The front desk staff aren’t very polished, but since this isn’t a luxury Hotel, I understood that even without big smiles, they’re not bad people.Even when I called with questions, we had moments where we both burst out laughing. When we arrived, during their explanations and confirmations, it felt like they realized the inconsistency too—like, “No, that’s not it!”—and it was honestly funny.Since there was only a twin Room with a couples Plan available, I was worried whether three family members could stay. After confirming in advance that an extra bed would be added, I felt relieved. I didn’t take photos of the Room, but it was set up as a triple and didn’t feel especially cramped.One bed was maybe a semi-double?, one single, and the other also seemed like a semi-double—but the cushion might have been the extra bed…?The outlets were old-style and in an awkward spot. However, there was another table too, so in hindsight I should have placed cups and the kettle there instead. Because of where the outlet was located they probably just put the kettle there; once it boiled water, it would have been easier to use if I moved it to the table that wasn’t in front of the mirror.There’s a stand light by the pillow as well as bedside lighting, but you can’t adjust brightness—so it’s too bright (lol). At bedtime it’s either completely dark or both the bedside light and stand are bright. It would be nice to have something like a small footlight or adjustable lighting. That said, I didn’t wake up during the night so it wasn’t an issue.There was black mold on some of the bathroom rubber seals.Maybe previous guests didn’t run the ventilation fan until morning? If you keep it on overnight it dries out. It didn’t bother me personally, but some people may care about it—so if they can remove it, they probably should. Overall though، everything looks renovated and gave me a clean impression.●Room amenities Toothbrushes; cups; mugs; kettle; hair dryer; disposable body-wash towel?; bath towels; towels; shampoo; conditioner (rinse); soap; sleepwear (as far as I remember)*I brought my own coffee etc., so I’m not sure whether tea bags were provided.**Stayed in a twin Room.* Towels for two were in the unit bath. If you open the narrow door next to the unit-bath door، you’ll find: 1 additional bath towel for third person، plus another hair dryer here too.) We brought our own brushes so I don’t remember if any were provided.In front of reception… Razors and some other amenities available Watch your step on an unnoticed bump when leaving!●Small lounge area ●Vending machines (alcohol is at reception) ●Microwave near reception●Breakfast… It’s in B1F: take elevator down to B1F and right in front is café entrance door؛ toilets are next to them too.I heard you need go outside once، but actually you can reach B1F by elevator inside building without going outside، which was nice.
