I was able to relax in the large public bath, which helped relieve the fatigue from our trip. The Room also had a separate bath and toilet, making it very comfortable to use, and the staff were courteous—my sons were very satisfied as well. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, and everything was delicious. When I visit Kyoto again, I would like to stay here again.

After visiting Tokyo Dome City, having lunch, and exploring the Tokyo Kanda Used Book Festival, you can check in around 18:00 without feeling rushed. Unlike standard accommodations with a 15:00 check-in time that feels too early for sightseeing, this schedule allows more flexibility. The extended check-out time of 14:00 also lets you relax the next day. The room is equipped with a DVD player available for rent. You can connect it to the large TV near the bed and enjoy your own DVDs in comfort. Watching Mozart's operas like "Don Giovanni" and "The Abduction from the Seraglio" was an ideal experience thanks to the cozy bed and clear TV display. Most accommodations have a latest check-out time of 12:00, which limits leisure activities like watching operas. Here, with a check-out at 14:00, you can fully enjoy your stay. The room features an unusual layout with a handwashing area inside and a large wall mirror in front of it—practical and popular among female guests due to its convenience. The bathroom has only a shower booth instead of both bathtub and shower—a design choice that enhances usability but requires caution as wet feet might track water into the room if not careful. Toilets are located separately from other facilities; providing dedicated slippers could improve convenience. While there’s no notable view from the room window, breakfast is delicious! Overall, having such flexible hours (check-in at 17:00 & check-out at 14:00) makes this accommodation highly appealing!

I often use the Mitsui Garden Hotel Group, and all of their hotels offer a high level of satisfaction. Among them, Kashiwa-no-ha is my favorite with its Onsen, quiet atmosphere, and spacious Room. The Onsen in the early morning is especially relaxing even during business trips. If I have the chance, I would like to try their breakfast as well; however, there was a waiting line at the entrance, so it seems necessary to adjust the timing for use.

Its proximity to the National Stadium makes it very convenient when there are events. I was able to relax on the spacious bed, and having a balcony was a nice bonus. Since the sink is fully visible from the Room, it felt a bit awkward, but the ReFa showerhead was a big plus. Breakfast was buffet-style with plenty of options; the bread and Eggs Benedict were delicious. I also recommend the rooftop terrace—it’s a great spot with an excellent view overlooking the National Stadium from above. There was an unexpected issue in my Room, but the front desk staff handled it politely and were very helpful. This is a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

Staying at Mitsui Garden Hotel always makes me feel happy. “Wonderful” doesn’t fully describe it.

Reserved for my grandchild to visit the Anpanman Museum. Since the front desk is on the 20th floor, all rooms are on high floors. The view through the floor-to-ceiling glass was spectacular even from my 2-year-old grandchild’s eye level. Although they fell asleep early at night and the next morning was unfortunately cloudy, they were still thrilled with the view from the morning. It became a wonderful memory. My daughter’s family and their 2-year-old child stayed in a Deluxe King Room.

The breakfast buffet offered a good variety, and everything was delicious. Both the Room and the large public bath were very clean, allowing me to relax comfortably. I’m fine with the eco-cleaning policy of towel replacement and trash collection only, but I would appreciate it if Room wear could also be exchanged, even for a fee. It’s fine in winter, but as the weather gets warmer I inevitably sweat at night, so I hope you will consider this.

Thank you for accommodating our request and arranging a Room with a view of Tokyo Tower, even though it was originally at your discretion. My wife, who celebrated her birthday, was delighted, and it became a wonderful memory. We would love to stay with you again. Thank you very much.

From the moment I walked in, it smelled wonderful and felt very comfortable. All the staff were refined and calm. The property was clean, and the Room was also spotless. Breakfast was delicious, and I really enjoyed being able to taste Kanazawa flavors while staying in Tokyo. The location is great—perhaps because it’s Nihonbashi—and I didn’t see any guests with children. I would definitely like to stay again when I visit Tokyo.

I made a Reservation for a triple Room. The Room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. It was a bit disappointing that there was only one foldable luggage rack. I was also disappointed that there were no snacks in the Room, but there were three drip coffees and three bottles of water, which we enjoyed. There was a convenience store very close by, which was handy. Mitsui Garden Hotel never disappoints!!

My spouse and I stayed here as a couple. We chose this Hotel based on a recommendation from an acquaintance. It was in a great location for exploring Gion. The staff were kind and very helpful. My husband and I agreed that the breakfast was better than at any other Hotel. We wanted to eat more, but we were full and very satisfied. We were also happy to enjoy Ogawa Coffee’s coffee. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much for everything!

I stayed for my son's university festival and sightseeing. After checking out, I realized my daughter had left her jacket in the room. When I went to retrieve it, the Hotel staff kindly went to the room to get it for me and handed it over neatly arranged. I was deeply touched by their thoughtfulness. I would love to stay here again. I occasionally stay at hotels in the Ginza area, but this stay was the most satisfying so far. The price range of around 40,000 yen is just right for Ginza—not too expensive or too cheap. The flow from the entrance to the room was smooth, and the large public bath was spacious, clean, and well-designed with a great sense of style throughout. Additionally, the fragrance inside the elevator was very pleasant—it made me curious about which brand's scent was being used because it smelled wonderful. What stood out most was how staff handled a situation when I accidentally left my ring in a locker at the public bath. Despite it being after closing hours, a front desk staff member kindly and promptly searched for it and helped me recover it—I am truly grateful for their assistance. Among all my stays in Ginza accommodations so far, this hotel has been my favorite by far. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! (As an IKYU Diamond Member, I would be even happier if more perks were added for Diamond members in the future!)

We stayed here the night before going to Disney. We’ve stayed at many Hotels, but the price, atmosphere, Room size, and Facilities were all excellent. The shuttle bus driver was very kind, and the frequent service was extremely convenient. The convenience store in the morning also had a great selection. We plan to make this our regular Accommodation from now on.

I always look forward to the consistently high level of hospitality and the carefully prepared Japanese breakfast. I was satisfied again this time. Thank you very much.

This is my favorite Hotel that I always stay at least one night when traveling to Fukuoka. The rooms feel a bit small, but they are clean and the location is very convenient. The view from the open-air bath in the large public bath was great, and I was very satisfied again this time. During this stay with my baby, they even prepared adorable baby amenities, which made me very happy. I truly appreciate such thoughtful attention to detail. Although the breakfast selection seemed slightly reduced compared to a few years ago and was a bit disappointing, it is still an excellent Hotel overall that makes me want to stay again.

We used this hotel for a staycation to celebrate my friend’s birthday. They kindly provided a complimentary celebration card, a small gift, and even displayed “Happy Birthday” on the TV screen, which made my friend very happy. The location is great, and the Room was very clean; the staff’s thoughtful hospitality also made our stay truly enjoyable. We could see a bit of Tokyo Tower from the Room. At breakfast, the staff also wished my friend a happy birthday, and I was impressed by how well everything was coordinated. I recommend it both for visitors to Tokyo and for a staycation like ours.

A two-night, three-day stay in a Premium Room. It was so comfortable that I wanted to extend my stay if my schedule allowed. The Room’s flooring felt wonderful, and the bathroom layout was very user-friendly. The ReFa hair dryer and shower head, the comfortable loungewear—everything was a pleasure. After having tea on the 16th floor and relaxing at the spa, I honestly didn’t want to go outside anymore. As we were leaving, seeing a staff member continue to bow deeply as the shuttle bus departed truly moved me. A truly wonderful Hotel—thank you very much.

Despite the rainy weather during our stay, the front desk staff provided excellent service and promptly addressed any questions we had. During check-out, there was staff nearby to assist, making the self-checkout process very easy. The room was clean, and the TV allowed access to YouTube and other services, making our stay enjoyable. We would love to stay here again.
