I made a Reservation with my sister to treat ourselves to a luxurious, adults-only Onsen getaway. We were both very satisfied with the thoughtful hospitality and the wonderful Room and baths. We would love to visit again in a different season. Thank you very much.

This was my first return visit in almost a year. From check-in—starting with their thanks for my previous stay—until check-out the next day, every staff member provided warm, hospitality-filled service. Thank you very much. This time we stayed in a sea-facing Room different from last year’s, and I definitely preferred this type. The bath, adjusted in advance to the temperature I requested, was spacious enough for two adults to stretch out and relax, and it warmed me through to the core. The bed was also excellent, with a design that makes it easy to watch TV while leaning back. The motion-sensor toilet was comfortable as well, with no step up. The Boso spiny lobster Plan was completely satisfying. The sashimi was plump and springy; the grilled dish could be enjoyed just with the lobster miso; and everything from the golden simmered dish to the kamameshi made full use of the lobster’s appeal. Even the only meat dish—the roast beef—was very tender, and both soups had rich dashi flavor with nothing to complain about. For breakfast, their specialty namero featured Spanish mackerel; it was gentle, smooth, and thoroughly enjoyable. The services that make this an ideal stay-in Accommodation are outstanding: a free coffee machine on the first floor; 2L bottles of mineral water in the refrigerator (something rarely seen at other Accommodations); and turning leftover kamameshi from dinner into onigiri. I also heard you can bring in wine at a reasonable fee, so next time I’d like to bring a favorite bottle. I hope to continue staying here as one of those rare Accommodations that offers in-Room dining.

The Onsen, cuisine, service, interior design, and selection of items were all thoughtfully considered and refined. Additionally, the view from the room was exceptional due to favorable weather, offering stunning sights of the sunset, night view, and sunrise that we couldn't take our eyes off. It was an outstanding accommodation that exceeded expectations in every way.

It was a wonderful stay that exceeded our expectations. Since the entire building is covered with tatami mats, you can comfortably walk around barefoot. The open-air bath is also set within the garden, and we thoroughly enjoyed it while gazing at the starry sky. The meals featured an abundance of local seafood, beautifully presented with great care in the tableware, which made us feel truly satisfied. Above all, we were impressed by how naturally and warmly all the staff greeted us. We felt it offered value well beyond the price.

Our stay at Ginrinsou was truly enjoyable and deeply relaxing. The setting, rooms, meals, Onsen, and service were all excellent, leaving us with wonderful memories—we would choose it again.

I’m always impressed by the meals and the beautiful presentation. After enjoying the private morning bath, I saw a staff member wiping guests’ car windows, and I was even more moved by such thoughtful care. The tableware is wonderful as well. This Accommodation is right in front of Lake Suwa, and the building is filled with cherry blossom motifs that made us feel the spirit of spring. We could also see Lake Suwa from our Room, and we were able to relax at a leisurely pace. Both the Room and the facilities were very clean and well maintained. The bath had tatami flooring, which felt wonderful, and the Onsen was excellent. The meals in particular featured a seasonal menu, beautifully presented on lovely Kutani ware dishes, so we enjoyed them even before taking a bite. Of course, everything tasted amazing as well. Every dish respected the natural flavors of the ingredients, allowing us to fully savor spring. There was also a wide selection of alcohol, and we were happy to discover some rare varieties. This is an Accommodation we would definitely like to visit again. Thank you very much for your wonderful hospitality.

The weather changed suddenly from clear skies to snowfall at night, and it became very cold, but the open-air bath in the Room stayed warm all night, so we enjoyed it many times. We were also thrilled to see a pair of red-crowned cranes from the Room.

My partner also said they were incredibly happy and moved to have spent their birthday here! Although we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji due to unfavorable weather that day, the staff’s hospitality completely made up for it! Even on a rainy day, they made us feel absolutely wonderful. I’
