Hotel New Neo

While looking for a Hotel near Kumagaya Station, I chose this one because it was the cheapest and had great Reviews. I expected a somewhat retro Hotel, but since I was mainly focused on price for just one night, I didn’t have any particular expectations. However, just as the Reviews said, the moment I entered the Hotel it smelled wonderful, and all of the staff (mostly older women) were truly kind and pleasant. Their thoughtful attention and friendly words came so naturally that I was genuinely impressed!! The Room was more spacious than I expected and very well cleaned, so the age of the building didn’t bother me at all. I’ve stayed at several Hotels in front of or near the station before, but if you’re staying with No Meals Included, this is by far my top recommendation! I probably won’t be going to Kumagaya again, but I wish I had stayed at this Hotel sooner. Every staff member I met in the Hotel left a great impression—such a wonderful place. Thank you very much!

I have stayed at several accommodations around here. The lobby had a pleasant aroma, as if they paid attention to scents. It’s a good choice for affordable accommodation. I would like to stay again if I have the chance.
