Rembrandt Cabin & Spa Shimbashi

The bath is spacious, and the two temperature options were excellent. However, as it is a cabin, various phone alarms started ringing around 6 a.m., and some continued for about 10 minutes without being turned off, which was noisy and frustrating. It would be great if there could be a better solution for this issue.

I stayed here on Sunday, August 17th, towards the end of my Obon holiday, as I planned to have drinks with a friend in Shimbashi. The TV in the room wasn't working properly and wouldn't display anything, so I informed the front desk. Although repairing it was outside their usual responsibilities, they responded immediately. While it couldn't be fixed, they kindly moved me to another room. I was deeply impressed by their prompt response. Additionally, being able to access the bath and sauna rooms via stairs from the floor with lockers for changing clothes was very convenient and appreciated. The location is excellent as it's close to Shimbashi Station and situated in a bustling area; I would love to stay here again!
