The Room with a private open-air bath was great value, but the water was lukewarm, which was a problem, so I informed the staff. Thanks to the excellent decision of a female staff member, we were moved to an available Room, and it made our trip very comfortable. Thank you very much.

I was a bit worried because there have been many negative reviews since the start of this year, so I stayed for one night as a trial. Some people wrote that it was dirty, but any issues were only the kind you’d find if you went looking for them, and they didn’t bother me at all. For an Accommodation where you can stay for around 10,000 yen, I think it’s on the cleaner side. The baths were also great—the open-air bath in the Room was more spacious than it looked, and it was nice that we could reserve the cave-style bath and the jacuzzi for private use. The creative touches were enjoyable too. I have no complaints about the Room, including the bed. It would be even better if there were non-smoking Rooms. The meals weren’t my preferred menu, but they were better than in the photos. The meat portion was about twice as large as shown in the pictures. For this price, I almost wondered if it was really okay to serve this much. I’d like to stay again.
