I met up with my daughter, who lives in Tokyo, in Kyoto for the first time in a while, and it was our first overnight trip with our beloved dog. The room was very clean, the Facility were excellent, and there were no unpleasant odors. We came hoping to relax and Clear away the fatigue of everyday life, but I never imagined traveling with a dog could feel this calm and unhurried. Although our dog is usually on a restricted diet, we ordered breakfast just for this day, and he was thrilled with the feast. The Hotel staff were wonderful as well, and we were truly able to unwind from the bottom of our hearts. I’m so happy to have found an Accommodation where I can feel safe staying even if it’s just me and my dog. I would definitely like to visit again.

Dinner was beautifully presented, with each dish refined and delicious. The tempura in particular was exceptionally crispy—unlike anything I’ve had before—and very tasty. They were also considerate of my child who doesn’t handle hot food well, even cooling the tea with ice, which I really appreciated. The Room was thoroughly cleaned down to every corner and felt very clean and comfortable. I would like to stay again.

During our drive from Kyoto to Tokyo after the New Year holidays, we decided to make an impromptu overnight stop in Shizuoka due to traffic and weather concerns. We found this accommodation on IKYU.com based on its good reviews and quickly made a reservation. By that evening, it was fully booked, so our quick decision paid off. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming both over the phone and in person. While there is no Onsen, the large public bath was spacious and relaxing, with POLA-brand shampoo and soap provided. Breakfast is available for 900 yen as a buffet with limited but satisfying options. Local specialties such as shirasu rice or Shizuoka oden were mentioned on the site as examples of dishes served. Since I love shirasu rice, I opted for breakfast but ended up having Shizuoka oden instead during my stay—it was delicious despite my initial disappointment. From my room, I could see Mount Fuji along with the year's first full moon and sunrise—a breathtaking view! That night, I enjoyed watching a TV program I didn’t want to miss while lying comfortably in bed with a flat-screen TV right in front of me. The pillow provided was too high for me; unfortunately, all alternative pillows had already been borrowed due to full occupancy. It would be great if lower pillows were available. The lobby offers complimentary coffee service only in the morning; however, guests can enjoy free Shizuoka tea after check-in. Although there’s a kettle and refrigerator in each room, tea leaves or coffee are not provided—I wish coffee could be made available (there are vending machines though). Across from the accommodation is "Takoman," a confectionery shop unique to Shizuoka Prefecture where I unexpectedly found some delicious treats that I'd previously tried at an expressway service area—this discovery alone made my stay even more delightful! I’d definitely consider staying here again during future trips home!

The staff were very friendly, and the Hotel was exceptionally clean. The complimentary ice cream and soba were delicious, and the breakfast buffet was visually enjoyable with great taste as well. I would love to stay here again when I visit Osaka.

This was my second stay. The room was thoroughly cleaned, and I had a very comfortable time. It is close to both the main road and the station, yet quiet. The parking lot is accessed via a narrow road on the left side of the main road, which may be a little hard to find, but it’s not a problem if you check in advance. I plan to stay at this Hotel again next time.

Thanks to you, I had a very comfortable stay. The interior of the Room was simple yet elegant, leaving a good impression. I especially loved the quilted design of the fabric on the bed headboard. The drawer under the sink was very convenient to use, and the stand mirror in the Room was also helpful. The 24-hour bread service was surprisingly delicious and extremely satisfying. It would be great if there were clearer instructions for returning alcohol glasses. Additionally, it would be even better if the rental bicycles were of a slightly higher grade. I look forward to staying here again when I visit Kyoto!

The bed was extremely comfortable, and I was very satisfied. I usually can’t sleep soundly in a Hotel bed, but I slept so deeply that I gave up using the large public bath early in the morning and ended up checking out right at the last minute. Next time, I’d like to use the large public bath in the early morning as well.

This time, I stayed with my son again. Although we had separate Rooms, making it feel more like a solo trip, thanks to the free rental bicycles, we were able to explore various places together. The bicycles were so comfortable that I even purchased one for home use. I appreciated the additional notice encouraging guests to inform the front desk if they felt uncomfortable due to any rule violations in the large public bath area, alongside the existing posters about bath etiquette. Such thoughtful measures made my stay peaceful and pleasant. (For reference, I did not witness any rule violations during my stay.) The breakfast was delicious, and everything was served cleanly and neatly, allowing me to enjoy a comfortable meal experience.

The Facility itself is a bit old, but it was well maintained and clean, so the stay was comfortable. Everyone at the front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping was friendly and welcoming with a smile. Breakfast (Michela) was great—the fluffy omelet made right in front of you was delicious. There was also a wide variety of bread, and the Chinese-style rice porridge was very tasty. The Amaou strawberry parfait at the café (Lamora) was also excellent. The location goes without saying: right by the station, with Isetan, PARCO, and a shopping street nearby—lively and convenient for exploring on foot. I would like to stay here again if I have the chance.

The Room was spacious and clean, and I was able to relax in a quiet environment. I chose this Hotel because it has an Onsen in Naha, but it was disappointing that, due to construction, bathing times were separated for men and women. Also, whenever you go outside you need to use the connecting walkway each time, so it’s best to allow extra time. Overall, the staff were polite and kind, making my stay comfortable.

The parking lot was spacious and easy to use, which was very convenient. There were plenty of comics to enjoy. The Room was spacious, and noise was not an issue.

I booked this book Hotel because I wanted to stay there. During the day, it seemed that some people were visiting as day guests, so the bookstore had many people, but it was quiet. The staff at the front desk/cafe were all polite and pleasant. The Room is compact, but it was enough for one person to relax. Amenities are kept to a minimum by concept, so please bring your own skincare and cosmetics such as face wash. For breakfast, you choose two burgers from several menu options, and a drink is included. It was delicious. It felt like there were many international travelers. I’d like to visit again even just to use the bookstore.

We stayed at the accommodation for our annual New Year's family trip. It was our first time experiencing a New Year's buffet, and we were very satisfied with the wide variety of dishes and the extensive all-you-can-drink menu featuring festive cuisine. The room was clean and very comfortable. We even talked about wanting to visit again outside of the New Year season as we headed home.

A small, quiet, and pleasant Hotel. The service was sufficient, and there were 24-hour soft drinks available on the first floor. I was curious about the late-night soba service from 9 PM, but since it was after dinner, I decided to skip it—though I regret not trying it. I wondered if I should have asked for just the soup without noodles. The bathtub in the guest room had a shoulder bath feature, which I really liked. I would love to stay here again if given the chance.

This stay was outstanding again. In Takamatsu, I wouldn’t choose anywhere else. The hospitality, cleanliness, and security were all excellent. As always, I had a very comfortable stay and was completely satisfied.

The large public bath was also very enjoyable; however, I noticed that while there were four mirrors and hair dryers in the changing area, there were only two chairs available. Some guests had to stand while drying their hair. Additionally, the chairs were quite low, making it difficult to see one's face in the mirror when seated, so many guests stood for skincare as well. Although this is not a place where one spends a long time, it was the only inconvenience I experienced during my stay. I look forward to staying here again. Thank you very much!

This is my second visit. The sauna room has high humidity due to the auto löyly, and I started sweating immediately. After the cold water bath, the outdoor air bath was refreshing and comfortable, even in sub-zero temperatures. Last time, there were sandals in the outdoor air bath area, but this time they were not available, so my feet felt a bit cold.

It was a very clean Hotel. It is located a little away from the Sakae entertainment district, so it was quiet at night. There is also a large public bath, and I had a great time staying with my family. The biggest advantage is that IG Arena is within about a 15-minute walk, making it easy to go to concerts and games. I would like to stay here again. Also, the breakfast sandwiches were filling, well made, and delicious.

Excellent service. Plenty of complimentary welcome soft drinks. The rooms were simple, spacious, and clean. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious. We had a very relaxing stay and would happily return.

Convenient and comfortable for getting anywhere. Breakfast was consistently delicious, and the hospitality was excellent. It's a pity that the Room slippers were not very durable. The ping-pong table provided an enjoyable time. I would love to stay at this Hotel again when visiting Tokyo.
