HOTEL AZ Tokushima Itano

This time I made a Reservation with dinner included, and the food tasted noticeably better than on my previous stay. I was especially satisfied with the hamburger steak and fried horse mackerel, and even more so because the restaurant staff were cheerful and kind, which made the meal feel even more enjoyable. The front desk service was also excellent, housekeeping was thorough, and the Room was spacious with clean, well-maintained amenities. The view in particular is wonderful, so overall it’s very satisfying. For me personally, the convenience of being next to “Michi-no-Eki Itano” is a standout point. If disposable slippers were provided, I would have no complaints at all. I don’t like wearing vinyl slippers barefoot after getting out of the bath. This time I brought my own disposable slippers, but if possible, I’d like them to be sold in a 100-yen corner. Even the after-meal coffee was delicious—I truly feel this is a very good Hotel.

It was a single Room, and although it was a bit small, the bed was large and comfortable. Since it was a Multiple Night Stay, having a coin laundry was also great! The free breakfast had a wide variety of side dishes to go with rice, which I enjoyed. Unfortunately, there were no skincare amenities. I wish that at least for female guests, a set of toner, emulsion, and makeup remover could be provided at check-in.
