Yumoto Natural Hot Spring Hotel

I stayed here to unwind and recharge. The renovated, clean Room was very comfortable. The bath was also excellent. I would like to stay again.

Since I can’t drive, I came by train and on foot. It’s quite far from the nearest station, Gyodashi Station on the Chichibu Line, and buses are infrequent, so access isn’t very convenient. It would be much easier to visit if a regular Shuttle Service were available. The Onsen Facility was great—there are various outdoor baths, and the water quality was excellent, so I really enjoyed it. However, I was surprised that the largest main bath was somehow very lukewarm. I also enjoyed the shop area in front of the front desk. If you’re lucky, you might even see a cat sometimes. The Hotel guest room had been renovated and was clean. The open-air bath on the balcony wasn’t visible from outside and seemed designed to keep insects and birds out as much as possible, which made me feel at ease. I stayed in a Japanese-style Room; it was spacious and comfortable. I’d like to stay again!
