from the location and service to the value for money—was excellent. We’d love to stay again.

I stayed here to take my daughter and niece to USJ. The Room and bathroom were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. However, it was a bit disappointing that the guests upstairs were talking very loudly late into the night and making heavy thumping noises as if they were jumping around, which made it hard to sleep.

The grandchildren shouted, “Wow!” as they ran into our guest room with a living area where the whole family could gather. After that, we headed straight to the pool. While Grandpa watched from poolside for our 4th grader and Grandma stayed in the water to keep an eye on our preschooler, the kids had a great time going down the slides and swimming in the lazy river. Since the lazy river is 100 cm deep, children who can’t touch the bottom need an adult with them. It was also nice that there was a pool suitable for young children. Grandma, who gets tired more easily than the kids, was able to take “a little break” with them in the jacuzzi and a small warmer pool. We played in the pool for about an hour and then went to the large public bath still wearing our swimsuits. The layout made it easy to move around wet areas, which was very convenient. By the way, our 4th grader forgot their swimsuit but was able to rent one at the Hotel, which saved us. We could also rent swim rings, which made our preschooler very happy. The meals also included options that delighted our grandchildren, and we left the Hotel saying, “Let’s come again.” Thank you as well to all of your staff for your kindness.

This was a repeat stay. Depending on how much luggage you have, it’s within walking distance from Ugata Station (and Shuttle Service may be available with advance Reservation if there is availability). In the past, when there wasn’t a Plan that included a buffet dinner, figuring out where to eat was an issue. Now, however, there are places like Uotami and local izakayas within walking distance, and an Italian restaurant has opened nearby as well—so choosing where to dine has become something to look forward to. They had an initiative where guests could write their preferred breakfast time on a whiteboard. Perhaps thanks to that, there was a natural 분위気 of avoiding peak times, and I was able to enjoy breakfast very comfortably. The breakfast buffet always has a wide variety of options and is delicious, so I look forward to it every time. The freshly made rice balls were especially tasty. As for the room, having an extra power strip installed by the bedside is quietly helpful. (Most hotels tend to have outlets only around the desk.) All of the staff were kind and courteous as well, so if you have any concerns or questions, it may be worth asking them casually. With Kintetsu’s digital tickets becoming even better value and making it easier to use them for two consecutive days even at non-official hotels, I felt that this Hotel will be my first choice for Accommodation going forward.

We stayed here for an Onsen trip over the 2025–26 New Year holidays. On New Year’s Eve, after a delicious dinner, we enjoyed traditional soba noodles to welcome the new year. After having osechi at breakfast on New Year’s Day, we relaxed in our Room and took turns visiting the private baths, enjoying a peaceful and restful holiday. During dinner on our second night, the guests at the next table were a bit noisy, which distracted us and made it hard to fully enjoy the meal. While private dining rooms may be difficult to arrange, adding partitions between tables in the dining area would create more privacy and make it easier to enjoy your wonderful food.

I had been suffering from sciatica for about a month, so I came to rest and take it easy. The pain eased, and I feel much better now. It was very quiet and relaxing, and the meals were excellent. I would like to visit again. Thank you for the thoughtful care from the staff.

The Room was clean, and the housekeeping staff greeted us properly, which made our stay very pleasant. The bathroom was also spacious, and the jet bath was comfortable. Above all, the breakfast was delicious, and the kitchen staff kindly recommended various options, which we truly appreciated. We would definitely like to stay again.

This is my second stay. The lounge offered curry, udon, and drinks, which were delicious. The service was polite and attentive. The Room had a darker tone last time, but this time it was brighter with a different atmosphere. I enjoyed reading comics while using the coin laundry. It was convenient to get a taxi to Kamata Station quickly. I would love to stay again. Thank you!

Although my flight was delayed and I arrived after check-in hours, thank you for kindly accommodating me. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was delicious. They were also very helpful with storing my luggage after check-out and arranging a taxi.

Thank you for taking care of us yesterday during my daughter’s move. The Room was very clean and spacious, and I felt uplifted the moment I walked in. The shower had great water pressure and was very comfortable, instantly washing away the fatigue from traveling. Above all, the staff were truly kind and attentive. Their thoughtful hospitality made this a stay that warmed my heart. Now I understand why it’s so popular and why it was hard to make a Reservation. It was a wonderful Hotel where I would love to stay again. I hope to stay with you again for the graduation ceremony as well!

We stayed as a group of three women. Usually, triple rooms tend to be small, but this Hotel had a very spacious and comfortable Room. Some parts of the Facility were a bit old-fashioned, but everything was clean. The breakfast service was excellent, with staff preparing rice balls for us—better than a typical Business Hotel. I would love to stay here again if I have plans in this area.

I recently stayed at Quintessa Hotel Kagoshima Tenmonkan Relax & Sleep, and I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude here. The room was clean and provided a relaxing atmosphere with its calming colors and lighting. The bed was especially comfortable, allowing me to enjoy a deep and restful sleep. True to its name "Relax & Sleep," it was a rejuvenating stay for both body and mind. Additionally, being located in the heart of Tenmonkan made it very convenient for sightseeing and dining, allowing me to fully enjoy the charm of Kagoshima. I sincerely thank all the staff at the hotel for providing such a comfortable stay. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Kagoshima. Thank you very much!

This was my second visit. The Room is not large, but it is well designed and comfortable. Even for a Multiple Night Stay, the cost is low and it’s easy to book. Breakfast is served as a boxed meal, but it’s warm and delicious. It’s close to Nijo Castle and located in central Kyoto. This is a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

I was satisfied with my stay and had no particular complaints.
