I was happy to enjoy so many dishes that truly felt like spring. The clear soup was especially wonderful, with cherry blossom petals, bamboo shoots, and aonori seaweed. The Gamagori-limited mikan sour was also delicious! The Room was clean. Just one point: These days most people are used to automatic doors, so many guests do not close the bath door tightly. It gets cold. They don’t seem to mind leaving it open, so I think a sign saying “Manual” is needed. We could also enjoy the drinks and rice crackers in the lobby—excellent service. It was an even nicer Hotel than I expected. There is a temple within walking distance, and we were able to see cherry blossoms too, making it a fun trip. Thank you very much.

I really like Livemax Resort Hotel and have visited Kaga Yamashiro many times. This was my first time staying at Inami Seafront, and I was very satisfied. The Room was spacious, and each Room had its own bath, which delighted the children. The meals were buffet-style but luxurious, and everything was delicious. In particular, the salmon roe rice bowl was so good that I went back for seconds. I would like to stay here again when I visit Nanki.

I stayed here with my sister and her husband while it was snowing heavily. The Accommodation has both a first and second floor, making it a Room layout I had never experienced before. The in-Room bath had plenty of hot water flowing continuously, which was perfect for a morning soak. The meals were also very delicious.

I’m glad I was able to stay at a great price during the limited-time sale. As expected from Mitsui’s top-tier Hotel brand, the building and the Room were excellent. I was especially satisfied with the delicious Thermal Spring experience and Toki dinner. However, it was disappointing that you can no longer enjoy buffet items with the Japanese breakfast, which seemed to be available before.

Because we arrived late at night, it was pitch-dark outside and felt quite scary, but the inside was spacious, well-equipped with Facilities, and comfortable. There were plenty of blankets provided, so we stayed warm even on a chilly night. Self check-in was also very convenient. The younger child couldn’t sleep on the mattress due to asthma symptoms, but was able to get some sleep on the sofa.

This was my first stay. The Shuttle Service to The First is available by Reservation, which I really appreciated. The staff were also very kind. I would be happier if the amenities were a bit more complete, but given the reasonable price, it may be unavoidable. It was also great to have a large public bath. It was also nice to be able to see the sunset from the Room!

The whole sea bream sashimi platter was delicious. The fried oysters were larger than last time, very satisfying, and tasty. It was a shame there was no splendid alfonsino. We’ll be back again.

Overall, it was a very satisfying stay. I already had a good impression of Kyukamura, and once again I had a wonderful time. In particular, when it comes to “the joy of travel = food,” the buffet selection was excellent and I truly enjoyed it. However, there is one thing that concerned me: the draft beer. Is the beer server being cleaned properly? I know it’s a hassle—I get it. But if this step is skipped, draft beer simply won’t taste good. The smell and taste were really disappointing. Partway through, I switched to bottled beer. Not many people may notice, but it’s a task that takes less than 5–10 minutes. Since the buffet is so impressively good—almost luxurious—I hope you will make sure the server is cleaned without fail. The staff were very polite and considerate, and overall this is a Facility I would like to use again.

We had planned to stay with you for our 10th wedding anniversary, but the day before our trip our younger child came down with influenza, so only my husband and our older child were able to stay. We stay here every year during our trip to Yaeyama! With a 0-year-old and a 3-year-old, we prefer using a Japanese-style Room. It's very convenient as it's close to the remote island terminal and the city center! The Room is spacious, clean, and offers a great ocean view, which we love! The staff are all kind, and we look forward to staying here again in the future!

This Hotel was featured on TV during the camp event held on February 1 this year. Autographs from Nippon-Ham Fighters players were on display. I would have bought everything if there had been more merchandise, so it was disappointing that there wasn’t much. The Room was spacious, and although Okinawa is often seen as expensive, the price was reasonable.

I was a little anxious about traveling to the island—it's far from Tokyo, and I was going alone—but I decided to go for it. It was absolutely worth it: every part of the trip, from the flights and ferry rides to my stay at the Hotel, was truly enjoyable. The Hotel was very comfortable and impeccably clean, and everyone there treated me with such kindness. (In particular, on a rainy day when I couldn’t go out, they kindly offered me coffee, and they were extremely thoughtful about meals for me as someone with a dairy allergy.) I rarely feel like returning to the same Accommodation, but this time I genuinely wanted to stay again. Thank you so much for everything. The Room had a soothing natural wood scent, and the island views—changing throughout the day—were beautiful. Even on rainy days, I never got tired of looking at them. Each meal was wonderful in its own way and made for such an enjoyable time; even now that I’m back in Tokyo, I often think about it. *One note not directly related to the Hotel but hopefully helpful for getting to the island:* If you’re traveling from Yonago Airport, taxis to Shichirui Port are limited. If you plan to take a taxi to the port, it’s reassuring to call and make a Reservation several days in advance! (I assumed there would be taxis at the airport that day, but there were none at all—and when I called around I was told they were all taken—so I nearly missed my ferry. Thankfully someone who found a taxi first kindly offered to share their ride when they saw how worried I was.)

Our family of four stayed for one night over the New Year holidays, and it was a wonderful stay that far exceeded our expectations. As it has only been two months since opening, the Accommodation was exceptionally clean and beautiful. The living room—about 50 m²—felt modern yet warm, with thoughtful attention to detail throughout. There is a wood-burning fireplace, and spending time there while playing our favorite music through the large speakers was truly special. One entire wall facing the sea is made of windows, and watching the sun set into the horizon from the living room left us speechless. The spacious terrace also offers an incredible sense of openness. The bath with sauna features modern marble design, and soaking while enjoying the outdoor view was deeply relaxing both physically and mentally. Another highlight is the long stay: check-in at 15:00 and check-out at 15:00 the next day, allowing you to unwind and fully enjoy an extraordinary getaway. Meals are arranged at a restaurant at “LOQUAT Nishiizu,” about a 15-minute drive away. The restaurant is set in a beautifully renovated traditional house with great character—completely different in atmosphere from the Accommodation—so it feels like enjoying two Hotels in one trip. It was also surprising (in a great way) that three meals are included for a one-night, two-day stay. Dinner—the Italian course—was excellent, so we chose to have even the complimentary lunch on the following day as a full course as well, and it did not disappoint. The staff were outstanding too. From arrival to departure we were assisted by one dedicated attendant who provided truly wonderful service. Everyone clearly has strong passion for energizing Nishiizu, actively taking on new initiatives such as strawberry picking exclusively for guests. This is an Accommodation I would love many people to experience.

The room features a natural flowing Onsen, which you can enjoy multiple times. The Onsen has a slightly silky texture, leaving your skin smooth and soft. The room was clean with a new air conditioner, ensuring a comfortable stay. The meals were perfectly balanced in taste and portion size, and using the 5,000 yen Yahoo coupon made it an excellent experience!

We were treated to delicious, beautifully presented dishes made with local ingredients such as tuna, fresh seafood, and Kumano beef. We stay here every year, and the cuisine never gets old—always something to look forward to. We also enjoyed a variety of Onsen baths, including Boki-do at the sister property Hotel Urashima—an Onsen lover’s dream. It was truly refreshing for both body and mind. The Room has a beautiful Japanese-modern style. The meals may feel a bit small for younger guests, but the portions were just right for me and I was very satisfied with the quality.
