We stayed here for two nights and three days. It was a wonderful, very clean, dog-first Hotel, with great amenities and fun activities, so we were able to spend a very relaxing time. They also responded immediately to an unexpected issue—this is an excellent Hotel for me as I travel with multiple dogs. In Tokyo, this is my only choice. I would love to stay again.

Our group of five homemakers was especially happy with the ease of having both breakfast and dinner buffets. The sashimi at the dinner buffet was thinly sliced but very fresh and delicious! Breakfast also featured an excellent dried horse mackerel, and the French toast was incredibly tasty. As for the large public bath, since we were traveling with friends we chose it over a Room with a scenic view bath, but we felt there were too few washing stations. We worry what it would be like when fully booked.

I stayed for two nights to balance work and attending a live show after my ticket unexpectedly won during my busiest season. Since Tokyo Garden Theater is right next door, I could keep working remotely in my Room until just before doors opened and still make it on time without stress. After the show, I was able to grab dinner, return to my Room, and get back to work—so I could enjoy the concert without feeling guilty about falling behind. When I went to Ariake Garden next door to pick up lunch, I also enjoyed the local atmosphere and took photos—something that really comes with such a convenient location. I chose this Hotel entirely for the location, but the Room was comfortable and the amenities were well stocked. The drip coffee in particular was a big help while working. One small issue: when I pressed “Don’t Disturb,” there was no towel or loungewear replacement either, which differed from what I had been told (it was only two nights so I didn’t mind too much). It would be even better if towels and loungewear could be left on the doorknob upon request. I hadn’t planned to use the Onsen or breakfast at first, but decided to add them—Onsen on the first night and breakfast on the second. The Onsen Facility is a bit of a walk, but you can get there via an indoor passageway and go in loungewear, which makes it easy. Since it’s available multiple times until 11:00 a.m. the next day, I enjoyed not only an evening soak but also a morning bath. Breakfast was delicious as well—I liked being able to try many different items in small portions. The service was excellent too; when I reached for pastries, a staff member happened to bring out freshly baked ones and kindly recommended them. Because even the most affordable Room type was sold out, I booked while thinking it would be quite an expense—but in the end I’m very satisfied. It was perfect for achieving my goal of balancing work with something fun while still getting some refreshing breaks in between. Next time, I’d love to visit when I have more time to enjoy the Hotel itself as well.

The Hotel staff were truly wonderful, and we were able to make another lovely memory. We stayed for a special anniversary, and we were deeply moved to receive a message from everyone at the Hotel. We would definitely like to stay again.

The Room was clean and spacious enough. I was able to relax and rest well. The amenities also felt high quality. As for the service, guidance was quick and I was satisfied. Regarding the Onsen baths, I used both the in-room bath and the large public bath, and both were clean and satisfying. In particular, the large public bath had towels provided, and there was also an area where you could eat within part of the public-bath space, which felt very convenient. The Facility was spotless—nothing to complain about. I also appreciated that there was plenty of space in the Room to open a suitcase. We only had breakfast, but there were strawberries at the buffet, which made my child very happy. The wide variety of yogurt and milk options was another big plus. The main dish was also very tasty. At first, we mistakenly went to the neighboring Grande, which was extremely crowded and took a long time before we could be assisted. Compared with that experience, Premium was quiet with quick assistance, so overall satisfaction was very high. The peaceful atmosphere left a great impression as well. We stayed this time because our flight the next day was early, but I would like to stay again.

All the staff were pleasant and kind, including on the phone, which was great. The Japanese-Western style Room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. There was bottled water in the refrigerator for each guest, and I was happy to find a Salonia hair dryer in the Room as well. The large public bath had a spacious tub and was very relaxing. I’ve stayed at several Hotels in Kyoto with a large public bath, and this one was the best. The only downside was that the changing area felt a bit small. There are U-shaped lockers with keys, but even with just two or three people it felt like you had to wait your turn. Still, I appreciated that they provided cocoa and milk tea sticks so you wouldn’t get cold—it was a thoughtful touch. The samue loungewear was also very comfortable, and I found it to be a great Hotel where I could truly relax. I’d love to stay again. Thank you very much.

We arrived around 11:00, and since the Room was ready, we were able to leave our luggage in the Room. We also enjoyed happy hour and were very satisfied. The Room isn’t large, but we didn’t feel any inconvenience. We’d like to stay again if we have the chance.

It was a last-minute reservation, but the staff were very kind and provided detailed explanations about the large public bath. The only downside was that the interior of the facility felt a bit cold. Even after warming up in the public bath, it felt chilly by the time I got back to my room. Next time, I would like to try using the private sauna.

Despite checking in at 11 PM, the staff's hospitality was absolutely perfect. The scent of the hand soap was amazing and left a lasting impression. I will definitely stay here again!

Late check-in, rooms, meals, and service were excellent. Thank you very much. I would like to use your services again if I have the chance. - Points of concern: I thought it would be nice if there were more washing machines available. Also, I was a bit concerned about the front desk staff chatting in slightly loud voices at night.

I enjoyed a relaxing stay in the double room. The main reason for choosing this Hotel was the breakfast buffet. A few years ago, it only offered light snacks, but this time, by using an external restaurant, I could feel the upgrade in quality. The greatest advantage of this Hotel is its excellent accessibility. Especially for those using the Shinkansen, you can Earn Points significantly. I look forward to staying here again next time.

Clean and spacious, with attentive staff. Surrounded by cozy izakayas and restaurants, making it convenient to return to your Room after a drink. This Hotel offers very reasonable pricing compared to the recent rise in Hotel rates. Highly recommended for business travelers heading to work from nearby Jimbocho Station or students taking entrance exams in the area. For two guests, the 20-square-meter Superior Twin Room is a great choice.

I had a relaxing stay. I will use it again.

Although compact, the room was clean, functional, and comfortable. The unit bath had a larger-than-usual tub, so I could relax and unwind. The staff were kind as well, and I would like to stay here again. It was also conveniently located near the station, with a convenience store just around the corner.

I stayed here for a 1-night, 2-day trip to Tokyo. I made a Reservation at this Hotel because I was going to a concert at Suntory Hall and wanted somewhere within walking distance. It really was less than a 10-minute walk, and I would like to stay at this Hotel again when I visit Suntory Hall. The Tokyo Metro station is also very close, so even though I’m not used to getting around Tokyo, I was able to arrive without getting lost. They kindly stored my luggage before check-in and also gave me a map to Suntory Hall. Everyone was wonderful—both the staff at the front desk and those I passed in the hallway were all very kind. Also, I was told there was an issue with the 30 m² Room I had originally reserved, so they upgraded me to a 40 m² Room. It was so clean and beautiful—I was thrilled! The bathroom and everything else were spotless as well, so I felt comfortable using them. It had been a while since my last trip to Tokyo, and thanks to this Hotel I had such a lovely time. Thank you very much!

When I mentioned that I wanted to watch a DVD in the room, they kindly changed my room to one with a projector. When I couldn't watch it halfway through, they kindly reset it for me, which was very helpful.
