The in-room TV in this new Hotel was very large, and it was great to be able to enjoy not only terrestrial channels but also various internet-based services. Of course, the Room was clean, spotless, and very spacious, and it was also nice that it could be divided with a sliding door. Having the bath and toilet separate meant I could relax without concern, fill the tub generously, and truly enjoy a soothing, relaxing bath. The bed was large with just the right firmness, and I slept well. The free drink service was available until late, which I appreciated. There was not only an ice machine but also a water dispenser. The fact that it wasn’t provided in plastic bottles made me feel their environmental consideration. Breakfast included local items such as okonomiyaki and oysters; everything was delicious and I was satisfied. The only drawback was that despite being a high-rise Hotel, there were only two elevators, so the wait times were long and going up and down took time. Overall, it was a Hotel at a satisfying level, and I look forward to staying again someday.

The front desk staff at check-in was very kind and helpful, providing us with lots of useful information. We also enjoyed the awamori tasting and free drinks! It was great that Euglena Mall, restaurants, and the ferry terminal to remote islands were all within a 5-10 minute walking distance!

I made a last-minute reservation the day before with a room assigned by the hotel and breakfast included. The room, even as a single, was more spacious than expected, including the unit bath, and the bed was large and comfortable for relaxation. The location is excellent, right outside the north exit of the station with Fukuyama Castle next door. The services like welcome drinks were also great. I will definitely use this place again when visiting Fukuyama.

The property was clean throughout, and since the guest rooms are designed for guests to remove their shoes, we felt comfortable staying with a small child. I chose this Hotel because I heard it had been renovated, and it was very clean. The amenities were also in great condition, which was nice. I didn’t use the bath because I went to the super sento across the street, but it looked very clean. It was my first time having a sink inside the Room, and it was convenient to be able to use it even when someone was using the toilet. As for meals, the dining area felt small and cramped overall. I would appreciate it if the food and seating could be arranged more spread out. There were many guests from the Middle East and Western countries (some with loud voices), so I couldn’t eat in a relaxed atmosphere. Unfortunately, the grilled dish included with dinner was lukewarm and not very tasty. I felt a bit disappointed—if there were one or two microwaves available, it might have been much better. There are several parking areas; mine ended up being farther away, but I had no trouble parking. Considering how affordable it is, I would stay here again when traveling around Fukuyama.

The large public bath, sauna, and open-air bath were excellent. I was able to relax and unwind. Breakfast offered a great variety—seafood rice bowls, takoyaki, udon, and more—and everything was delicious. The front desk team and the breakfast staff were all very kind. Thank you very much.

Located right in front of Fukuyama Station, the access was excellent. They also upgraded our Room, and the view of Fukuyama Castle from the window was amazing. It was convenient yet felt special, making it a very memorable stay. All staff were polite and kind, which made us feel very comfortable. We would love to stay again.

We stayed here during our trip to Okinawa to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. The front desk staff were friendly, and the Room was clean—we were very satisfied. The location is within American Village, which made it easy to enjoy the area. We heard that the Chunichi Dragons were holding their training camp at the stadium next door, and we would have loved to see it if the timing had worked out. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including Okinawan dishes, and it gave us a great start to the day.

We happened to visit over a three-day holiday weekend, and everywhere was fully booked—there was no way to get two Rooms for four adults. In the end, we took a chance and managed to book one Room for four adults. With two double beds plus one extra bed, it’s a great setup for families with children. For four adults, though, it honestly feels cramped. It’s the typical recent Business Hotel style where you pick up only the amenities you need from in front of the front desk. At check-in, there seemed to be too few staff for the size of the Hotel, so it felt like we had to wait quite a while. There were also some international guests. In addition to the Room rate, you pay an Accommodation Tax (tourist tax) separately. The welcome drinks had a very family-friendly selection—on par with a karaoke drink bar—for both kids and adults. It’s about 30–40 minutes by train from the airport. If you’re looking for dinner after arriving at the Hotel, there were a couple of places right next door, but it would be nice if there were a dining map of nearby options around the Hotel. There’s also coin laundry on site; if I’m being picky, having a large public bath would have been great for relaxing tired legs after sightseeing. For breakfast, we heard early morning is less crowded, so we got up at 6:00 and headed down. There were tons of delicious Kyushu specialties—tonkotsu ramen, udon, even baked curry. Excellent. We were more satisfied than eating out in town. That said, the layout isn’t very efficient: to make baked curry you have to get rice from one area first, then go back for curry and cheese. Maybe to secure seating space, but overall the buffet area feels tight and it’s hard to move around with a tray—everyone in our family felt that way. The food itself is outstanding; choosing No Meals Included would be such a waste, so I highly recommend adding breakfast. You can also get straight to Hakata Station by train easily—overall an Accommodation with very good access.

Since I exited from the rear bicycle parking area, it took slightly longer than exiting from the front. First-time visitors might find this confusing. The breakfast venue on the 10th floor had glass walls offering great views—truly wonderful scenery—but felt slightly small in size. By around 7:30 AM, however, it became fully packed with many foreign tourists making it lively and bustling. The availability of seats may depend on luck depending on timing. As for my room: compact but sufficient for one person’s use—cleanliness stood out! Pajamas were provided as a separate set which I greatly appreciated too! Amenities are placed near reception on the 10th floor; don’t forget to bring them back up yourself since even toothbrushes aren’t pre-stocked inside rooms—please take note! The bathroom/toilet is combined into one unit where sitting down meant knees touched either wall or bathtub due its narrowness—but manageable nonetheless given cleanliness standards upheld well here too. Television offered free access regular movies—a convenient feature while Wi-Fi seemed slightly weak though still functional enough not causing major issues overall. A high-end Balmuda kettle added luxury touch alongside indirect lighting under fridge creating stylish ambiance throughout space despite being compact-sized business hotel accommodations nearby station location proving value-for-money amidst rising industry costs lately observed elsewhere regionally speaking comparatively affordable pricing efforts commendable indeed! We stayed in a Deluxe Twin Room as we were traveling with a baby, and the room where shoes are removed was perfect for our crawling child. The accommodation was clean, the service was excellent, and all staff members were friendly. In particular, the young male staff member in charge of breakfast smiled at our baby several times and kindly handled it with a smile when we accidentally spilled orange juice on the floor. The complimentary orange soft-serve ice cream was delicious, and we were very satisfied with breakfast as well. We would love to stay again!
