We traveled to celebrate our daughter’s graduation: 1 pet, father, mother, and two daughters. The Accommodation is a private rental on a hill; the road up to it includes a very narrow section where passing oncoming cars is difficult, but once you get through, you’ll see the building with its own dog run. Both inside and outside were extremely clean (you can really feel the effort of the cleaning staff), and since it’s a single-story layout, it felt very open and spacious. The outdoor deck terrace is also very large, and the Facility—such as the kitchen and BBQ area—was more than sufficient. Eating in the middle of nature tasted especially delicious. It was very windy that day, and after evening the temperature dropped, so we hesitated about using the outdoor open-air bath. However, we had been looking forward to bathing while gazing at the stars and listening to the sound of the sea, so we braved the cold and got into slightly hotter water—it felt wonderful. (The changing area is only indoors, but with a bit of creativity it’s manageable! lol) Since there are no meals included, it feels a bit upscale in terms of price, but everything—from Facilities to environment—was well prepared, making this an Accommodation we were highly satisfied with.

For this price, the quality is excellent—great value for money. The room was spacious enough and had a terrace, which was very relaxing. With the window open, you can hear the sound of the waves—it’s soothing. When turning in from the main road, the lane is narrow, so drivers should be careful. The Hotel is tucked away further in. It’s a small, quiet Hotel that I highly recommend. It may look like there’s nothing around, but if you walk a bit you’ll find great izakayas and yakiniku restaurants nearby, so we were very satisfied. I’d love to stay at this Hotel again.

The Room’s interior, Facilities, size, and location were all excellent. I wish I could end my review there, but there was one very disappointing issue. On the morning of the third day (Saturday) of our two-night stay, I found a spider about 10 cm in diameter in the bathroom during a morning bath. The spider itself may have come in when opening or closing the door or windows, and given the natural surroundings—and since I noticed it right before checkout—it wasn’t a major problem. The real issue was what came next. Since new guests might be staying that day, and some people may dislike insects or small children might encounter it (it was large enough to surprise even me), I worried it could ruin their trip. I called the published phone number, but only reached an automated message saying it was outside business hours. I also checked the pre-stay email guidance but couldn’t find any emergency contact information. I understand this Accommodation operates differently from a Ryokan or Hotel, but for situations where guests need to contact someone immediately during their stay (it doesn’t have to be public), there should at least be an emergency contact number provided to guests. In this case, I hope housekeeping removed the spider so the next guests could stay comfortably. However, please recognize that not being able to resolve urgent issues smoothly by phone can potentially ruin a trip, and consider setting up proper emergency contact arrangements. As mentioned at the start, this is an excellent Facility overall—but this one drawback alone makes me hesitate to book again.

The room was clean, and the service was pleasant, making my stay very enjoyable. Although it was a short walk from American Village, it was just right for a stroll. Along the way, there were traditional steak restaurants and Okinawa soba shops, so finding meals wasn't an issue. There were also plenty of dining options along Route 58, making it hard to choose what to eat. The Chatan Town Museum was new and clean with easy-to-understand exhibits about the town's history. The beach at Sunabe Baba Park was also beautiful. With so many attractive spots around the hotel, I look forward to visiting again!

We went fishing as an elderly couple and stayed for one night. The view from the Room was amazing, and we could gaze at it forever. The Room's interior and background music were perfect, creating a sense of escape from daily life. For dinner, we enjoyed ethnic cuisine at Sunrise Sea on the first floor, along with delicious appetizers. The Hotel owner was wonderful and treated us with great care, which made us very happy. The only concern was the number of stairs in the Hotel. It became another wonderful memory for us. Thank you very much!

I considered booking a Hotel in Ishigaki Island, but I was drawn to the idea of "one group per day" and made the Reservation. The result was absolutely satisfying! The fact that we could enjoy BBQ was amazing, and they even provided insect repellent and BBQ equipment. Such thoughtful hospitality! The Facility was very clean, with even a washing machine and dryer available! It rained during our stay, so having these amenities really helped as we were struggling with laundry. One minor downside about the Facility is the hairdryer—it had very weak airflow but got extremely hot. If there were details about the hairdryer provided beforehand, I could have brought my own or prepared accordingly. We caused some inconvenience during our stay, but they kindly contacted us each time and treated us with great kindness. If I visit Ishigaki Island again, I would definitely want to stay here!

Surprisingly spacious and beautifully designed! The 2nd-floor terrace offers a sea view, and the kitchen is fully equipped—I wish I could have stayed for three nights to relax! The toilet and bathroom are clean! I completely forgot there were no amenities, so I went to a nearby supermarket to buy some. But honestly, it didn’t matter because everything else was so perfect that it made up for it. Since the area is residential, you can’t really be loud outside at night. Once inside the Room, though, it feels like another world—no problem at all. There are no curtains on the large windows, so the morning sunlight can be bright; having a partition would make it even better. The 2nd floor was spacious; while the 1st floor was simple and cute, we didn’t use it much. There’s also some equipment for light workouts—it’s fun! One night just isn’t enough! Check-in happens at a different location where staff explain everything—the design there is also great. The people are kind, and there’s a lovely wooden scent in the air. From start to finish, this was an absolutely amazing Room for me!

The spaciousness and cleanliness were really great. Having a washing machine and dryer was the best part. We're talking about coming to stay again and taking it easy for about two nights next time.

The facility was excellent, but there were issues with missing supplies and lack of management. - Despite being informed in advance that outdoor sandals would not be provided, they were available upon arrival after purchasing and bringing our own. - Water leakage from the air conditioner vent above the living room entrance. - Burnt-out light bulb in the living room floor lamp. - Poor drainage in the 2nd-floor bathroom, making it difficult to drain water smoothly. - No toilet paper or spare rolls in the 2nd-floor toilet. - Malfunctioning massage chair on the 2nd floor. - Complimentary water was stated as 500ml per person + one 2L bottle; however, for a group of four staying two nights, only eight 500ml bottles and one 2L bottle were provided. - No spare paper towels in the kitchen. - Insufficient towels provided overall. - Only a small amount of used olive oil available in the kitchen supplies. Attempts to contact via listed numbers resulted only in being told that confirmation with responsible staff would be needed without immediate answers—likely due to outsourcing management responsibilities—but stricter oversight is necessary as these issues inconvenience guests significantly.

We were able to propose in an extraordinary space with a wonderful view. Even the cups were made of Yachimun pottery, and we could really feel the love for Okinawa. The LINE messages before our stay were also very polite and kind. Thank you very much. We would love to stay again.

We stayed here as a couple on our first trip to Amami Oshima. The high ceilings, large kitchen, lovely interior, sound system, shower, and above all, the uncrowded beach you can access directly from the Room were amazing. Taking the chairs outside down to the shore for sunset drinks, and enjoying coffee while watching a morning rainbow, was the best. At night, we could see countless stars from the rooftop. Since it’s in the countryside, it can’t be helped that there are insects. Next time we’d like to bring snorkeling gear and enjoy a Multiple Night Stay.

The owner was very kind, kept in touch frequently, and was friendly and easy to talk to! The villa was wonderful, and the view was amazing! We were able to relax and enjoy the laid-back island pace of life. When we visit Ishigaki Island again, we would love to stay here again!

Thank you very much for your hospitality. We were able to spend a relaxing time with our family over the New Year holidays in an amazing location! The beautiful weather made the sunset views even more spectacular. The amenities were excellent, and we enjoyed the sauna, pool as a cold plunge, and even had a family karaoke competition. We would love to stay here again in the future!

The hosts provide excellent service. Close to the downtown area. With a bathroom, sink, laundry facilities, and a kitchen, you’ll have everything you need for a stay of several days.

A cottage nestled in a tranquil sugarcane field. We chose this accommodation because we were looking for something more spacious and private than a hotel, where children's footsteps might be disruptive. We stayed for three nights and found the space ample enough for the kids to run around without worry. The host kindly provided us with a bucket for fireworks and lent us toys like Jenga and Blokus, which kept the children thoroughly entertained during our stay. Nearby Nagahama Beach boasts incredible water clarity, and even a local resident mentioned it as their favorite beach. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to Okinawa!

I stayed to visit the spring training camp of professional baseball. Although I was out all day, the room was so lovely that I regret not spending more time relaxing in it. Next time, I plan to bring a SUP during the warmer season and paddle at the beach right in front. The room had high ceilings and felt more spacious than its actual size, with clean and roomy washroom and bathroom areas creating a comfortable and pleasant space. (The bath is a jet bath!) On the first floor, there was also a wonderful shared space where you could enjoy delicious drinks. The friendly owner engaged in lively baseball discussions with me, staying up late for an enjoyable time. This property has only two rooms, offering quietness and privacy; however, there are many dining options nearby as well as convenience stores and supermarkets making it a convenient location. I've visited Okinawa many times but am very satisfied to have discovered such an excellent property!

Our family of four and two dogs stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. Unfortunately it rained on the first day, but we enjoyed dinner indoors in a lovely atmosphere using ingredients we brought with us. On the second day, we picked up local ingredients and enjoyed a BBQ on the wooden deck. There’s a sandy beach right in front, and our dogs happily ran around. Thanks to our Multiple Night Stay, we were able to relax and enjoy an unhurried time.

This trip's theme is a winter journey with our dog, children, and their friends to enjoy Onsen and dining out. We arrived just in time for sunset, and from the nearby beach, we could see the sun setting. The children were thrilled and had a photo contest with their phones. At the navigation's destination, there were many similar buildings lined up. I didn't receive check-in instructions via email on my phone, so I contacted the inquiry number. They sent me an email and informed me that phone support is available 24 hours a day, which was reassuring. When we finally arrived safely at our destination, it was an excellent building with proper parking space and even a small dog run where timid small dogs can roam without a leash. The fence is low, so it might be challenging for larger dogs. Upon entering the Room, we found very cute interiors! Unfortunately, the entrance light was out of order; also from the hallway right after entering you could see into the left Room completely because there wasn't any blind over window-shaped openings which surprised us quite a bit! We let our children's friends sleep in this left Room immediately upon entry but used bath towels as makeshift blinds for privacy. Going up to the second-floor living room revealed high ceilings making it bright & wonderful! In front-facing kitchen cooking utensils were provided while drawers contained plenty of plastic cups though only three mugs meant those needing warm drinks should bring paper cups instead perhaps? Cooking tools sufficed cutting fruits or preparing sandwiches next day too; plus anti-slip coating on floors made things comfortable especially for dogs. Wanting open-air baths led us visiting Kanaya Myoei-kyo Onsen (かなや明惠峡温泉) where meals & bathing took place though being about 40 minutes away meant finding closer options would have been better if planning leisurely evenings perhaps? Kii-Yura Station (紀伊由良駅) lies roughly 15 minutes by car yet convenience stores are near station vicinity. One thing worth noting: walking outside at night amplifies family voices/stair sounds outdoors significantly hence advised lowering voices immediately upon entry due potential disturbance levels when excitement rises possibly affecting neighbors negatively... Also attempting early bedtime downstairs bedroom before others upstairs living room footsteps/toilet water sounds/kitchen noises echo considerably suggesting simultaneous sleeping arrangements might work best overall? Overall staying here proved very affordable helping greatly thus definitely considering returning again soon hopefully!

This was our first time staying here, and thanks to the owner’s kindness and thoughtfulness, we felt warmly welcomed every day. We stayed for four nights, and although it rained, it was the most pleasant trip we’ve ever had. Our child and my parents were all very happy, and we were completely satisfied. If we can get some time off, we would love to stay again. Our whole family is truly filled with gratitude. Thank you very much for everything.
