We stayed here for sightseeing in Nikko! For the price, the meals were high quality and we were very satisfied. Our Room was on the second floor, and since there were only stairs, it was a bit tough. There was a private bath, but you have to step outside from the main building to get there, so on rainy days it can be inconvenient with puddles. Still, the carefully chosen furniture and wallpaper made it very relaxing.

Tamatsukuri Onsen is known for its excellent water, and it truly felt smooth and pleasant when I soaked in it. I even bought a bath additive called "Tamatsukuri Onsen Bath" from the shop. The meals were plentiful, and my whole family was satisfied. Thank you very much!

I was looking for a Hotel to stay at after a concert at Tokyo Dome, but everywhere was fully booked—this was the one I finally found. There were transfers, but access to the Dome was surprisingly good and convenient. The front desk staff were helpful, and the Room was clean and comfortable. I would like to stay here again if I have the chance.

I booked this Hotel with a washing area, and it was the perfect choice! The transportation access is excellent, with convenient transfers and a reasonable distance from the station. Along the way, there are convenience stores and restaurants, making it very handy. The long-awaited bathroom was great, the Room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable for a restful stay. The staff were all friendly and made my stay very pleasant. I would love to use this Hotel again if I have another opportunity!

I stayed here for an exam, and it was truly wonderful. First, I received some supportive snacks for exam takers, which helped ease my nerves and encouraged me. The Hotel was clean and well maintained, and a humidifier was provided. For exam takers, the breakfast hours were also moved a little earlier, and I am very, very grateful.

I was very satisfied to be able to fully enjoy a generous selection of premium seafood that I don’t often get to eat, such as crab, abalone, scallops, sashimi, and shrimp.

The accommodation may be old as mentioned in other reviews, and it might not compare to high-end places, but for me, this is the perfect onsen accommodation! I was completely satisfied from the moment I arrived. My companion was also delighted, and our first impression was excellent. After arriving, we used the indoor bath. Thanks to the limited number of rooms, we had it all to ourselves. The water quality was fantastic and even alleviated the pain in my right upper arm caused by neuralgia. As for dinner... while you can hear other guests' voices, each group has a private dining space where you can enjoy your meal without worrying about others. The rice was delicious, and every dish served exceeded expectations! For someone over 50 like me, there was plenty of food—it was honestly a challenge not to leave anything behind! But what impressed me most during dinner were the staff members who attended us; their warm personalities and smiles (even through masks) made dining an absolute pleasure. I’ve often avoided meals at accommodations due to past disappointments; however, this place completely changed my perspective with its exceptional food and outstanding service from staff members—so much so that I went to bed feeling deeply moved. The next morning before breakfast, we reserved a private open-air bath (though initially planned for before dinner but it wasn’t available). It turned out beyond expectations—a truly amazing open-air bath! Even large enough for three families together yet just two of us enjoyed it privately. Perhaps due to timing or seasonality—we saw swallows building nests nearby while hearing chirps from baby birds as parent birds busily brought them food—a serene experience indeed! Breakfast afterward left us equally satisfied despite having eaten so much at dinner—it’s hard not being full here! Having stayed at various accommodations over time only two—including this one—made me want return solely because they’re worth visiting again (the other being an unnamed place in Hirugami Onsen). In conclusion: If you're looking for affordable enjoyment combined with must-have private open-air baths—I highly recommend staying here! Lastly—to any staff member who assisted during our delightful evening meal reading this review—I hope these words bring joy your way!

This accommodation is conveniently located near Shonandai Station. Guests can enjoy discounts at a nearby super sento. A delicious breakfast is included, featuring curry, yogurt, and free drinks. The space between the elevator and the room felt slightly warm as the air conditioning was not effective. The plants near the entrance were beautiful. It’s one of the accommodations I’d like to use again.

Close to Ningyocho Station and within walking distance to Suitengu Shrine, the location was very convenient. Since it was just for accommodation, good subway access was all I needed. This time, I looked for a hotel near Tokyo Station as I participated in the Tokyo Marathon. The route from Suitengumae Station to Otemachi Station and then Tokyo Station was convenient, as well as from Ningyocho Station to Higashi-Ginza Station on foot and then Ginza Station to Tokyo Station. To reach the starting point at Shinjuku Station, I could take the Tokyo Metro from either Ginza or Tokyo Stations.

I have stayed here several times, but this was my first time in a Japanese-style room with beds. It was excellent. I look forward to staying again.

Conveniently located with easy access, and check-in was seamless. The Room was clean and quiet. Although the breakfast area is small, I was impressed by how well everything was provided! Excellent value for money.

I really appreciated being able to stay at a clean, conveniently located Hotel near the station. The Facility was well equipped with everything I needed, and the hospitality was warm and kind. This time, I was able to fully enjoy Ueno.

This is my third stay at this Hotel. Every time, I’m impressed by how thoroughly everything is cleaned—it’s always spotless. The amenities also include both a body towel and a sponge, so you can choose what you prefer. The glasses and coffee cups are covered with plastic, which adds to the sense of cleanliness. Breakfast was reserved for 7:00 a.m. and arrived right on time. I chose the Japanese set meal. The rice was freshly cooked, and the salmon, fried egg, and miso soup were all warm and delicious. The king-size bed was very comfortable, and I was able to relax at my own pace. I would like to stay again. One issue: it seemed that one of the coffee cups had a crack, and coffee slowly leaked out through it.

I chose this hotel because I was looking for one with parking, and the accommodation fee was very reasonable and satisfying. I would like to use it again when I visit Yonago.

It was a very dog-friendly Hotel. They had almost everything we needed except food, so we could stay with peace of mind. The open-air bath had a standing bath with a panoramic view of Lake Shinji, and since it was my first time, I was truly impressed. The Onsen while watching the sunrise was the best! The Hotel itself isn’t new, but it was well maintained and perfectly clean, so there was no discomfort at all. If I get the chance again, I’d love to stay here with my dog! Thank you very much.

The service was fine. The biggest drawback was that the parking lot was hard to find. I went to the large public bath around 20:30, but there were only enough washing stations for about four people and it was full, so I couldn’t even get into the tub and had to wait naked. It was right after dinner when it gets crowded, so it seems better to go at a different time. Overall, I would have liked the price to be a bit lower.

A Hotel I had long been curious about from afar. The Facility is certainly old, but I had a comfortable stay. The front desk staff assisted me courteously.

It was very helpful that towels, tissues, toothbrushes, and other amenities were available for self-service from the first day. The place was well cleaned, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The walls are a bit thin, but considering it’s an affordable, clean private room with a bathroom and toilet, it was a great stay. Thank you very much.

It was very convenient, close to the station. On both the first and second days, different male staff members assisted me, and both were extremely polite. They also stored my luggage on the morning of check-in and even brought it to my Room, which was a big help. The Room itself was average. The refrigerator cooled well, and since it had a freezer compartment, my ice cream didn’t melt. Amenities were limited to something like a toothbrush, so you’ll need to bring items such as toner, lotion, a comb, and a razor. The slippers are the reusable in-room type, so I brought disposable slippers myself. There was no ice available either, so if you need any, please pick some up at a nearby convenience store. There are many good restaurants in the area, so you won’t have trouble finding places to eat. It was more than sufficient for No Meals Included. However, both the face towel and bath towel had a very strong scent—possibly fabric softener or fragrance—that smelled like an intense oriental floral note and wasn’t to my liking. Overall though, I was satisfied. Thank you for your hospitality.
