BRACKETS HOTEL Osaka Hommachi

I stayed here for a business trip. The Hotel was clean and conveniently located near the station, which was great! There were also restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it very convenient. However, I didn't notice that the Room wear was not in the Room but placed right next to the elevator. This was my oversight, but it would have been helpful if the reception staff had informed me or if it were placed more prominently in front of the elevator. For this reason, I rated the Facility 4 stars!

Everything was clean as it is a new Hotel. Check-in was easy with the self-service machine, and since I could do online check-in on the same day, I got into my Room very quickly. The unit bath was extremely small, but I had expected that when making the Reservation, so it was acceptable. Nightwear was placed next to the elevator; I didn’t notice it on the first day and ended up sleeping without wearing it. The desk is attached to the wall, but there’s no light nearby, so it felt dark when writing something. Also, the desk surface has a bumpy wood pattern which made writing directly on paper difficult. This might be inconvenient for students preparing for exams or anyone needing to write neatly.What stood out most was the elevator situation. There are three elevators available, but since there are up to 28 floors in total, they were slow to arrive. That part was disappointing; however, overall satisfaction remained high due to how clean and comfortable both the Hotel and bed were!
